40 years on and this music still sounds fresh and tells majority of nowadays artists to Beat It!

I love this album, it’s an absolute classic. However, this anniversary reissue is weak and a waste. Why include those awful Kanye and Will-I-Am mixes that were already (unfortunately) tapped onto the previous 25th anniversary release. There is literally so much more they could have added in their place… including new mixes. This is a massive missed opportunity for the MJ estate and a complete waste of money. Sadly.

Hi. I love the 40th anniversary of thriller but I’m very very very disappointed about the album itself that includes the songs as like it’s got carousel which is already on the 25 th anniversary of thriller next which to me is very disappointing very much as they didn’t do the whole properly and correctly they put in car’t get outta the rain and sunset which isn’t part of the thriller era, and They never decided to put in (HOT STREET or NITELINE on the 40th album the only good song that only sounds good is GOT THE HOTS plus the other song (she trouble) which isn’t the fall length song as the original song is on YouTube I’m sorry to say but this album I rate is 0/0 👎🏻

Some of the demos are awful and I wonder if it’s really him actually singing them. Not a fully great album but the good songs do outweigh the bad.

40years Old and still sounds so fresh, It’s Iconic, Groundbreaking, it set the standards in popular Music. Still the No 1 Album to beat.

This album looks good but it’s rubbish Michael Jackson estate have put all ready songs onto it that’s have been released and some songs we haven’t heard yet but the Michael Jackson estate are missing around with the Michael Jackson fans and they are mixing songs to from different Michael Jackson albums to

I am so happy the estate are releasing “new tracks” or demos. I don’t care if they are demos or not as long as we are getting something new / rare / extra. These collection of songs a a great addition to the standard Thriller & Thriller 25 album!

It just doesn’t get any better than this, it now feels retro yet current as we relive the 1980’s I remember being just a child when this album came out & the thriller Music video just got Ne hooked on Music generally & I’ve never looked back until Thriller 40 the hard work gone in to this album is nothing short of genius & is as relevant today as it was 40 years ago.

This album must be the greatest out there . Great to see new versions and not just the 12” added. A true superstar who’s sadly missed everyday. RIP 🥰

Finally an album of Michael’s real music. Purchased disc & downloaded. It’s so good to hear his voice again on new music even though it’s old recordings. Michael Jackson will never be cancelled nor will he ever be old news. He made sure of that when he paved the way for all others to follow into the music industry. A legend who left a legacy like no other. The most misunderstood human ever to grace this earth. He is eternal on a global scale. That’s Power & all without social media. This album is 40 years old and still sounds better than the music being released today. Michael’s voice is sublime and the songs are incredible. His talent is, quite simply, unmatched and Thriller is full of hits that show you why Michael is (and always will be) the King.
