This is my all time favorite buy!!! I work out everyday to this and it still pumps me up!!!!!

People, it's not supposed to be for parties, it's to exercise to! I think it's one of the best work out compulations I've ever used. It gives me so much energy that even after one hour, I want to start it over and continue to exercise.

This is a really good workout album...probably better for cardio workouts than running, but it's still good music and it got me fired up.

I'm sorry... This doesn't seem to be a great album at all. They couldn't afford the music rights to produce the cd/digital download so they found people close enough, copied the songs, and remixed them to sell. No. They botched the real artists, singers, and producers of the originals. Its not a good buy.

this album is a great idea! i love to go running but all of the songs that i like are really slow...so i think this was the perfecct idea!

I guess they do a good job of destroying good songs. None of the songs have the real vocalist... just imitators. The remixes themselves are so out of the box that they couldn't even say who did the mix. Power Music has no idea what's going on in the dance world... and this doesn't translate to a workout as well. I can't believe people would buy this crap when they can go buy "real" remixes of the "real" artist that are on here. For example "Get Together" by Madona has an amazing remix by Jacques Lu Cont... sooooo much better than the one on this album. Support true artisty, not the imitators.

the only problem with this cd is that the songs are NOT continuous

These songs are fast paced and different enough from song to song so you don't get bored with too many sounding the same. Great workout! Good grief! FYI for you "one star" folks: "Power Music" is always remixed COVERS by studio artists. They are "pepped up" for a consistant workout beat.

I was SO excited to see this album on i-tunes. This is the best workout mix of the latest songs! Loved it, and can't wait to get the other ones. And in response to the other comments - Using regular club versions of these songs ARENT the same...U don't have that strong, steady beat in the background..and it's fun to have a "new spin" on a song that you may be sick of. It obviously took very talented performers to re-record and re-perform these songs...I think it's great.
