It seems some people don't realize this mix was made specifically for exercise classes where you need a steady and specific BPM and-- preferably-- no breaks between songs. Don't judge it as a basic "mix tape" you'd listen to in your car. Eighties rock songs are great for a kickboxing-type class!

- This is music for AEROBIC CLASSES

This is music meant to be used for aerobic exercise classes. It has to have a strong strong beat to be heard in the room. The instructor arranges her choreography in easily repeatable easily counted consistent patterns. These songs all work out to 32 beat “measures” that can be manipulated in patterns of 1X32, 2 X 16, 4 X 8 etc. THIS MUSIC IS NOT MEANT FOR CASUAL LISTENING. It sounds awful for that!!! Terrible!! a nightmare!!!! Buy the originals and make you own playlist. Go to an aerobics class in a gym and listen.

I have no idea why this album is listed under Power Rangers. This has nothing to do with the TV Show. This is an exercise album. When I typed in Power Rangers, this came up! If you accidentally landed here as I did, and are looking for a great power rangers theme, check out the TV Mania Orchestra. I am sure this album is great for folks that are looking for a workout, but not if you are looking for Power Rangers.
