This is a fantastic album from Glasses. I've been waiting for this album since '06 and now it's finally here, and man it was worth the wait. I'd recommend this to any hip hop fan, I guarantee you'll find it's something quite special

I've been waiting on Beach Cruiser to drop for around three years and finally we get it, does it live up to years of waiting? In short yes. Glasses Malone will probably never be crowned the vest lyricist of this generation. However, the thing that sets him above the rest is his great voice and flow. Add to the fact that what he is talking about is real and you've got yourself a album worth listening to. Also he brings along some of the best guest spots you will hear on a album.

- Why

I wish that Glasses Malone got more recognition because he spits fire and brings the West Coast back to its best. Beach Cruiser only managed 165 in the US and probably about 700 here but that doesn't take away that this in the Top 5 albums of 2011.

A cruiser bicycle, also known as a beach cruiser or (formerly) motobike, is a bicycle that usually combines balloon tires, an upright seating posture, a single-speed drivetrain, and straightforward steel construction with expressive styling. Cruisers are popular among casual bicyclists and vacationers because they are very stable and easy to ride, but their heavy weight and balloon tires tend to make them rather slow. Another common feature is their ability to be customized with accessories including fenders, lights and saddle bags. They are designed for use primarily on paved roads, low speeds/distances, and are included in the non-racing/non-touring class and heavyweight or middleweight styles of the road bicycle type. The bikes, noted for their durability and heavy weight, were the most popular bicycle in the United States from the early 1930s through the 1950s, and have enjoyed renewed popularity since the late 1990s.
