OMG this album is amazing and rocks!!! I love glee so much and it was such a loss when Cory died but it was amazing how glee continued!! I love the cast so much and everybody in it!!! I hope season 5 isn't the last season because glee is one of the best shows ever and it has taught me so many wonderful things so I hope it doesn't end!!! The glee cast is amazing! i love the songs they sing. The two lady gaga songs are really good. I love naya's voice in Bad Romance :) and Poker Face is really good. Lea and Idina sing a great duet together. Their voices blend together beautifully. Keep it up,Glee!!! But my FAVORITE is Total Eclipse of the Heart. Perhaps better than the original

Not in this volume

The rendition of Poker Face is better than the original because there's much more feeling and intensity between the duo! You watch the show and you come back to listen and feel that intensity they felt onscreen. Their voices are stellar and you can hear the love they have for wah other but it can't be more than what it is and you can hear the hurt at the end. So many emotions being played out here at once, but you easily can keep track because of the slowed pace of the song. I love how they made it their own.

I can’t even listen to Poker Face it’s so annoying with all the Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh’s. Lady Gaga should sue Glee Club for every dime they have since they ruined her songs.

A great tv show which beleive it or not my Dad told me to check out once, has become a new favourite album. I have four Glee albums now including the Madonna one and they jus keep getting better and better, can't wait for me. Awesome works by awesome talented young actors. :-)

These songs are just amazing! from the first time I heard them I just loved them, the glee cast have beautiful voices and a talent for producing music which makes you feel emotion, whether it be happy or sad that is a great acomplishment and I have to say I love this music, it is so soul-filled and people can relate to it, well done glee on yet another amazing album!

I must admit, when the concept of the show came about, i sighed and thought, "here we go, a lame attempt at making a show tunes sitcom... it'll crash and burn". After watching a few episodes recently in their entirety, with my wife... I'm a changed man. Their take on Lady is a Tramp, Rose's (Kurt's) Turn are show-stoppers and the Safety Dance number in the shopping centre was an absolute winner. Now a fan. Get on board! Very enjoyable show with real heart and Sue, the neurotic Cherios coach is a scream.

this glee album is once again amazing as the glee 1+2 CDs were, it brings all the new music and classics to a whole new lever simply incredible! i highly recommend it as its a collection to add to your 1 and 2 CDs, simply amazing :)

I've never actually seen the show, because as a straight male, I have no interest in a drama/musical, but as much as it pains me to say it, this music actually sounds pretty good. If I had enough money to spare, I might actually buy this album.

omg, personally this would have to be my most favourite glee album ever that has been out! i was a bit disappointed that Jessie's girl, Run Joey Run, Ice Ice baby, Hello, I love you, & U Can't Touch this was left off of the album, they maybe couldve left the One less bell to answer & a house is not a home, cause they seemed to be a bit boring compared to the other fantastic songs on their, like seriously Jessie's girl was & is still the most popularest song out, which isnt even on the album out :(. In my opinion, I think by glee re-making the original songs into better, brighter songs is just FABULOUS!!! But I definately recommend to anyone to buy this album, & I'm already excited & ready for the next season (season 2) which at the moment is a 2 week break & then the 2nd season shall come on :)

Firstly, as a Gleek, I know this show pretty well. To those of you who believe that they are "ruining good music", you guys just don't understand it don't you? I am a fan of music of all time periods, from the Beatles to WHAM! Glee is not a show aiming to change the world with their renditions of music, but it is a wonderful program aimed to embrace the best of music, and to introduce it to the younger generations. Give Glee a chance, because it's one of the best programs you will ever witness.

This album is a must have its mainly slow beautiful music but in the end it goes awsome. i have all the glee albums and i love them and its a great album with more songs than the other ones you really should buy it. i give it 5 out of 5 like if you agree with me. GO GLEE

If you enjoy these songs, you should be buying the original versions and not these sucky try-hard covers. The originals are 1000% better!

