Although this song may not be for everyone, I personally love the original and the addition of meg and doja. I feel like they did an amazing job. Doja’s line was amazing, and even though meg’s line could have been better, they were both amazing additions to this song. I feel like the reviews on this song were a bit harsh and that people should let up a little. Ari’s not a kid anymore, and like it or not she’s a grown woman and can make songs about sex if she wants. If you guys were true fans, you would understand that her music will change and grow as she does, and if you don’t understand that, just listen to whatever era you like. You don’t have to list to all of her songs. Just don’t be rude. Overall, amazing job girls! 10/10 I can’t wait to see more like this in the future!

Definitely not better than the original but it’s not horrible. Doja’s verse is better than Meg’s. But 34+35 could’ve stayed the same we didn’t need the remix. The video helps it tho

I will, first off, say that Ariana isn’t the first music artist to do this (re-package a song as a ‘remix’ by featuring a musician or two) and, most likely, won’t be the last. There is no change in rhythm, as one would think would be entailed with the word ‘remix’ (I mean....that’s the point of a remix, right? To ‘re-imagine’ the song with a slightly different sound that, hopefully, won’t take away too much of its originality-I hate it when remixes do that, by the way). So, with that being said, this ‘version’ of 34+35-in my opinion-doesn’t meet the criteria of a ‘remix’ by merely adding in a few verses or whatnot from another rapper/singer. This, along with the other musicians that do this, is simply a money grab by a music industry that has lost creativity-vision. And, just to add, I do like 34+35 (and the Positions era), but I must admit it took me a bit to warm up to the album. However, I am utterly disappointed/miffed with this piece of hot ‘blah’. Try again, Ariana....I know you can do better (no offense to Doja and Megan).
