I'm grabbing this joint in honor of Phife. An imbedded part of hip hop culture, Phife said things that made you go "What!" "Bust a nut inside ya eye, to show you where I come from" We lost a hip hop legend, but his music lives on!

Honestly I review things pretty harshly and there are very few albums that get a 10 score with me but this album did well 8 and above is outstanding like this album but I'll get to the point this album had Great production and the rhymes were exceptional from phifer and tip great highly underrated album Top 3 songs Check the rhyme Can I kick it Jazz

I lived and breathed Tribe. Absolutely a must to own.

This, this is Hip-Hop. Okay, you 14 year old swagf**s need to understand that the music you listen to (Drake, J.Cole, etc) is called POP.

I tell you what people, this what I call true Hip Hop. The album will draw you in mentally and have you grooving. These new age rappers using words like " baking soda" in a rap just makes me shake my head. When I saw this album on the list I did not hesitate to buy it, this is the Truth!!!.

QT is genius and wrote everybit and didn't choose to be selfish, but Q and Phife kill everything Im done, talk done dere.

I would have "Kicked" this at full price. if you can not appreciate this album...you need to wipe your feet on the rhythm rug...don't diss so buy this i guarantee you like it

I have the cd & some of the cassette tapes (🎶 Anita Applebaum) ……but I see that I have to buy it in this form now. This album is perfection & the thought of never hearing Qtip or this album again, is worth the $12 it cost 🤷🏾‍♀️🎶✊🏾🧓🏾

Legends...

Tribe is what it is. This is the new school old rap style. They can spit rhymes out like no one else. They are a one of a kind group, they are trying to copy anyone else and could care less what style is going on right now and just they just sick to the own. This album has all the great tracks they have produced. This music style will never fade and I listen to them everyday. MASTERPIECE OF SOUND, QUALITY, AND RHYMES.

Only problem I have with this anthology is that each TTCQ album is specific and has a different flow so just combining the best songs is a little disoriented to me

A tribe called quest is a great rap group and they are really underrated

Those that remember already know, but those of you who haven't yet had the pleasure yet will quickly realize.

One of the best rap groups to this date. It doesn't get old. If your haven't listened to the Tribe you need to.

Lol but seriously their last 3 albums went Platinum and Gold, they are definitely not overrated! I'm just mad this don't got 1nce Again ! That's like the only song the COMPILATION album is missing!

why do they have some of the songs from midnightmaurders and anthology. are these the real albums?

This is one of the Greatest album ever in any type of music. It is a GREAT mix of all types of music.

It's too bad that Rap no longer sounds like this. What we are left with is a bunch of thugs bragging about what they have and of all their conquests.. Late 80's early 90's was a great age for Rap...And Tribe was the cream of the top..Great album but missing lots of songs.. Would rather buy each album..
