I didn’t buy this album on here. I use Spotify and stream everything I listen to. When I saw that they dropped this whole album for free I snatched it up and gladly donated $20 to the National Lawyers Guild Mass Defense Fund. This whole album is fire from front to back. Great beats, great production, great features and great bars all done by two of the greatest in the game today. And to the bots and jackasses spamming the reviews with one star reviews, eat a dick and go back to your Drumpf rallies.

Yankee and the Brave is surely in the running for Album of the Year. It’s the most timely album in a decade and was well worth the wait. Thanks for the masterpiece El-P and Killer Mike. 2020 needed the wake up call.

RTJ 4 sees the duo of El-P and Killer Mike do what they’ve been doing for the last four albums again for a fourth time. It’s hard hitting and lyrical and truly asks America to take a deep look in the mirror. Stand out tracks are “walking in the snow”, “ju$t”, and “last words to the firing squad”. If you’ve like their last four albums you’ll probably like this one and if you don’t like them by know this one probably won’t change your poor taste in music.

Mike is the best MC out there. No question. EL delivers the best noise. You can’t beat these two together.

RTJ’s 1-3 straight fire... I am not a huge fan of this fourth installment. Too political. Keep politics outta music. Or at least cut it back a bit.

It's official, RTJ have sold out. Remember when people from within different subgenres of rap didn't work together? Yeah those were the days, that's why so much of today's rap is so similar to each other, you might as well put Nas and Lil Pump on a song together at this point.

I’ve Been a long time fan of Run the Jewels since their debut in 2013, and with each of their albums they release, they improve more and more in all aspect of there craft and RTJ4 is another example of that.

RTJ continue to hit us in the face with boom bap hardcore. This album feels even more focused and tight than RTJ2 and seems like they knew what was coming in amerikkka. Salute. 🤜🏻👈🏿

This is probably my favorite RTJ album upon first listen and continues to be appreciated more. Hit extra hard in the context of current US event. The beats are great and the lyrics offer plenty to chew on.

Time and time again RTJ spit the truth. Whether you want to listen is up to you. RTJ4 is perfect from start to finish. Gritty. Raw. In Your Face. One of the few albums that you can and should listen start to finish. Incredible.

Trap is tired. We need more of this kind of hip hop.

Absolutely love RTJ, I’ve been a huge fan and massive supporter since RTJ1. That said, although they still have my love and support this album just isn’t it. I’ve listened to it a few times through and I just can’t get on bored this time around. It has nothing on 1-3.

It is absolutely necessary to have politics in music right now. That’s what musicians have done for generations. That’s part of what helped in movements back in the day. If you are gonna say “politics should stay out of music right now” if you’re not being political right now, you need to get involved. People are dying, money is being taken from the working class. The establishment politicians in our government are lining their pockets to buy yachts, champagne, and cheese trays. The more you live with a fear of politics, the more power the elites have over your bank account. I’m so happy how strong the message is in this album and how it goes hand in hand with the BLM movement. It’s crazy that Killer Mike somehow made his lyric in Walking In the Snow before Floyd died, but all the more it reveals the truth in what is happening in this country.

RTJ did it again. Another amazing album from this duo. Bars upon bars w/ amazing production along w/ a timely commentary on these tragic and confusing times. Could not have asked for more. Support these guys or download there album for free on their website and donate the money you would have spent. Mike and El-P would approve.

El-P and Killer Mike could not have predicted the murder of George Floyd or the national unrest that has followed when they were writing these songs, yet somehow they manage to create the perfect music for the moment. Equal parts social commentary, braggadocio, lightning bars, and bumping beats, it’s hard for me to see how any rap lover wouldn’t find at least some part of this album to love.

Mad props out to RTJ for staying true to their words. Truth is power. Only thing I have to say is where is Chuck D and KRS-1 at? They should at least be guests on some tracks. Keep the flame burning !!

El-P has been sharpening his production skills and honing his wordplay for the last 20 years, leading up to this release. Killer Mike has been increasing the spread of the shotgun spray of his progressive and fiercely independant social justice message for years now as well. All leading up to today's political warfield where world citizens have risen up in unison to take their disapproval to the streets. Run The Jewels is the soundtrack to this moment in time, and there is no duo better to strangle the old and usher in the new. This just bangs straight up and down, and its a ride that all are invited to join.

The album is hard banging from start to finish. And what makes it special is how relevant the album is with what’s currently occurring in the USA with regards to BLM protests. This is a much needed dosage of hard banging hip-hop.
