Hearing the music in the background of the awesome movie creed led me here. Tessa Thompson has done an amazing job as an actress and singer in this film and soundtrack - love, adore, and can't stop listening to the hypnotizing chill beats and her sultry voice. Then adding the motivational tracks by Meek Mill and Future are just cherries on top! Lastly, just buy it to support these artists and finea$$ Micheal B. Jordan alone! Lol
... With decent dramatic music spots. Hence: I wanted to check out the soundtrack. And... Horrible Raps here... All because movie producers think they need to bring street flavor... Dumbing down America continues... No buy.

I feel sorry for kids of today. They think this is music. New school rap is utterly intolerable and talent-less. The original stuff on here is OK but anything Meek related stinks. He stinks. His beats aren't catchy and his raps are one long run-on sentence and it all sounds the same. When people tell me they're a fan of his they lose IQ points immediately. The Rocky themed stuff in the film is decent. Why isn't the Lupe Fiasco Prisoners song on the album? It was the theme song of the first trailer. And a good track to boot.

Loved most of these songs especially Waiting for My Moment, Grip, and few others.
I personally think that this album was good. He brought meek mill in only because philly is his home and meek been in the "bike life" and when the scene with creed running with the dirt bikes and with meek playing in the back, I thought it was dope.

Very hard to make a boxing soundtrack that fits the whole film. This was the perfect mix of elements.
If you don't like Hiphop the. Don't buy the album, but don't give it a low rating either. Gets me pumped for my workout and that's all that matters to me ๐

Only song on here worth anything is Tupac and you've most likely already got that song on a Tupac album. Today's rap is straight up garbage. Can't believe people pay for this kind of music. Probably the same kids who will vote for Trump, lol.

The music on the album is perfect FOR CREED! Not Rocky. If you want the deeper meaning of the music behind the film... buy the album.
If you don't like meek mill then don't buy the album. The movie plot was in Philadelphia so don't think they weren't going to put meek mill songs in the film. it's pretty obvious man. cmon.

What happened to the big Krit and Lupe Fiasco songs from the online commercials I saw; makes me think "thrice" before even listening to this.
I know Meek isn't the best but his one song Lord Knows fits great for this movie. I could even see myself in the gym boxing listening to this. It honestly is a good song.
