I was thoroughly surprised at this debut, usually girl groups have a generally BORING formulat going for them! But NO NO NO truly won me over! The overall album is great!

I love this album, and it is now my favorite Destiny's Child album. 1. Second Nature 10/10 Excellent starting song, their voices sound great. 2. No, No, No Part 2 10/10 Awesome club song for this album, check out the music video for it! 3. With Me Part I 10/10 Great pop/R&B song with '90s beats. 4. Tell Me 9/10 Very soulful ballad, reminds me of stars on summer nights. 5. Bridges 8/10 Cute song that is the hip/hop representation that every '90s girl group album has! 6. No, No, No Part 1 10/10 This song is a great flipside to Part 2 as being a ballad. 7. With Me Part II 10/10 You can tell this is Destiny's Child, and Master P in his days. 8. Show Me The Way 10/10 A little bit of Mariah Carey influence clearly in this song, an awesome soft song. 9. Killing Time 10/10 Their first song from them, one of the best on this album. Very beautiful. 10. Illusion 10/10 My second favorite song on this album, very '90s street beats. 11. Birthday 10/10 Amazing song, everyone I've shown this song has loved it. 12. Sail On 10/10 My favorite song on this album, very powerful message and voices, of course! 13. My Time Has Come 10/10 Great outro on this album. Album: 10/10 an amazing album, you really should have it.

The debut was a awsome album, it has great live instruments by the isley brother production by some of the best people and was a real R&B soul album. and the album showed that destiny's child could really sing! and then it was a generational album. I loved their Debut! The Harmony is heavenly, but with two remixes included on only an 11 track CD... it was a little disappointing. However, it still made me a fan nearly 9 years ago!

I like some of the songs. My favorites are: With Me Part 1, No No No Part 2, Bridges and 2nd Nature. "Writings" is a better album though. It's still worth the purhcase. :)

this album was very underrated...the original is always the best. The girl with the glasses on her head is LeToya, her solo album is another hit! The group was alright without LeToya and LaTavia, but the original was much better. Michelle is much better off as a background singer; you can hear the strain in her voice when she tries to lead

This album is beautiful. DC at its best. It's so sad that the original Destiny's Child broke up :(. Though it doesn't have so many party bangers like the following albums, the girls really show their vocal strength and flow together very well. Since this is only the partial album, I would recommend buying it in a store, because you definitely want all of the songs.

this is an ok album...nothing spectacular to be all trigger-happy about, but its decent. Their next album (writings on the wall) is the best one to date. There was only 3 songs that stood out...not much else.

This brings back so many memories for me. I remember asking my mom for $20 because I was going on a school field trip. The money was supposed to be used for food, drinks. My plan was to use it to buy this CD and that I did when we stopped at Wal-Mart. Yes, we stopped at Wal-mart on a school field trip LOL. I remember when we got back on the bus everyone was so anxious to hear it. Those were the days of the portable compact disc player. Of course, my favorites were No, No, No Rmx, I also loved Bridges, Sail On, Killing Time. This brings back some of the best feelings ever. I bet Beyonce would bring the house down with these songs today, considering the growth & versatality in her voice over the years.

Wow what can I say this album was one of Tha best ever made thank god for beautiful ,black and talented women this album has definitely put these women at tha top with tha other best women groups of R&B !! I had to add it it n my iPhone it brought back so many memories 😪🙏😊😘....

Some might say that this was a shaky start for Destiny's Child, probably only because it didn't have as many singles as their other releases. I think that this album was pretty impressive, and they had been working many years up toward this, the work paid off! My favorites are No, No, No Parts 1&2, Bridges, Second Nature, Show Me the Way, and Illusion.

The debut album from these girls may have been their worst and nowhere near as good as their next three, but it's a good start. There isn't a single stand-out, not even the lead single, but overall a nice blend of R&B songs.