People say Glee copy other greatly famous and talented artists, and all I can say is they are wrong. Glee are MEANT to do covers of other songs, they are only doing their own version. If you watch the episodes, it all fits in and makes sence, that's why they chose the songs. And everyone who thinks they copied Madonna and Gaga, the episodes showed they were just admiring their talent. Glee is cheerful music that anyone can sing, dance and enjoy. In my opinion, it's amazing... This album has so many great cover songs. They fit each song with the programme perfectly which makes people love it.. The singers/actors have so much talent - Glee is amazing and so is this album. I would buy it anyday! :}

Usually, I love Glee, and I honestly didn't think they could make a mistake with this album. However, I don't particularly like the songs: 'A house is not a home', 'One less bell to answer / a house is not a home', 'physical', and 'rose's turn'. i would've preferred some other songs on there, such as run joey run and jessie's girl. I recommend the album because of the lady gaga songs, and 'beth' and the 'hello' songs, and 'total eclipse of the heart' because that is a great version.

why the heck is the cover idina menzel did of funny girl by barbra streisand. it was my favourite song of the entire series. i love glee but there is a destinctive lack of songs from actual musicals in this album. i dreamed a dream is on the list of course but this song is quite over exposed due to the whole susan boyle BGT frenzy. it would have really been nice to include a song from the beautiful, perhaps less known musical funny girl, idina really did the song justice and it is a real shame it isnt included.

As much as I love Glee, I feel like some of their covers just don't seperate themselves from their originals. They should be like Poker Face, a synthy, dance track turned into a beautiful piano ballad, which really gives it a touch of class and elegance. But some songs such as their Bad Romance cover, is essentially just sung to a backing track, and it needs to be more realistic, because lets face it, I attend my school choir, and we would never obtain any kind of synthesiser to sing along to.

Brilliant yet againg, but I'm really disappointed that some essential songs were missed (Run Joey Run, Jesse's girl) and it only has the songs up to the Gaga episode, even though there are only two more episodes after that one until the regionals finale therefore we will expect yet another album. It irritates me so much that a wonderful show like Glee, is stringing it's fans along with releasing so many albums, full priced expensive albums at that, in this season alone -this is only season 1 I belive because it's been split into sectionals and regionals- there have been 4 albums!!! So yes I will buy Glee albums because I am a Gleek, I only wish that they soon get some consideration for their fans because sooner or later, no matter how awesome they are, we will get fed up with the countless albums and seperate songs and our purses will hurt. If you are wondering whether to buy the album, just get it, the Glee cast are amazing no doubting that,just think about how far you are prepared to go to follow their music =D

I love Glee loads but sometimes it annoys me when they miss songs off that are really good like when they missed off halo/walking on sunshine and had to wait for the entire collection edition to come out to purchase them as I did not have iTunes when it was released so would prefer more songs on the album, I remember taking this on my end of year trip last year, great album for coach journeys xxxxxx

The fact is there have been Jukebox Musicals with classics from different artist and Glee is the FIRST jukebox musical tv show in the World as they do songs in every episode. I rated it five stars as I love listening to the broadway guest stars and Lea Michele who is the hottest and most talented regular on the show.

I really believe that people who comment on this and other Glee albums and episodes, about other bands being better, hating people who actually enjoy the show & saying the actors and actresses that star in Glee are "talentless" clearly have no life. I am not going to sit here and tell you that you should not buy anything but Glee, because I listen to a wide range of music. Musical tastes differ, if you prefer a different type of music don't ruin the enjoyment that others take from listening to the music and watching the show. The cast of Glee have bucket loads of talent and each and everyone has a great voice, and without a doubt have promising careers after Glee. I have rated this album as five due to the fact that there are some brilliant covers of brilliant songs, that in my opinion deserve this rating. I absolutely adore some of the songs on this album, like 'Gives You Hell', 'Lady Is A Tramp', 'Total Eclipse Of The Heart' and 'Beth' - I LOVE all the songs with Puck in them, he's a amazing singer - but I don't totally understand some of the song choices. For Example, why does it have two versions of 'A House Is Not A Home' - which personally drives me crazy - and not 'Run, Joey, Run' - a personal favourite? Still, you've just got to love Glee!!!
