Love this version of Landslide

I've been following Fleetwood mac along with Stevie since the late 70's. This is an incredible band with music that speaks to my hearts and soul. Many of these songs take me to a time in my life that has brought me tears along with joy. The music was and is to this day, motivational and inspirational. Great band!!!

I am more of a Stevie Nicks' solo fan, but I do enjoy some Fleetwood Mac songs. I think the best ones on the album are Silver Springs, Sweet Girl, Rhiannon, The Chain, Dreams, Landslide, and Tusk! Pretty much, buy the whole album because this group rocks!!

Doesn't matter if it's a recorded version or live, they sound just as great! One of the greatest bands to ever exist and always will be! Stevie's voice is so beautiful, so crisp and real and sounds even better live than she sounds in the studio; something a lot of artists today can't do... It's now year 2015 and The Mac sounds even better than they did here in 1997! Legends will never die and Stevie and Fleetwood Mac are LEGENDARY! ❤️

Proof that there are those groups out there that are excellent live. And as they get older, they are even better. Amazing. I watched this live when I was in high school. I had always really enjoyed them, but that drew me into their world. I developed a better appreciation for their work.

I absolutely love this album! I'd even prefer a couple of these live versions over the original studio versions. Every band member had a chance to shine on this album, which is what I like about it. I think Christine shines on "Everywhere," Lindsey on "Big Love," Stevie on "Landslide," And John & Mick sound absolutely AWESOME together on Tusk! With John's bass solos and Mick's awesome drumming techniques, it sounds so original! Do not just get one song; get the whole album. Live albums are meant to flow into each other. It'll be much more enjoyable with the whole album; this is a great place to start if you are new to Fleetwood Mac's most popular lineup! It is worth the money!

The album reviewer has a few facts wrong. While the reunion was broadcast on MTV, it was not for an "Unplugged" special and the songs are not performed "unplugged'.

I have this concert dvd and enjoy every song on it. I purchased this iTunes album so I can listen in my vehicle, when I'm in the mood for Fleetwood Mac. I highly recommend the concert dvd, which has become even more collectible, since Christine McVie has died. Her talent was amazing. I was a child of the 70s growing up in Southern California; this is one of best bands of that era by far!

I think this album is a great introductory album for anyone who hasn't listened to Fleetwood Mac before. Their chemistry is very great on stage. Went to go see them in Austin this past March. Almost 20 years since this album has come out and they still sounded and performed as perfectly as this!!! Love them!

All of these performances are better than the studio recordings. Only thing I dislike about this is that there a few songs that were included in the concert, like “Gold Dust Woman,” that should really be on the album. But this is really only a minor bump. It is easily on of the greatest live albums of all time!

Fleetwood Mac does not disappoint with this live album. It's a great collection of songs with everything from the classic "Landslide" to "Silver Springs" (guitar is amazing on this song). Love this album!

There are few bands that could be at the age Fleetwood Mac were at this point in their career and be this good. (Seriously, it’s like these guys and Springsteen and that’s it). It’s worth the price of admission if only for the fact that it makes me wish I could play “Big Love” like Buckingham does here.

I have a music collection of over 150gb and 800 cassettes to convert. The Dance is the only live album I consider to be in my top 10 albums. I don't like live albums as they rarely sound as good as the originals, but The Dance and Fleetwood Mac are the only exception in my opinion!

- Exceptional

Some of these songs outdo their already famous original iterations. The Dance's version of "You Make Loving Fun", for example, ditches the disco vibe, allowing the mesmerizing chorus to float over Mick's percussion in a wonderful way. This is essential stuff for any Mac fan, and a great starting point for any wallflower.

Fleetwood Mac for me is one of those bands i've heard on the radio my whole life, but it wasn't until recently that i found out who this dazzling band was. I love so many of these songs, they bring up all sorts of great memories. Best is the Stevie Nicks penned tunes" Silver Springs" , "Rhannion", "Dreams", and the wildly relatable, beautifully mysterious "Landslides" one of the greatest songs ever written. Songs like these are scarse now, and good one's like these have stood the test of time for good reason. As you can see by the reviews, people of all ages and all walks of life can enjoy it so it's worth a try, i highly doubt you'll be dissipointed, and if you are give it another listen!

The version of "Everywhere" gives me chills everytime I hear it, it is that good! This album is the essence of the band and how well they all play together.

I've been a huge Fleetwood Mac fan for a long time now and I never get tired of this Live CD. Stevie,, Christine and Lindsay all sound their absolute best and this album contains (in my opinion) the best version of Landslide I have ever heard.

I've loved this group since the 70's and remember so many scenes of my life with these songs as the sound track. I first saw this concert on VH1 while up in college and absolutely loved it!!! I went out and bought the cd and promptly wore it out. I had not seen it on TV in years and was elated to find it at Best Buy in the concerts section. Last I checked it was still being stocked there.

I remember seeing them play this album live on tv. It was unbelievable how great they sound. It caught me by surprise how well they played together as a band and as individual artist. Truley one of the best collections of music I have ever heard. It is one of those few albums you can put on from begining to end and listen to the whole thing without skipping a song. Every song is sung with such emotion and passion that it comes accross that way. Not to mention that Stevie Nicks vioce still takes my breath away everytime I hear Silver Springs. I fell in love with her vioce the first time I heard it. And it doesn't get any better than Mick Fleetwood on the drums.

The rearrangements and addition of silver springs are beautiful. This band was such an important part of a generation and generations to come. Even with the different arrangements old songs were made new again and have become favorites. I have had this album since it came out but if you want a great compilation of the best of fleetwood Mac (this album is one of the greatest and it brought the band back together). Since then they have come and gone out of retirement but this concert and album will always be one of my favorites.

- Not an everyday fan...

...but the Mac nails their catalog on this amazing piece of work, their execution is phenomenal. I had to listen twice before I realized this was a 'live' album.

Great, my mom bought this cd when it came out in '97. About a year ago I knew one Fleetwood Mac song, Go your own way (thanks to guitar hero world tour). So I listened to this cd. I was amazed. Now I love Fleetwood Mac. The background music is aswome. They sound great live; buy the album.

Thius CD owned VH1 several years back. It is still a terrific show. For anyone who's ever been in a marching band, this CD is a MUST HAVE! Go Trojans!

This is an excellent album and as a younger listener, this is what got me addicted to Fleetwood Mac. I heard my grandparents playing it at their house when I was in high school back in 2004 or 5 and have been all about FM since. I’ve never heard a live performance I liked better!

- My introduction to a great band

Fleetwood Mac '75-present is a great band as it is, although Christie McVie's more recent withdrawal is like disconnecting life support My point is, don't complain you miss the days of a very different band with a different lineup with the same name Now, I'd recommend watching this to get the full experience and you're going to wish you had the original records in your collection if you don't already but "Bleed to Love Her," "Temporary One" and "Silver Springs" are recordings to die for

The Dance CD is incomplete. they performed 5 other songs on this concert that are not featured on this CD. do yourself a favor. don't buy the CD version. go for the video instead. Update: The video unfortunately is Rent Only now...so...crap.

Just recently I was reminded how much I love Fleetwood Mac, personally Lindsey Buckingham is my favourite.
