This is music for AEROBIC CLASSES. This is music meant to be used for aerobic exercise classes. It has to have a strong strong beat to be heard in the room. The instructor arranges her choreography in easily repeatable easily counted consistent patterns. These songs all work out to 32 beat “measures” that can be manipulated in patterns of 1X32, 2 X 16, 4 X 8 etc. THIS MUSIC IS NOT MEANT FOR CASUAL LISTENING. It sounds awful for that!!! Terrible!! a nightmare!!!! Buy the originals and make you own playlist. Go to an aerobics class in a gym and listen.

Has Nothing to Do With Power Rangers. Why is this album listed with songs from the Power Rangers? This is not what I was looking for. iTunes should list this album under Muscle and Fitness, not kids songs. For all of you looking for a great Power Rangers version of the original song, check out the TV Mania Orchestra.

Has Nothing To Do With Power Rangers. I have no idea why this album is listed under Power Rangers. This has nothing to do with the TV Show. This is an exercise album. When I typed in Power Rangers, this came up! If you accidentally landed here as I did, and are looking for a great power rangers theme, check out the TV Mania Orchestra. I am sure this album is great for folks that are looking for a workout, but not if you are looking for Power Rangers.

Rock on!. this is a good beat for those who want to work out ...good beat...yes everyone, they are re-hashed and I'm from that era and grew up with this fine music....but let your big hair down and enjoy. Its different, jazzy and a little something to dance to...I think its thumbs up!

Great WORKOUT CD.... It seems some people don't realize this mix was made specifically for exercise classes where you need a steady and specific BPM and-- preferably-- no breaks between songs. Don't judge it as a basic "mix tape" you'd listen to in your car. Eighties rock songs are great for a kickboxing-type class!

if only there was a 0. what a piece of crap. If there were 0 stars this wouldn't be even deserved of that. Buy the origional artists and put onto one playlist and save yourself some money. Why don't you use the origional artists for this playlist hmm?

Power Music Workout - Muscle & Fitness: 80's - Hard As a Rock (45 Min Non-Stop Workout) [124-129 Bpm Perfect for Strength Training, Moderate Paced Walking, Elliptical, Cardio Machines and General Fitness] Album Wiki

Muscle is a soft tissue found in most animals. Muscle cells contain protein filaments of actin and myosin that slide past one another, producing a contraction that changes both the length and the shape of the cell. Muscles function to produce force and motion. They are primarily responsible for maintaining and changing posture, locomotion, as well as movement of internal organs, such as the contraction of the heart and the movement of food through the digestive system via peristalsis. Muscle tissues are derived from the mesodermal layer of embryonic germ cells in a process known as myogenesis. There are three types of muscle, skeletal or striated, cardiac, and smooth. Muscle action can be classified as being either voluntary or involuntary. Cardiac and smooth muscles contract without conscious thought and are termed involuntary, whereas the skeletal muscles contract upon command. Skeletal muscles in turn can be divided into fast and slow twitch fibers. Muscles are predominantly powered by the oxidation of fats and carbohydrates, but anaerobic chemical reactions are also used, particularly by fast twitch fibers. These chemical reactions produce adenosine triphosphate (ATP) molecules that are used to power the movement of the myosin heads. The term muscle is derived from the Latin musculus meaning "little mouse" perhaps because of the shape of certain muscles or because contracting muscles look like mice moving under the skin..
