Very bad and strange songs.
I definitely agree with the comment about people not understanding the concept of a remix. But there's good remixes and then there's the bloated, overprocessed, automatic-synth crap that producers are paid to pass off to a mainstream audience as a watered-down version of club music. That's what this EP is. Please someone tell me what business Justin Timberlake (a funky pop/r&b artist with more than a shred of decency and actual talent) has warbling his latest radio hit over a trance-lite beat? Honestly, I'm just tired of these pompous trance producers hijacking any popular vocal with even a modicum of emotion or resonance (a key element to successful completion of the epic trance low/high/low/break/high equation) for their paychecks. A remix is taking the best elements of a song and chopping, shifting, and transforming them to an enlightened version of the original, whether completely recognizable or not. Justin Timberlake's processed, lengthened vocals do NOT belong in an LA super club coming from PvD's speakers. It's just not right.
It was average but very good. My dad even likes it.
Cool the music is decent, I am not the biggest JT fan but I am a fan of beats and remixes and I was astonded and appolled when shelbycelby123 or whatever the (explicit) said that just because they made a "dance" remix of the song means he copied of Beyonce. If you are going to make an (explicit) comment know what the (explicit) you are talking about. I'm not even going to go into how many dance remixes and even the whole genre of dance/techno that there is. Well you are probebly about 13 and I am 15 and you don't know what that is when I started writing/recording/producing/mixing my own songs in about 5th or 6th grade, but whatever we all don't beat by our own drum. BTW- If I was your parents I wouldn't allow you to get on the computer. S S M P H A A I N C P E
I have to say Justin, you should not just sell your songs to anyone to be hacked up. But then again I sure it was your record label just trying to make a couple more dollars off you. That would make sense given you haven't make a new album for years. Come On Justin... About that time don't you think?????????????????????????
These mixes take the otherwise craptacular album cut of "WGA...CA" and turn it into something listenable. I L-O-V-E the Mysto & Pizzi mix. If I could recommend one song from this EP, it would be that.
Dance music *is* my type of music - I download probably 100 of these tracks each year. I can tell you that this is a pretty disappointing set of mixes overall. The only redeemable one IMO is the Junkie XL Small Room Mix - but its too short for full club play (so you'd have to work with the track and stretch it out). Quentin Harris - zzzzzz - Paul Van Dyk disappointing and Mysto & Pizzi too much of a chill out track. I give Justin credit for finding a diverse set of mixers on each track but the mixes are much better with My Love and LoveStoned.
I haven't even heard this song, the regular version, or the remixes! Justin Timberlake just can't sing, he doesn't even deserve capital letters in his name! He should just stop trying to be something he's not, and face the music: Without N*SYNC, he's nothing! His only actual good work since N*SYNC broke up was being the voice of future King Artie(Arthur) in Shrek The Third. He doesn't even deserve the credit for that though, the credit goes to Mike Meyers(Shrek), Cameron Diaz(Fiona), Eddie Murphy(Donkey), and Antonio Banderas(Puss In Boots). So Justin, you cannot sing, let it go!
I love his CD, it makes me want to jump up and down and start dancing!!!!!!!
The problem with people who buy these remixes of big stars is what they don't understand is there not supposed to sound the same. This is Dance music folks, they take parts of his songs and re-work them. These mixes are actually done well if you enjoy dance music, such as Trance, House, Techno. If you do not enjoy that kind of music, do not get this, you will judge it wrong cause you do not understand it.
justine timberlake is a horrible artist and his music stinks
I am trying to but this song on iTune, but it is always saying that the song is not available, oh? Anybody can help? Thanks!
I would not buy the album, but they are great remixes!!!
Make a brotha crunk it in da hizzah!
i've listened to all of these and the only one worth anything is PVD's. the rest are simply pure crap. i give PVD five stars on this one but only two stars for the rest of these garbage remixes.
If you are going to talk bad on good music, learn to spell. I like it, so frankly i don't care about what you think.
I recommend Mysto & Pizzi Main Mix. It's the best remix of the song. It is faster and sounds better.
really the songs on the album are good, but some people just don't get it. Remixes are essentially club music, music you DANCE to, not music that 13 year old girls listen to on their iPod. So if you don't understand what you are being critical of, then just don't say anything, it makes you seem ignorant and juvenille. Which means that I have probably mispelled like 3 words up here so just listen to what I say and don't jump in my butt if I have typos. PEACE OUT JT FANS
It is a great song justin has a great vocie so you should get it
i hate dis song try hipop
Some people say it stinks, but they have bad taste in music! This is the best song ive heard since purple rain by Prince and Welcome 2 the jungle by Guns n' Roses! Keep up the great work J.T.
what goes around stinks boooooooooooo!!!!!
