everything from the lyrics to the music on this album is pretty poor. Really the best you can hope for is a good laugh at how cheesy some of it is, the rest is just garbage. At least some of it is in Spanish which is much better than the English stuff.

This album is tight.......especially ' Raindrops'. That girl Anjuli has an amazing voice and Pitbull's message of losing loved ones really hit home. BUY THIS ALBUM NOW

because that's what you all were thinking, right? at least short of saying. it's cool he's repping the cubans, i think a successful artist needs to be able to appeal to a more mainstream audience because seriously, i want my boy to go far, and i think he's been doing good at that.. that being said, i feel that el mariel sounds pretty much that same as m.i.a.m.i., half dance hits, half heavy stuff, a little fluff in the middle, and that why it gets four stars. it hasn't blown my mind, vaya. but i still love my boy, big ups to being cuban and to being from miami, just like yours truly. (DAMN "Ay Chico" is addictive...) and to the moron that said he isn't cuban...clue yourself in on that HUGE cuban flag on his back on the CD artwork...yeah.

Don't get me wrong, i love Pitbull. They have awesome songs. But not albums. Like, i wouldn't EVER buy the album. Only some of they're songs work for me. Like ay chico and shake are the only ones i dig =P So, honestly, i would just buy the ones you actually like, or are worth a dollar for. This isnt yout usual lil-jon-anoying-type CD, this is real rap with Bangin Club Beats, Pitbulls flow is perfect for this beats, the result is wonderful every song in herre is a banger even the 3 skits are pretty good! this would have to be the best TVT records release, Lil Jon will kick out Pitbull (as 50 did to Game) beacuse hes so much better than him! You dont have to be a Lil Jon fan (Im Not) to love this album, trust me this is That Club Bangin Sh!t That Rap-Listeners Will Love. Buy It!

I loved this cd. Its classic Pitbull music, yet he shows lots of growth as an artist on this album. He stepped up his rhyme skills alot since his last cd. He has better beats here and he expanded the content of his songs. Don't worry, there is still classic Pitbull on the album. He still: reps Miami and his Cuban heritage to the fullest, maintains his gangsta persona, and shows the ladies lots of love. Overall, this is a must have for any Pitbull or rap fan in general.
