Being familiar with Incubus for some years now I have never seen them perform live, which is why I bought this album, and it is one of the best I have heard. A tour de force of musical brilliance, exemplifying everything that's good about the band. Not least is the expertise which every member of the band exhibits from start to finish. 'Vitamin' is an astonishing display of drumming pyrotechnics and just when you think it can't get any better...it does! There are some notable ommisions here, such as 'Clean' and 'Pardon Me' but that is really besides the point. I can't praise this album highly enough. A top performance by one of the best bands in the world.

First saw Inky-bus last year at Birmingham NEC Arena on the Light Grenades tour and they were mighty fine. Although none of the material from that tour is featured here it is still an awesome setlist with all the faves and worth £7.99 if only just for Sick Sad Little World!!! Next time Incubus tour your part of the world GET TICKETS!!! you won't be disappointed. But until then, this'll have to do I guess. I'm already desperate to see them play again!
