All of my family and me are christian and I go to a christian school and hang out with christian friends and when my class was doing music on zoom I said “I got a great sabbath song for our concert”and guess what it was...THE FIRST SONG ON THIS ALBUM. After that I was reading these reviews and saw a ONE STAR RATING and for that reviewer this is a COMEBACK!!!FOR NOT LOVING THESE SONGS!!😠 I am really angry and if there are more of those people I’m guessing that you don’t believe in Jesus and God.for those people who don't know what those people aka Jesus is the sun of God and I don't remember but God or Jesus created the WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD! so remember christians to thank God and Jesus for everything and pray to give away our sins because my teacher told me one day “When we pray we give away our sins and Jesus gets them and he died for us to let us go to heaven”(that was in worship class) so when we grow up I will pray for everyone to go to heaven so we can see loved ones Remember to pray,Kyla

Listened to the elevation worship and maverick city album. I was so excited. Then I listened to it. Great vocals , great words but too many slow songs. They couldn’t have one upbeat lit song ? This is why a lot of us young people listen to non Christian songs. The Christian songs are too slow. I want upbeat songs that make you want to dance and praise God at the same time. 25 songs and all ballads. It’s aiight.
Would rather listen to There Is A Cloud Album or b4 those songs are definitely better & more meaningful when For TRUE Worship.

Christopher Brown is actually a common name and the celebrity that comes to your mind is not who is on this album. The Chris Brown on this album is the lead male’s name in the Elevation Worship group. Ugh. Do some research.

Wonderful worship
Every song just blows me out of the water and touches me deep in the inner core of my being . I wake up with a medley of one of the songs in my head every day. The lyrics are on repeat! Every day it’s another song which God brings to my mind . This is more than a sing Sunday morning type of worship CD. I am saying these songs will grab onto your heart and change the way you view God and your personal relationship with him. Thank you Pastor Steven, Chris Brown ,Brandon Lake, Chandler Moore, Maverick City, and all the worship teams involved. You all have raised the roof on this project! To the glory of God!🙌

I ran across these songs randomly first on YouTube when my Mom was in the hospital battling Covid-19 last year….& praise The Lord she survived! 🙌🏾 Maverick City Music is up NEXT(even though they’re already here)! This album was a great collaboration between elevation worship x MCM. I love the songs, & I love the Live video playlist on YouTube! MCM has a great YouTube channel of worship events/Christmas recordings/& musical fellowship across the board…if you don’t know who these guys are….check em out! You won’t be disappointed! ✅

The Chris Brown featured on “Mercy” is Chris Brown of Elevation Worship, an entirely different person from the pop star/woman beater Chris Brown.
This is simply the most important album of the year and possibly one of a kind in a generation. People of all origins worshiping and teaching through beautiful song of the One True God of Heaven and Earth redirects our hearts to the true source of all through this album. Watching the videos adds a layer of fellowship and understanding to partake in the message. Thank You, Lord. Thank you to all those who put this together.
When I listened to this I felt the Presence of God. He is truly doing a new thing through this project and through Mav!! Can’t wait for what they got next. By the way, Chris Brown on here is different, it’s not the same guy

I would recommand downloading the music video and play it on your tv with your sound system. As a person that only buys mostly 95% Christian music and rest 5% contempurary and mix of other clean ganre music on iTunes, this OLD CHURCH BASEMENT is by far the only one i preference with music video. This one bring church worship to you living room better without attending one. Am familiar with doing church live sound with them expensive SD digico boards and all and that micing issues and all and this one is out of this world, they really nailed it in capturing every spiritual level. Its just real and every living sinner from christian to looking for hope soul alike will find God through these worship set. The one that been hitting home for me is "WAIT ON YOU is like your strengh just gets boosted to a whole new level which tells me miricles and healing is waiting to happen to those who are down. Highly recommanded with music video for your own worship time.

This music is powerful music that changes lives. So many great songs that reminded me of my upbringing and my constant walk with God. I tell my family and friends to drink this up like water.

This song reminds me that His mercy and goodness is never ending, never changing, He loves and forgives. His blood is powerful in breaking chains and allowing me to walk in freedom and light. I listen to this one on repeat.

I love so many of these songs. I would have given the album 5 stars for sure, if it were available as a regular album for say $10. But having the videos too and it costing $20 has me so far not buying the album because I haven’t decided whether I should just buy the individual songs I like the most or spend too much money buying the album and likely never watching the videos. Why not have a regular album with the music and a deluxe album with the music plus the videos? $20 has me in indecision so I just keep playing the songs on YouTube for free.
I have been enjoying the worship from Elevation for a couple of years. This album, however, is another level! It has some amazing songs and heartfelt intense moments that will uplift and inspire. I highly recommend it! My favorite tracks are Come Again, Jireh, Wait on You and Used to This. This is a great addition to my collection. People who criticize this recording don’t realize that this Chris Brown IS NOT THE RAPPER! Before you review MAKE SURE YOU ACTUALLY listen & CHECK your facts!