This album suks. Justin Timberlake has no singing talent at all. He is the biggest wigger ever. That bioch should quit his damn carrer.
I recommend the Paul van Dyk Club Mix. I like PVD's radio edit version, as well. It features more of the vocal set.
Just saying Thank U all listeners!
no one likes your music so stop
the second junkiexl track is phat beyond words... truly inspired version of this song. i actually prefer it to the original. justin should be really proud to have such a competant and credible mix of his opus.
Buy track 4, you will not be disappointed. If you like techno, this track is for you. Check it out. I usually don't like remixed songs but this one is done very well.
These Aren't Main Stream Or Pop Type Remixes That You Would Hear On The Radio, Theyre Actual Club Remixes. I LOVE PVD And I Think He Did An Amazing Job, People That Are Into Electronic Music And Into That Scene Would Like This,. Dont Pay Attention To The Negative Reviews, Listen For Yourself
Im a huge fan of dance remixes, but this album is terrible. The only song worth its weight is the Quentin Harris mix, I you have to get the whole album for it. I guess iTunes was hoping it could carry this whole album, but I would have to say no...
БЛЯ!!!да нормальные и классные песни!!!кто из америкосов не ценит - прогоняет!!!!слушайте на здоровье))))
i like the original better i just don't get it because if i really like on song then the artist makes a remix of it, it just sounds bad......
This has got to be one of the best remixes I've heard as of late. I preferred the Paul Van Dyk remix as the flow of the song just made the most sense to me. Great for fast driving on the freeways!
The remixes are great. I'd also like it if the made a Dave Audé Club Mix.
The only remix that is great out of these five is the Mysto & Pizzu remix. It has the best beats. The other ones sound crappy in my opinion.
I never have really liked remixes but these are just not a good example of a remix. I love the song just not in a remix!!!!!!
i hate the whole sexyback song, i dont even have it on my ipod. But this song, it is just awsome!!! plus the music video is off the chain!! Great Job Justin!!!
I was never a Timberlake fan, until now! it's like he wrote this for me! too my ex!!! fresh very fresh!!
Love it!!!! Keep it up!
some of the remixes are really crappy but my fav. is track number 5! i dance somy teacjer uses it for warm ups and it really pumpes use up! i really do like this one alott!!! its a really good song if you listen to it for a long time! its also played in abercrombie, well sometimes at least!
Look, Justin Timberlake isn't exactly sliced bread. And, this song is much worse than Sexyback and My Love. However, one of the remixes is by Paul Van Dyk, trance legend, therefore, I give the album 5 stars for his remix, and his remix alone. GO PVD!
What goes around comes around makes me happy that ive never been cheated on// The junkie XL remix is shall I say amazing. If you want another great remix that will put you in the mood try....Beautiful Day.... by Matt Darey featuring Antoine & Marcia Juell///DO IT
Dance remixes are for clubs, not for casual plays in the living room. Too many people are complianing about these remixes. Yeah, you're not going to hear them on the radio and such, but that's not what they're for. They're for parties, clubs, events, etc. Like the original? Then stick with it. And as far as SassieCassie said .. Beyonoce wasn't the first artist to have a dance remix, and "Irreplaceable" wasn't the first song to get a remix. Justin is hardly trying to mimic someone who did the same thing that 50,000 other artists do a year. So, that's just foolishness.
except for the XL's...kinda eurotrash ...
These remixes are very good, but I've gotta say the Mysto & Pizzi remix is fantastic.
Not all remixes sound EXACTLY like the song! It's not supposed to! It is called a R-E-M-I-X! I have all of them and WOO! LOVE THEM!
Disgrace
really now......it seems like 85% of the people here don't understand what a REMIX is. these are basically all different songs, completely individual of the original. The whole point is taking the song and changing it up adding new beats i.e. RE-MIXing it. These are all new songs by totally different artists. Justin didnt make all these songs himself! Stop whining people. Anyways, as far as the songs themselves go, the beats are killer, there is a good mix of fast and slower paces, it's a pretty good EP to buy to get all the songs. I gave it four stars because some of them do sound a little hollow though.
I Luuuv JT!!!!! and this song!! Buy people buy!!!
Hey Justin umm love the song... but where the heck is the original? All the rest of this is junk.... no offence.
