Good job, Michael Bublé! :D All the songs are done really well. My favorite standard on the cd is On an evening in Roma. Love it! But my favorite originals are Someday and Take you away. I seem to play those over and over the most. All in all...it's worth buying.

This is one of his best albums yet, there are some who may not like rap, I don't care much for it myself, but that's probably why there's the trumpet version, it's not like any of his other albums, but definitely one to get

Michael Buble, is a man who was made for live bands, smooth, sweet instruments and soothing vocals. This album reminds me of Christmas without singing the classic yet annoying Christmas songs. It makes me feel warm, cozy, and loved. I am over the moon to listen to every song on the album I've been waiting for a new album. I am such a huge fan so listening to this feels like coming home to me.

This is absolute crap. I'm a huge Buble fan but this is embarrassing. It is so obvious that he just wants to be a pop artist. I guess I will stick to good music like home or everything.

I didn’t listen to the preview of “Nobody But Me” before I purchased it. I was expecting the radio version- what the heck??!! A rap sequence? Totally ruined the song. I like Michael alone- doesn’t need “help”.

I love his music. It has an old feel to it.

Mixing the old with the new while making both sound familiar yet fresh has always been Michael Bublé's calling card. It's what he does. It's his gift. And nobody does it better than he does--not even the incredible Harry Connick, Jr. Nobody But Me finds Michael in particularly great voice--and in a great mood, apparently. He says in the liner notes that he never had more fun recording than he did when working on this album, and it shows. Bouncy new tunes like the title track, "I Believe In You," "Someday," and "Today Is Yesterday's Tomorrow" prove that Michael isn't just the new Sinatra; he's his own man, his own singer, and a clever songwriter. And yet, classics like "On an Evening in Roma" and "My Kind of Girl," originally sung so well by the likes of Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra, respectively, serve as reminders of how masterful Michael is as a vocal stylist and how he deserves a spot on the list of the best crooners ever. I never understand his bonus tracks, though--that is, I never understand WHY they're bonus tracks because they fit so well with the rest of the regular album and are just as good as any of those other tracks. Case in point, here, Michael's cover of The Beach Boys' "God Only Knows" is, to me, the brightest gem in this whole set. While I loved the layered harmonies of the Beach Boys' original, Michael's version uses only a piano, rather minimal orchestration, and one of the finest instruments anywhere--his voice. I'm not sure if he picked this song and was thinking of his GORGEOUS wife and kids while he was in the recording booth singing it, but this recording sounds particualry heartfelt. It comes across as organic, almost as if it was a live track. It's so sweet and beautiful. And, "God Only Knows" is the only classic pop song on the album. Whereas his previous albums ventured into late 60s & 70s pop, rock, and even R&B songs by The Beatles, The Eagles, Van Morrison, The Jackson 5, and The Bee Gees, to mention a few, Nobody But Me basically sticks with either new songs or those from the American standards songbook. But there's no reason to feel disappointed. This is a great collection of songs, and it shows how Michael is moving upward while holding onto his roots. This album is also available on vinyl, which I highly recommend. Vinyl makes these songs sound even warmer and cozier. I had the opportunity to see Michael at Madison Square Garden during his Crazy Love tour. He was such a ham, such a showoff. And yet, he was incredibly humble and kept thanking the audience for using their hard-earned money to pay to come and see him. And he somehow managed to make the MSG arena feel like a small, intimate club. He gave everyone their money's worth and came across as genuinely appreciative. I hope to get to hear him on his next tour because these songs are going to sound incredible live. This is one of those rare albums that you can just put on and play through its entirety.

Maybe two songs out the whole album are worth buying. Sounds like the last album, nothing that makes your feet jump or your voice wanting to sing along. Wow, each album just feels like it's getting older and older. He has the best male voice in the world, and yet he's waisting it on songs that sound worse then the original artist or songs that sound like I'm at the the circus or on a boat show ride. I so miss the beginning sound of MB with power, jumping, and music that made me feel alive.

michael buddy, you dont need to give into to the music that the industries are probably shoving down your throat! you got your own style and own voice and thats what makes you legit. your better than any other rap crap (plus no offense your voice and rap should never be in the same song)

My wife and I big fans of his music. I love big bands, Dean martin, Frank Sinatra, etc. His voice is incredible and he is a great performer. Stick to what got you millions of fans and please do not try to change your sound from a timeless one. The rap needs to go and the pop stuff along with it to the trash.

I absolutely love this album. It is full of best songs that make you sing along. My favorite is I Believe You. The music, lyrics snd video are outstanding ! Well worth the money !!

I didn't like a couple songs, which is the only reason I don't give this CD a five. For the most part this is an upbeat CD, which I like. Then on the slower songs Buble really gets to show us the smoothness in his voice. I do wish it had a few more classic jazz style songs on the CD though. WORTH THE BUY!

Some songs on this album is obviously an attempt to make his music more mainstream and I think he has done a great job at keeping his individual sound while changing his style.

Okay, when I heard the first couple of songs before the album was fully released, I was skeptical as to how good the album was going to be. However, because I am a MASSIVE Bublé fan and also because Michael seemed so keen on this album, I stayed open-minded and positive until the album was fully released. Let me tell you, it payed off! Songs like "This Love of Mine" are intriguing and enchanting."I Wanna Be Around" is a perfect version of the classic that even Tony Bennett would be proud of. There are some songs that I wasn't as keen on as others - however, I still believe that this album is definitely worth the money! Thank you Michael, I missed you!!

The guy has a great voice but I've always found his material to be a bit "meh". Now whether that is what he does to it or just poor song selection I have no idea but on this album even something as glorious as "God Only Knows" is reduced to a sombre, lacklustre tune. He's gone for his own spin on it but the song misses the awesome Brian Wilson production and Buble's vocal delivery can't compare to Carl Wilson's sublime original. The same goes for much of the album. One of my neighbour's daughters asked me a while back who Frank Sinatra was and I said that he was who Michael Buble wished he could be. And I still believe that. There is just something missing from his songs.

I thought this song 'Nobody But Me' had changed my life forever. I didn't expect for any rapping to happen in the song, but I thought the rap part was incredible (by Black Thought of The Roots). Well done, Bublé! U R my hero! Good luck with the new album in October! :-) x100.

This album has a few good contemporary songs that are pretty good but too many of the old swing numbers for me. I appreciate that's what fans might want but the contemporary songs show good promise of a better future.

I'm sure it will as always be a great album but wait a month or so and the inevitable special edition with extra tracks will be out. Just before Christmas.

Michael simply has a voice and style to die for. I have a catholic taste in music, ranging from classical all the way to heavy metal. Michael is one of few in this genre that I truly like. I don't know what a lot of the other reviews are saying when they say it's a bit 'meh'. This is a very jazzy, swingy CD and I really enjoyed it. There are a few which are different but who says that's a bad thing? It showcases an artist with a stunning voice and the quality of music he can produce.

Bought CD and it is short and only contains 35mins of music...some of which is poor...Really, he ought to have done better here
