It's an ok album but Lauren on American idol sang born to fly waaaayyyy better.

I had never heard of Sara Evans and went to the concert as a favor to my mother because my father had gone out of town. The concert was UNBELIEVABLE and this CD is now my favorite of all time!

This is must have CD whether you are into country or not. Sara Evans has amazing vocals. Missing some great songs like Missing Missouri and Back Seat of a Greyhound Bus, but a great collection of songs non the less. "As If" is a hit and carries on her string of successful songs. "Suds in a Bucket" continues to be her best song whether live or here on the CD. I also strongly recommend seeing Sara Evans live...Her stage prescense is second to none.

I thoroughly enjoyed this album. I played it on my IPOD as I ran my five mile route the night after I downloaded it, and it inspired me to a new personal record. Every song is good. No place that Far is my favorite. It is a great testament to the power of love.

This song is a perfect example of how music can heal-and what a beautiful gift Sara has...an ability to communicate in it's best form! Thank you for sharing your gift of voice with the world :)

This is a fine concise collection of Sara's hits from the past decade. One of the standout tracks is her signature hit, "Suds in the Bucket" - a shamelessly twangy ditty that tells the story of a girl who runs away with her lover, breaks her parents hearts, and turns the entire town upside-down. "Cheatin,'" one of the most purely country songs on the album, puts a cleverly sassy spin on the cheatin' songs that country music is known for. "A Real Fine Place to Start" shows that when Sara does inject some pop flavor into her music, she knows how to do it right. It deserves all the stars I can throw at it, but it unfortunately doesn't quite show every side of her personality. There are no heartbreak songs or country party anthems included. Sara has recorded those types of songs before, but they weren't lucky enough to become hits. There are no songs from her outstanding debut album either (County radio wouldn't touch them). I give it four stars, because the songs included are fantastic, but we'll leave one off for the equally good songs that didn't make it onto this album. HOW COUNTRY IS IT? I'll rate each song on a scale of 1-10. 1. As If - 6 2. Born to Fly - 10 3. I Could Not Ask for More - 7 4. Perfect - 8 5. Cheatin' - 10 6. Suds in the Bucket - 10 7. Thanks to artists like Sara Evans I will always have good country music to listen to. Her Greatest Hits is one of my go to CDs. Sadly the music of today’s country with its cross genre collaborations pales in comparison and fails to understand what fans of real country music want and appreciate.

When I heard that the back picture of her in a red dress was only printed on 2500 of the albums, I just had to get it. It turned out to be one of my favorites, and rare!

I'd been hearing "Suds In The Bucket" every now and then on the radio and in public places...you know...just little parts in the background....and thought "that's a catchy tune". Imagine my suprise when I finally found out enough info to download this song that it was released in like 1990. I guess my listening taste have changed...but I thought that this was a relatively new release...it gets that much airplay in NC. Plus album art work is hot....how old is that?

I have grown up with her but I haven't heard some of her songs in awhile. My favorite is I Could Not Ask for More. It brings back memories. It gives me goose bumbs sometimes and I just want to cry cause of how much it stirs me inside. :) This is one good album. :)
