This is my favorite album that leeland has come out with. The songs are so upbeat and modern but reflect the love of god. If you are hesitant about buying this album... Don't be it is amazing!

I didn't know much about Leeland until I saw them live at an Acquire the Fire event...I was absolutely blown away! I have seen a lot of Christian groups live, and these guys just may be my favorite! This album is one of the best to come along in a long time. Many of the worship albums coming out from other artists are great, but they usually contain many of the same songs that have been recorded many times before. Not so with this album. Leeland's incredible original songs and arrangements make this my favorite worship album to date! I love all of the songs, but I would say that "Tears of the Saints," "Yes You Have," "Beautiful Lord," and "Carried to the Table" are my favorites. Buy the whole album anyway! You won't be disappointed!

Lyrically, musically, vocally, - This band is incredible in all areas. So worshipful. The concept that The Saints have tears for the fallen away, the prodigal sons, the unsaved........ Such a beautiful way to pray for those forsaken. Carried To The Table - that my brokenness can be healed when I come to the table of the Lord. "When the storm is raging all around me, You are the peace that calms my troubled sea...... - Beautiful Lord, tender & holy, your mercy brings me to my knees......"

- Great balance of songs

All the songs in this album have great meaning in them and not only do they have that, but for teens and people who are trying to find christian music that's not all hymms and boring stuff, this is for you!! The music is pleasing to the ears and really do proclaim God's great love in a pop kind of way.

My aunt bought this album for me. A lot of the time it simply sat in one of my desk drawers, while I listened to my favorite artists at the time (Metallica, Pink Floyd, etc.) But I still remember clearly a night when I was scared (I did not know of what though) and went searching for 'Sound of Melodies'. It was possibly the only Christian music I had. Everytime I put it on it would leave me in peace and drive away the fear. This music drives away the dark and invites the presence of God like nothing else. Thank you God that you saved me through the knowledge of your lovely son Jesus! But I also thank you for this album which comforted me before I knew you.

Leeland is just plain amazing. I hadnt really heard of them until the time I got the chance to see them Live. After that I havent been able to stop listening to there music because it is so worshipful and creative. I think that everyone should hear Leeland and get both of there albums.

I wish I could give more than five stars for this album. As an avid fan of many varieties of genres, there's very few albums I can say that about. I imagine these songs as the soundtrack of heaven. I've listened to plenty of styles of worship music, sometimes even unvoluntarily back before I had control of the radio, and Leeland is BY FAR the most authentic sounding. They're like a freakin' blessing from above. God bless these dudes! Buy. Listen to every song. Rejoice. Thank me later. ;)

This is an amazing band. Gotta admit i thought the lead singer looked about 13, but he has an amazing voice and amazing lyrics. Keep up the good work. I had never heard you until ATF at Michigan a few days ago, but your songs are really inspirational. You are one of the people who inspired to take on the four chapters a day for a year choice. With any Leeland song, even if you don't like the music at first (which rarely happens), it's only gonna be like a day and then your gonna love every song on the album, the music is amazing but, what's more important than the music is even better, Leelands messages in all of their songs are so amazing and can change you! Leeland is my favorite band and a Leeland song is my favorite song! Truely a band for the ministry of God! I pray Leeland and his band's ministry only grows and that everyone in the band will grow closer and closer to God! Leeland's first album!
