I am so elated that Stevie decided to re-release this! Love the demos and outtakes! I remember buying this when it first came out. I loved it then and I love it now!

I’ve been listening to Stevie since 1981 and this was one of the first CDs I bought. Absolutely love this music.

I’m a huge Stevie Nicks fan and have all of her solo work. I loved Bella Donna, but I like The Wild Heart just a little bit more. I think the main reason is that there is a little more variety in the tempo of the songs. I also think Stevie sounds more confident in her vocals, especially in the more rock oriented, uptempo tracks. My favorites are the title track, Stand Back, Enchanted, and Gate and Garden. How about a remastered, expanded version of Rock A Little next?

Beauty And The Beast

This particular album is a central part of many lives as we made the leap from teenager to adult in the early '80's. Unfortunately, the technical aspect of the remastered version (the one iTunes offers) makes it unlistenable to those of us who know the original so well. The entire album sounds as if one is listeneing to it on underwater speakers.

Stand Back is the sure fire hit but i find the rest of the songs to be a bit lacking in the early 80's poppy sounds
