- NEVER SOUNDED BETTER!

I haven't stopped smiling since I downloaded this track -- the original STARDUST track is a classic, but Dan McKie and Colton Ford have blended beautifully on this crowd pleasure. No matter how desirable Mr. Ford is I'm grateful that musically he continues to challenge himself without alienating his audience -- this is a song that will endure thawing the cold off the dance floor and warming the room with a winning summer anthem! Great job guys -- you made beautiful MUSIC together!

- Missed Opportunity

This song has a good melody and beat but it's just lacking. With a differnt producer I think this could have been a fantastic song

- Amazing Remake

Colton Ford is the man. He continues to deliver the sexy in his vocal style. Mike Andrews Sex I T U N E S Ft Dante's Cove & Triad Pride

- Like it

I really like this song and think Colton did a great job. I can't wait to hear the whole cd.

- 2 Stars for...

2 stars because it is Colton , he has the pipes but keeps finding himself with average producers. I would love to see him pair up with Bill Bennett after hearing what Bennett did with Abigail, Suzanne Palmer and Inaya Day. I also think this is a poor choice of a remake.

- Colton needs a voice coach, and help picking a good producer.

This is another time when Colton picked a song that didn't fit. When you do a cover of a well known, and well worn track you will always get compared to the original. Colton's voice is too light for the song. The original song had a darker, heartier vocalist attached and Colton's high ranged vocals just don't compare. That being said, the production work here, is very light and tee dance sounding. Now, light and tee dance could be a great thing if it were done well and without clutter. Andy Caldwell has made a great namre for himself making very light sounding house music. Colton and Dan have made something that attempts to be light but yet still has an overly electronic, processed feeling. It's the musical equivilant to ordering a steak (soulful vocals of the origianl with the organic house production) and getting Spam (this over-processed Sony Acid manufactored dance music for idiots dribble). I think Colton could really have a chance as a singer. He has a decent enough tone, he has energy, he can even sing judging by the clip of the acoustic version of "No One" and his version of "Signed Sealed Delivered" with Pepper Mashay. However, he can't pick songs for himself. I actually closed a review bitterly and bitingly suggesting he do a cover of "I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred. While, there is a touch of humor and irony to that, I truly feel he could do well with a remake of some more cover friendly pop until he finds a sound that works for his voice. He could do a phenominal version of most of the early Madonna catalog. Jody Watley took Borderline and ran with it. Imagine, Colton Ford singing "Into the Groove" and doing it in his vocal range. Simple production, less effects... maybe even a real instrument (like a guitar or a piano) !

- Well Done

Wasn't too much of a fan of Ford's music at first but I definately like the way he sounds in this one.

- MORE COLTON!

I love Colton Ford's work. He's developing a cult following. He deserves more play, especially more DJ/club play that I have heard. I wish he had gone deeper with the vocals on this piece. His voice is especially rich in his deeper range, yet it loses no "dance-ability." Looking forward to more.
