- Crossfade's best album

Every song has it's good point. While songs like "Cold" and "Colors" are good sellers, there are other gems like " Disco" and "Death Trend Setta" that pack a strong punch and " So Far Away" is one of my most played rock songs. It never gets old.

- Every song is unskippable

This album has stood the test of time for me. Itโ€™s unique and heavy when it needs to be.

- CrossFade

Top album songs: Death Trend Setter (Blow You Away) Starless Cold Colours Blow You Away is their attempt at sounding like LB. Starless is a great opening song for this album, & Cold reminds me of Shinedown. Unfortunately, this album suffers from heavy auto-tune, which won't be appreciated by vocal purists. Nice debut album nonetheless!

I first heard about Crossfade through an old ATV game on the PS2, "So Far Away" was on that game. Years later I decided to look them up and I was blown away by this album. I loved every single song. Some were better than others (The best being Cold, So Far Away, Colors, Starless, and No Giving Up) but all were awesome. I would even go as far to say that this one of my favorite albums of all time. The vocals, guitar, and drums are sooooo good. Give this album a listen, you won't regret it. P.S. I mention you guys on Twitter every so often, it would be sweet to get a like or a mention sometime. ;)

- A CD Worth Buying

Personally I like Crossfade a lot and they have unique sound. I first heard their song "cold" when I was nine years old and I bought it right away. I have no regrets buying that album and I still listen to it after four years. I strongly suggest buying this album. If you bought this album click yes, and if you didn't press no.

- Outstanding Album

I would strongly recommend purchasing the entirety of this album. Why? It is simply incredible. Everything about the band's pilot album screams talent. The vocals in particular are magnificent; alternating from being rhythmic and conversational, to a louder, more aggressive sound, and then to a calm and chilling quiet, almost a whisper. The lyrics are also a high point. They may not also make complete sense to everyone, but there's no denying their interesting nature. This is a great album overall; every track is unique and intriguing. A must buy for any fan of alt-rock/post-grunge, and an 00's classic.

Okay I have an actual CD and the three songs that supposedly have explicit lyrics (Starless, Death Trend Setta, Disco) are also cleaned. I previewed the same songs here and didn't hear any cursing either. So is there an explicit version of this awesome rock album available? Great album by the way, my favorite is So Far Away.

- Great Band

One of the best bands i know. Just as good as Deftones.

- Incredible nostalgia

I was about 9 years old when this album came out. I remember the song Cold playing on the radio and I could never get it out of my head. It was one of my favorite songs as a kid. Although my favorite is probably so far away. That song really holds strong emotion and gets me sentimental every time I listen to it. Itโ€™s a shame this bands future albums werenโ€™t nearly as good. This album just had the magic, especially with Tony Byroads and Ed Sloans voices together. It was an unbeatable team. I hope they can reunite but this album will always be legend in their name.

- Solid, Brings me back

Album brings me back to Junior/Senior year of high school. This album has passion. Like most first albums from bands this album screams with determintation! These guys sung/strumed/drummed their hearts out to make it. They are mainstream but not sold out. Heavy enough to bring in some metal heads light enough to bring in the chicks. Good album, buy it. Can not say the same about their later albums....

Hey people I started listening to crossfade when I was 7 I am now 13 I just randomly started thinking about them And wondering what they were up too and I bought the album the band is awSome!!!! I listen to Hollywood Undead and Disturbed so crossfade got me started on this music my dad bought the cd with cold and colors and I instantly connected to this band

There's a reason this album sold over a million copies. It's outstanding. Nothing like. These guys need to make a comeback in the year 2016 cause rock music isn't the same without them! Come half Crossfade!!! Please!

Well, I do like crossfade, I started liking it just a few months ago, this CD is their best BY FAR! I just wish that they could more of a flow to their music. The lyrics in Cold are choppy and kind of annoying for the most part. But I do like the CD.

This is not a bad cd. I guess rock can still be loud sometimes. I was never really into Crossfade but this cd is not bad like I said before so if you like rock music just give it a listen and decide if your with them or against them in other buy or not.

- Acoustic

I love Crossfade! However, I was disappointed that the acoustic version of Cold was not offered here. Crossfade also sounds amazing unplugged. The best performance I've ever seen of them was when they had no equipment and had to go acoustic. The acoustic rendition of Starless was unbelievable. Hope they release an acoustic album soon.

crossfade made it big with cold and colors, but the reviews for this album may just have no opinion. I don't have much to say about this album except for the fact that half the tracks have nothing to offer. Listen to it all the way through and see what I mean. If you are like me you will probably only favor Starless, Cold, So Far Away, Colors, and The Unknown. Everything else has nothing to offer. Check em out if you must.

Crossfade is one of those bands that bears the mark of true alternative/hard rock. The instrumentals are mind-blowing, the lead singer's voice is powerful and deep, and the songwriting is top-notch. What more could you possibly ask for? Nothing in my opinion. My only problem is, it's way too short. It's just over 34 minutes long and not a single song is over four mintues long; the longest "Starless" is 3:55. Oh, and this is the edited version by the way. The label didn't have enough money to put out an explicit and clean version. That's fine; there's only two anyway "Starless" and "Death Trend Setta."

Amazing throw back. Thereโ€™s literally only one song id go so far as to say i dont care for on this album. Completely love allllll the rest. Some highly underrated songs here.

The first song of theirs I heard was "Cold" and HAD to hear the rest of their album. Very impressive. Some of it almost sounds like Disturbed, another awesome band who does no wrong. I'm not exactly impressed with Crossfade's new album; I was hoping it was going to grow on me, but it has yet to do so, two years after getting it, so I doubt it ever will. But this one is the way to go. ROCK ON CROSSFADE!

why is this edited. why not offer a clean and explicit. i hate listening to music then there be an awkward silence. it makes it harder to listen.

- Defenitly worth $10

If you're a fan of Post-Grunge, so Three Days Grace, Cold, Art of Dying, so on and so forth, you will really enjoy this album. Good production values, quite bassy, not high pitch girlishness, and a whole lot of hooks and catches. Not big on originality, but it's a much better disc than any by country rock band Nickelback. All in all a good listening experience and something you can jump back and forth from, or listen to straight through. Highlight songs include: Starless, Cold, Colors, and The Deep End.
