Grandpop Rocker - Unique in that guitar replaces the vocals!When I first saw the title of this album, I thought it would be another covers album with Paul Gilbert’s vocals. Then hearing the guitar replacing the vocals, was so pleasantly surprised! Never heard a guitar instrumental album that’s not really an instrumental album. Every nuance of Ronnie’s vocals are caught with Gilbert’s guitar! I never heard an album like that before! Totally blew me away! I hope Gilbert does more of these in the future maybe to the music of Whitesnake, the Doors or any band with an awesome vocalist!
