jim jones is bringin it again. his flow is hard on this track and juelz santana is at the top of his game on this one. the beat definitely very original. im glad to see jim jones isnt stickin to his annoying "ballin" catch phrases like some artists like soulja is referring to crank that in nearly all of his tracks. i like jim jones's originality with this one. definite hit.

Jim Jones new single, "Splash" is a hard hitting club banger, that attempts at recreating the success of "We Fly High". Production hits hard with the drums, as the horns give a menacing loop. The title says it only features Juelz Santana, (who spits a solid verse that is pretty catchy) but there is a version floating around featuring fellow Byrdgang member Noe. Noe comes hard (even if he sounds like Jay-Z), delivering a hungry verse, reminiscent of a young Jay. It may not compete lyrically, but the flow goes well with the track. Jim offers a cliched, typical verse, but this is a decent single.

besides the fact that the beat is good; what else is there? we fly high was one amazing song-it just looks like that thats all jim jones has in him. dis song song might have some potentional-but its definately not gonna fly high.
