IMG - The Ultimate Toto albumThis album took the world by storm when it was released and rightfully so. This album truly shows Toto's diversity as musicians. This is a strong album from start to finish. Rosanna, Africa, Make Believe, and I Won't Hold You Back were the big hits from this masterpiece. Afraid of Love and Waiting for Your Love could have been big hits, if given the chance. One of the top albums of the 1980's and a big winner at the 1983 Grammys. I highly recommend this album.
Bammer3 - Toto's Best AlbumToto IV was a breakthrough for the band, and it turned out to be one of the best records of the 1980's. The album is easy listening yet very creative, and shows true musicianship, a trait that all of the members of Toto had. Not only does the album feature some of Toto's biggest hits, such as "Rosanna," "I Won't Hold You Back" and the chart-topping "Africa," but it also features excellent tracks such as "Good For You," "Make Believe," and "Lovers In The Night." Another album that is worth buying. I think anyone, wether or not they are a Toto fan, can appreciate this amazing album.

englishtim3584 - Africa was not TotoTo all you younger Toto fans,
Africa was not their only hit off Toto iV. Rosanna was their biggest hit off of this album and the only reason why Africa was even a hit was because it piggybacked on Rosanna. Africa had good themes- 'I bless the rains down in Africa" which related to the extreme droughts and starvation in Africa with many Africans dying when that song was released. The lyrics were too repetitive as was the instrumental parts. The biggest songs other than Africa on this Album were Rosanna, I Won't Hold You Back, Waiting For Your Love, and Make Believe. After that album, they had a hit in 1986 with I'll Be Over You. But I look to some of their older hits that really defined them: Hold The Line, I'll Supply the Love, Without Your Love, 99, Pamela. Those are the songs that drew me to Toto and made me a fan of theirs. My favorites off of this album was Rosanna, I Won't Hold You Back Waiting For Your Love, and Make Believe. I also love "I'll Be Over You." Survivor had some good and bad songs, but Asia was great! But you can't consider Toto strictly as an 80's group as they got their start in 1978 with Hold the Line and I'll Supply The Love.
fivesecondsofwow - GREATEST SONG EVERmy absolute favorite song ever ILY TOTO❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💯💯💯
Mellissa Brown - Hockey Fundraiser!I heard this song, Africa last night on the radio in to car when we were coming home from the Hockey Fundraiser at Riley Rink! 😄
Chef Jamie - Toto VBeen waiting to get this back!! Why did some of it not download? Peace
Shark Atk - The quintesential "80's" soundToto broke into the top 40's with this abum, the true soundtrack to every school dance and MTV Video (back when MTV played music/videos) and Rosanna broke into the sound with a crash.
The tempo, beat and keyboard are everything the 80's were, and it holds up still today, 42 years later.
Africa, one of the coolest, deep and toe-tapping song to ever come out. Even today, with remakes it's still one of the most iconic rips of the 80's. Stacking up to Relax, Bang Your Head and even Sunglasses at night (I know I'm mentioning several years with these) but back then, the radio played older songs with new, so a Friday night on the local radio station, you'd easily hear all of these, throw in a little "Hold me now" and Drive, and it was a great Friday night.
HazbinHelluvaFnaf - AFRICALove it so very much.
Yeet3r - I bless the rains!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Africa is best song
Lizardlickfan - The bestI love toto and Africa and hold the line best songs ever.
Phil8510 - An essential rock albumThis album is amazing. If you’re a fan of 80’s rock, this has to be an album you listen to. The winner of the album of the year at the Grammys, IV by Toto. I love the feeling of this album and all of their albums (tbh). But this one is superior. It’s a feel good album. It will always be one of my favorite albums.
JDeNicola - Excellent music, Well produced. This was certainly one of my favorite albums when I was a teen, I had (and still have) the vinyl which both player and record are in good shape, but it was time to get an electronic copy for my packed iPod.
The organization and music on this album is incredible. All the music, whether hits or not, were excellent. Unlike other albums where listening to the disconnect from song to song that had you saying "huh??", the fluency of this album made it one that could be listened to without having to lift the needle (both sides). Now it is nice not having to flip the vinyl! A worth-having in your collection!
Leader1979 - umm.....i like africa which is a good song okay

