It has some good tracks but it also has some big misses. and just an FYI, Zakk Wylde is not the guitar player on this albums. It's done by Jerry Cantrell, former lead guitar for Alice in Chains

i like ozzy, and he does put a nice spin on some old classics, but some of them are just not right for his style. good try though. buy with discretion

their are a couple decent cover songs, one is mountains "mississippi queen" wich guitarist leslie west plays on, and mott the hooples "all the young dudes". the rest of it is boring and stale. I consider myself an Ozzy fan, and i have alot of his music from his past and present, but this album is for die hard ozzy fans only.

How dare he ruin 21st Century Schizoid Man?!?!?! If Robert Fripp were prone to violence Ozzy would need to fear for his safety. Great song poorly done.

First of all this is just a cover album, so I can't rate it very highly, but its a decent one. Ozzy did a better job than Green Day covering Working Class hero. I honestly have to give most of the credit to Zack Wylde as he is currently yhe true talent behind Ozzys work lately. The thing that I miss is that his cover of Stayin Alive is simply not here (possibly because it was Dweezil Zappa as well) and that is the main reason why I don't rate it higher.

Ozzy osbourne is a great musician, and these are amazing covers. Great album. Well worth it.

This cd is a great example of rock stars who should know when it's time to retire. Ozzy's voice is re-recorded so many times over it sounds like an army of Ozzy's.

I rate this album a 5 for one reason only: working class hero. his version is actually better than green days new one and, even though that one is good, outstrips it by far. dont waste money on the whole album, just get rocky mountain way and working class hero.

from the 30 second previews of both 'working class hero' and 'sympathy for the devil' . . . i wanted to vomit. and people were getting on GREEN DAY about their remake of the lennon song . . . DONT IMITATE THE BEATLES, LENNON, OR ROLLING STONES!!! ITS DOESNT WORK!

and i dont mind it when artists cover songs. but ozzy sounds like a robot, it sounds annoying. black rain is pretty cool, but i love how his voice sounds on previous records

Okay I've probably bee to see Ozzy in concert more than or at least as much as anyone out there and this is Ozzy, plain and simple. He has fun, that's what Ozzy is about. You can tell he was having a good time making this CD. I think it's cool to hear a Rock legend doing song he enjoys other than his own. Ozzy has pretty good taste if you ask me. BUY THIS CD IF YOU'RE AN OZZY FAN, YOU'LL LOVE IT! "GOOD NIGHT, WE LOVE YOU ALL!"

I bought this album when it came out and never listened to it again. I hope Black Rain is twenty times better, I'm buying it today. I've been an Ozzy fan since Sabbath and this album don't cut the mustard.=<

If you're just starting out on Ozzy NEVER get this album! If you're a long time fan of the ozzman then absouluetly get this album!!! Also THIS IS A HUGE RIPOFF most of these song were on "Prince Of Darkness" Boxet!

Ive never been a fan of ozzy. ive always hated his voic. but i found this album on the street. literally. so i picked it up, and gave it a listen. i still dont like ozzy's voice. BUT, one song stands out. that song is working class hero. Ive heard MANY versions of this song. and i have to say, this is the best. ozzys voice gets annoying, but if you get past that, the real essence of this song works through. the guitar is creepy and listening to this version really makes me think about things. its just great. and the power chords when the "theres room at the top they are telling you still..." part is amazing. i stand by my opinion that this album is worth a listen. at least once.

i love ozzy so this probly a little byast this is a good album and every one is so mad at itunes for them not having the first blizard of ozz well thiis is a 2005 remack of undercover look at the date dip sh1t

Awesome songs, better covers. Ozzy's voice lends an eerie quality to Working Class Hero, and Rocky Mountain Way and Mississippi Queen could only be better if the Wyldeman was behind the frets.

Ozzy freakin' rocks. Yes, "For What It's Worth" may not be the best cover he's done, but his original stuff is so cool. I'm a huge fan, as well as the original line-up for Sabbath, but why are you hating on him? He could care less what you thought. He doesn't give a d*mn, plain and simple.

If you buy nothing else, get Fire - a classic 60's song that is far better than the original. You might not be able to tell from the preview but there are great guitar parts throughout and the slower middle section works amazingly well.

this is a great disc its always good to see what kind of music the artists listen to

i normally love ozzy but sunshine of your love is not his song. it's creams song. cream was a late 60's band, and there version of there song sunshine of you love is a lot better than ozzys. his is just BAD. other than that this album rocks. but really look up cream.

They should’ve just called this ‘ozzy bites the head off lennon’ - too many covers of the same artist, and pretty horrible ones at that (I’m surprised they didn’t put a naked photo of him and Sharon on the front cover, and with Sharon screaming more crazy nonsense in the background of each song.) (& please.....enough about ‘green day’. They’re pretty much the worst band of all time, a complete insult to punk - bar none, not to mention they’re a bunch of egotistical, whiny posers who act like angry little children if you don’t agree with all of their little political views AND the fact that they’re hands down, the best, most ‘truest’ punk rock band in the entire history of rock n roll.)
