When I say that I am amazed, that does not quite mean that the greatness of this album is amazing. I mean that this album is so bad that it should be prohibited from this earth. If you are reading this review, you clearly have too much time on your hands because anyone who is looking or looked at this album evidently has problems that need to be fixed.

B.I.G., in my mind, is the greatest lyricist and rapper ever (NaS is pretty close to him, though). For people who haven't really heard him before, his music seems really slow and strange compared to what is considered to be popular rap today, but after a few days you will be completely hooked to his ridiculously smooth and somewhat funny lines. Best Tracks: - Juicy - Big Poppa - Notorious Thugs - Ni**as Bleed - #!*@ You Tonight (f. R. Kelly) The unfortunate thing about Biggie is that so much of his music is under the radar because, like many artists of his time, rap on the radio wasn't exactly commonplace. I agree with mostly everyone on here. How many times are you gonna try to get paid off Biggie. If you are buying this album, then you are not a Biggie fan. You should have all these songs. Diddy you've fell off, time to hang it up, and concentrate on your high priced gear.

I'm afraid to diss the biggie of rap, so i gave it a low 3. his lyrics are somewhat disturbing and his voice is very monotone. i wouldnt recommend wasting your money on some1 like biggie. I mean, he did get shot, so I'm not the only one that hates his music

Another drug and sex album. This is so over used, this is not special at all and please stop this nonsense. It makes my brain rot. Hip hop sounds like "bih boh bah bee bah bih buh beh buh bee bee buh." Hip hop should be illegal, and I'm not kidding.

Look Biggie isnt' exactly da most popular rapper these days (dats weezy) but he was a few years back he's an old school rapper. He's got da old school beat wit da new school style. He's one of those peeps dat u wont here about a lot but u will always love his music. Find any song dat came out in da 90's and this is da kinda beat it has. (Will Smith for exaple) Da New School stuff really dont gotta beat (but i still like it) this album is hot if u agree click yes ( o ya wats da song called i think superstar and who's it by it's got Biggie in it and i love it)

Hypnotize is obviously the best song on this album. Big papa is the second best song . Any real biggie fan would already know this all the songs before they saw this album. Click yes if you agree.

This is a good selection of B.I.G.'s hits but there are couple that were club bangers not radio hits that should be here. "What's Beef? and "Who Shot ya" are 2 I immediately thought of but I understand you can't have them all. Hating Diddy for continuing to sell the records of a man who has children still on this earth after his death is ridiculous. Every record he sells makes money for those kids. I'll never hate Diddy for that. I will definitely question his views on men and marriage but that's somebody elses problem. ;-)

If Lil Wayne made a greatest hits album yall would be givin that like 4 to 5 stars. This is Biggie. I agree though puffy needs to get some new artists or just give it up. Hes too old to still be goin. Just sell bad boy already. But other than that Biggie is a legend and no matter how many albums that they make of him, he is still one of the best rappers.

Biggie is overrated. Simple and plain. To call anyone the greatest of all time after only two releases is beyond premature, especially since the second release was a watered down double disc with classic potential, had it been kept under an hour in length. Those who say Biggie was the greatest and feed the hype aren't true heads and need to brush up on their hip hop history. It's a shame Biggie never got to show if he is capable of career long consistency. He was definitely a contender, but I wouldn't give the title to anyone less than five (non-posthumous) albums deep. And shame on Puffy for his continuing exploitation and abuse of the Biggie catalog.

This album is something to own whether you got these hits or not. To all you haters that think this is a way to make money off the dead... People do it all the time sampling songs from all theses other artist. Its a business so quit hating cause you broke. I bet you own the cd don't you. LOL!

this is actually his only greatest hits album.. diddy released 2 other albums after his death but they were mostly new material (i'm not saying they are good but if you are going to insult diddy atleast get your facts straight) As for the album this is a pretty good mix of his classic songs, although some good songs aren't on this like mo money mo problems and going back to cali, i would check those out too

Honestly, to be a true "Greatest Hits" CD, Should'nt the songs be in thier original form, the censorship of it all it extremely distrurbing. While you're at it, why not give the Mona Lisa a color weave and some botox.