Paul J Totofan - Toto IV Album of the Year (1982)I remember 1982 well, as one of the best for AOR music, the 80's, and the album release of Toto IV by Toto. It gave the group mainstream success with airplay from 4 hit singles "Rosanna"(#2 for 5 weeks), I Won't Hold You Back,"(#10), Africa (#1), and "Make Believe" (#30). It also earned them six Grammy awards, seven if you count Steve Lukather (co-writer) of George Benson's "Turn Your Love Around," that won Best R & B Song in 1983. Toto IV was a well made album, and although a few years have passed, since then, it is still one of the best recordings, and my favorite.
Ethan Meenan - hands downokay so i've never been much of a 80's music guy, but this album is just amazing. "africa" is truly the greatest song on this album. hands down.
Dispatching a - 👍Their second best album
JackRussellPup - Awesome on media. Awesome in concert. You guys rocked and you looked like you had so much fun! I adored Dominique Xavier Taplin’s groovy little dance moves while he played. 😍
Silverstein, Jon - If only I could rate it more...I was once, gonna bless the rains down in Africa but Toto beat me to it. The moonlit wings reflect that stars that guide me towards salvation.
Because
There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do
For
Toto,
Blessed the rains down in
Africa.
Noobius Maximus - I bless the rains down in Africa!!!I bless the rains down in Africa!!!
The man 98 - Family guyI can't believe that 👆lead to all these viewers lately
rowane56 - Love itI won't hold you back!!! The best song. Everyone knows the songs that received all of the air play. Look deeper, just because it isn't heard as often doesn't make it any less great.
Evan7 - TerribleJust as bad as other 80's schlock like Asia and Survivor.. THE PITS...!!!!
@rachel.celia (Rachel😊) - Toto is so good!I'm pretty young, and I wasn't alive when this album came out. But, I was raised on '80s music, and I've always loved Toto. Their voice and sound is so unique and amazing!
JourneyFan_8497 - amazingly Totothis.is.toto-ly.awesome. This album is the best. A VERY UNDERRATED track from this album is “afraid of love”. It’s my favorite song off the album and think it needs more recognition. The riff is on point and is just amazing. Rosanna is really good too. Being a teen in modern times is ehhh, but with this type of music, I can pretend for a bit like I’m in the 80s.
🍄🌷
indiansfan2007 - Awesome totoAwesome
Biancatoscano9 - AmazingGreat album
dorothy'sdog - best song of all time, obviously.i mean, does bohemian rhapsody or any mozart song have the part where (i bless the rains) is sung in the background? i think not. wake up people, this was music’s peak.
ou5150 - a pinnacle of popular musicPopular music has been around as a genre since tin pan alley in the 1920s. In this genre, Toto is one of the few bands who were able to put out a collection of songs that delight ears from start to finish. Each track on Toto IV go beyond the category of "delightful" and become unique artistic expressions that blend pop, jazz and rock. No wonder, these were the musicians Quincy Jones turned to for original songs ideas for 1983's Thriller.
Lloyd 101 - Comeback!Africa is making a comeback! Probably most popular song at my school!
sethdroddy1 - .....why not?!!This is probably the greatest song ever written. It is just so easy to make memes out of it and it’s so fun to listen to. If you like memes and Obamacare, this song was practically made for you.
Reed girl 72 - Rosanna Half time Shuffle GrooveI just love the bombastic opening to the song Rosanna. It reverberates through you.It has a strong driving beat that reminds listeners of Jon Bonham of Led Zeppelin and his Fool in the Rain. And also of Bernard Purdie. So that is why I love listening to this particular song by Toto through my I-pod headphones. Oops forgot to mention.I love hearing Jeff Porcaro explain all about how he came across with this particular beat💿🎻🎧😂📲🐱🎺💜🎷🎤📱💽🐈🎸🎼❤️😈📀🐯😇. Meow! I love him so much
woodpkr - Great Band with great musiciansThis band is tight! they could lay down a track in one or two takes and they never used a click when recording. They where so tight you didn't miss any quality if you were lucky enough to see them live. For a little more rock and harder edge of TOTO check out album Kingdom of Desire, Jeff Porcaro's last album before his tragic passing in 1992. The discography of this bands members is staggering total of 225 grammy's . They should be in the Rock Hall of Fame! They all are in The Musicans Hall of Fame
Kurt 10 - Love itGreat music

Pejix Music Review - A once in a life time classic masterpieceTOTO IV needs no introduction to music fans. It's a Grammy award winning album of 1982 (when the Grammies actually meant something!) and AFRICA & ROSANA are two worldwide classics
Toto's original line up (or almost original) were a group of expert session musicians. But it's the fusion of pop, rock & Jazz in this album that makes it a classic. The various instruments are expertly played, the production is crisp & smooth (as evident by the fact that it has lasted the test of time & the album still sounds fresh thirty years later in 2012) AND three different members of the band share the lead vocals,
This album is a must have for any serious music fan
Graeme Bly - ExceptionalDon't buy a best of or greatest hits just buy this album. Sit back, relax and enjoy !
Rex60 - $17Are you kidding great album but price ridiculous
RefinedArts - ClassicOne of the classic albums of American mid tempo rock. The sound of a generation pumps through.
