buy this freakin album. the anthem is pretty much the best song on the planet on go girl ying and the yang and sticky icky only complete it. o and buy the gasolina dj buddha remix! you wont regret it

GREAT ALBUM! filled with wonderful summer tracks, that are bound to keep you jammin. Interesting story though, on MTV Tres there was an interview with Pitbull himself, and he said that his label; TVT Records, was not fully supporting his new album The Boatlift, therefore Pitbull said that he would rather have people go and download this album off of Limewire or BearShare, and burn copies for people instead of buying then off of iTunes or stores, because he doesn't want people supporting his label, if the label doesn't support him.

I love his music, which is stimulating, energetic, and exciting. Pitbull has done a great job with the artists who have collaborated on this album. I recommend this album.

this album is pretty good i really like the songs: "Go Girl" and "The Anthem" but the song "Tell Me" is just the english verison of "Dime" by Rakim y Ken-Y [which is waaay better]

Pitbull has not really been on the scene alot but then bojangles came and everyone was excited, but once again the Miami rapper dissapeared. With his new CD, The Boatlift, Pitbull has created the perfect soundtrack to the Miami beach fast life and a club banger for every land locked city. I personally recommend every track on this CD. So sit back and enjoy The Boatlift.

Awesome album. The greatest songs in this album are Go Girl, midnight, The Anthem, and Sticky Icky. But Go Girl is THE best, and I don't care if The Anthem was copied from Calabria. This is just a really bad album, NOT!!!

Pitbull is one of a few Mexican rappers that can actually rap, and the Boatlift is proof of that. This album is da bomb. The beat songs are "The Anthem" and "Go Girl" There is no doubt in your mind, you have to agree with me.

really hot album Best song Fuego (featuring Don Omar)

Ok this guy has no talent....all of his latest "hits" are electronic songs but with a rap added to them..here's some examples 1.The Anthem- "Calabria" by Enur (great electronic song...it doesn't need to be remade a thousand times) 2.I Know You Want Me- "75 Brazil Street" by Nicola Fasano vs. Pat-Rich (I love this song and was very ticked off when I heard Pitbull's rip off) 3.Krazy- "Cream" by Federico Franchi (love this song and it was an Ibiza anthem...doesn't need to be ruined) Do me a favor and buy the originals instead of the crap remakes. Just because someone takes a track and raps over it doesn't make it a REAL and ORIGINAL song.

Whomever said he didn't know Cubans could rhyme this good -- Cubans are Latinos, and most African slaves were transported to North America via South America. So many "Latinos" are also "Black" or have a mixture of black ancestry. That said, of course Cubans can rhyme, and Pitbull is a perfect example. Nobody questions Latinos' ability to rap. They were part of the hip-hop culture (grafitti and break dancing while blacks (we) were more prominent as the MCs and DJs.

I have been listening to this CD nonstop. I would rate the songs individually but there is no point because each of the songs are 5 stars. Even the interludes. I usually hate the interludes but the interludes consist of Pitbull freestylin. A must buy for Pitbull fans and a must listen for people who tend not to like Pitbull. The beats will influence your decision to buy the album.

SOOOO good. A great mix. Different beats and tempos for each song makes it a FABO album for parties. I bought The Anthem, Midnight, Ying and theYang, UN poquito and go girl. all I have to say is QUE CHEVERE!!:P

It is a mixture of rapping and talking both at the same time. Where Pitbull tells a short story to began the album. 4\5 Go Girl-features Trina and Young Boss. This song has kind of a get up feeling. The beat is really cool. 5\5 Dukey Love-Overall it is kind of weird. Weird sounding, weird best, weird rapping. 3\5 I don’t see’em-Another strange song. No not like the other I don’t give it a three cause this one is somewhat interesting. It is perfect for a spy song. I like it. 4\5 Midnight-features Casley. The song is pretty cool. I love the beat, the rapping, and it comes together great. 4.5\5 Ying & Yang-Not one of the album’s finest songs. The title says it all. 2.5\5 The Anthem-features Lil’Jhon. Lil’Jhon does a very good part. I love Lil’Jhon’s distinctive rapping. This just made the song. 5\5 The Truth (Interlude)-A weird interlude. I don’t know why it is labeled “Interlude.” He is not really talking. Sounds like rapping to me. This should be labeled the truth Acepella. 3.5\5 Candymay-featurs Twista. Twist’s part wasn’t much but atleest pitbull did a great job. 4\5 Sticky Icky-It features Jim Jones. Jim Jones’s part was amazing. Though his lyrics where just average. “I in da club see’in” Jones still did a good job. 5\5 My Love-How many songs have to be called “My Love!?” 4\5 Secret Admirer-features Lloyd. The album’s 1st single. This here is the album’s best song. The beat is cool. And Lloyd did a great job in the chorus. I defiantly would get this song. 5\5 Get Up\Levantate-Great song, but his rapping in this song is unusual. 4\5 Fuego (DJ Buddha Remix)-Great remix. Though I have never heard the original before the remix is awesome. It features Don Omar. 5\5 Stripper Pole (Remix)-features Toby Love. Another great remix. There is nothing wrong with having so much bonus remixes. 4\5 Un Poquito-featurs Young Breg. Young Breg did the best work of the whole song. I have always loved Young Breg. 4.5\5 Tell Me (Remix)-features Frankie J and Ken-Y. The album’s 2nd single. I do not know why it is labeled “Remix.” It is exactly the same. 5\5 Mr. 305 (Outro)-Another outro that is completely instrumental. Just like the intro it is half rapping ad half talking. 4\5 Top 5 Songs: 1) Secret Admirer 2) Tell Me 3) Go Girl 4) Fuego (Remix) 5) Midnight Final Thoughts: Pitbull has gotten a lot better over the time. This album is a really enjoyable album. I recommend you get it to see how Pitbull has improved.

Pitbull is back! This is by far his best album yet! The Anthem and Go Girl are two of the best of this album.

I also like "Go Girl" - its one of those club hoppin songs! In conclusion, buy these songs, but if u really like it, BUY THE WHOLE ALBUM!
