Disturbed - The Lost Children

About The Lost Children by Disturbed Album

The title comes from the band calling the songs "their children", because they can't pick a favorite. The Lost Children features all of Disturbed's b-side tracks that were recorded during a time period of 11 years with the exception of the song "Glass Shatters" which is only available on WWF Forceable Entry. The only song on the album not previously available is "Mine". A track titled "3", which was originally released as a digital single on disturbed1.com for a campaign backing the West Memphis Three, was not originally intended to be released on the album but was included due to a surprise hearing for the West Memphis Three, resulting in their release from prison. The album artwork was revealed on September 22, 2011. "Hell" was announced as the first radio single for the album.

- God of the Mind

The album sounds monotonous. The only song I can listen to is God of the Mind. I don't have to listen to the album because the song sums it up. The song has deep meaning and describes someone or something that is between the light and dark sides.

- Fantastic collection

I just love these guys so much. Hell is an amazing track and a great way to open the album. I have some of the tracks on previous albums but i am happy to see them again. All good songs!

- Disturbed

All I know is you half to get the album and PARASITE is the best

- No Glass Shatters?

I'm shocked they didn't put Stone Cold's theme Glass Shatters on here because it is by them and you can't find it on iTunes (as far as I know). So I'm kind of disappointed in that but that's my only complaint.

- Don't listen to the other "fans" below

Great album, it's more than worth it. The people complaining don't realize this is a collection of old bonus tracks and songs that weren't "officially" released before. For what it is I give it 5 stars.

- It's Disturbed!

Just a few let downs, they were steering away from their style for a couple songs but other than that, it's a good album. The other songs make up for the let downs so I give it 5 stars

- Disturbed Is Not Gone!

This album is awesome and also, Disturbed isn't gone. They're currently on "hiatus" (which means pause) and working on a side project called Device. Don't worry guys, they're not done quite yet....

- I F@&$ING LOVE Disturbed they are my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE band EVER

Please refer to the title ⬆ above ⬆

- Love Disturbed

Disturbed is still really good even though this isn't my favorite album it's still pretty awesome I did hear that this maybe the last album they ever release which would be really upsetting for me I would rather their last album really go back to the classic disturbed because this album slightly drifted off not for a really bad way though the album still has plenty of great songs such as Two worlds , dehumanized , hell , and fantastic cover of living after mid night but when I say I would rather it end on classic disturbed sound meaning the sound from ten thousand fist , indestructible , and asylum but I'll never really be disappointed with a disturbed album because you always know what your going to get with an album of disturbed but if it is the end of disturbed I want to thank David , Dan , Mike , John , and Fuzz because he was in the band when releasing the sickness and believe he does deserve some credit but I do want to thank them for bringing me this music always be a die hard fan of disturbed

- 🎧🎶🎶🎶🤘🏻

Loving it

- Okay

The Lost Children was like Metallica’s Reload. By no means bad, just not great.

- Awsome!!!!

This isnt really considered a new album, a lot of these songs were already composed even before there newest asylum so if you think it sounds the same its because it was basically made around the same time as indestructible, it was just released very late hahahahahaha xD but still a bunch of extra awsome songs X)

- Back to being disturbed

I was brought into this genre of music by my wonderful husband. I thought I would hate it since I was hardcore country fanatic. But I was wrong! I love this band! I love the passion they have in their lyrics, the rythm of the instruments, and most of all the absolute sweet sound of the lead singers voice! Mmmm yum! :)

- They need to get back together already!

I got this a few years back as a Christmas gift, best Christmas ever ^^

- No

Hell mean under world do you know that kids well you do now and you a probably think is she a adult well hers you answer no I am a teen.

- Awesome!

Just my favorite out of all their albums

- e.o

Anybody else freak out hearing Disturbed cover Living After Midnight?

- Why I do/don't like disturbed

First of all I believe in God who sent his only son to die on the cross for our sins. I definitely don't like people who worship satan. This band seems to sort of do that in songs like overburdened and as much as the music from the song hell I do like but the lyrics is kinda what gets me. Some people may ask me why I like disturbed and I would say because most songs make Call of duty gameplay more interesting to me. Please don't attack me for my opinion but songs like the infection and indestructible are great songs to go with gameplay

- A b-side masterpiece.

This is A b-side album that is worth it. My favorite is “living after midnight”. I guess it’s A good reason for the record company to release this after their hiatus.

- Living after midnight

Didnt know they had a cover to this song. What a treat to stumble onto this one

- I LOVE MIDLIFE CRISIS!

Midlife crisis is a awesome song along with "3" and "parasite" if you get this album you won't regret it I didn't regret it

- B-side album is amazing

This is better than some bands professional albums that are put out.

- The Lost Children

I downloaded this off Itunes and some of the songs didnt completly download all the way, just wondering if any else had this problem? I love the ablum and want to get it again, just dont want to get only half of a song again.

- Run from tlc. Indestructible from indestructable and bound from beli

Best band ever

- Please Come Back!!!

I support that they are on a hiatus and that they are all taking there time with this. But ultimately, they will be back for creating more meaningful music (most of which I can relate to in one way or another). \M/Stay Metal\M/

- I am SO GLAD the B-sides are out!!

This is a great album from Disturbed! OMG... I waited almost 4 years to get "Hell"! 4 FLIPPING YEARS!! That song was definitely worth the wait! As for the others... If "Old Friend" is the song for Dexter (A very nice fit, btw), then "Sickened" should be the song for Frodo and his ties to the Ring! Buy those three!!! Check out the rest of it too!!

- NOTHING NEW

Disturbed is beginning to sound the same over and over and over again nothing new. so disappointed. smh :/

- Disturbed

Can't go wrong with Distrubed, I'm buying this!

- Good

Good

- Not an actual album

This album isn't a concept album like all their other albums. "The Lost Children" means all of their unreleased songs that didn't make it onto any of the albums. Most of the songs were supposed to be on either "Indestructible" or "Asylum". But either way it is a good album just don't think it's an actual concept album most Disturbed fans thought it was going to be

- piture piture piture piture piture piture piture piture pitur

I need comfy Coffey but disturbed was awesome Dave will do more so yeah let’s do this once again land of C is 1#😁that’s it I really will go visit Dave I will get the costume and exercise a lot and rock it/not true😦/maaaaaaaaaaybeeeeee.......

- The Lost Children

The Lost Children is awesome. I've had since it was released. My favorite tracks are Mine,Living After Midnight,Midlife Crisis, A Welcome Burden and especially Monster because it reminds of the hell this woman is putting through. The title of the disc is very cool as well because I feel like a lost child sometimes.

- Disturbed is great

A lot of their songs throughout their albums have a similar sound and it's getting repetitive, but I respect that. They choose what they are as a band and they are not going to change. The only bad thing is that they keep rereleasing songs and i don't think they should have the same song on more than one of their albums.

- Love disturbed

I love the song mine that's a good one along with hell but all the others are good

- Stupid

This us their second repeat of indestructible, they have lost all creativity with their music dice they keep tuning their guitar to C#, they should try something new because they are selling out!

- The same, always the same

I used to really like this band a lot! Over the years it just sounds all the same. I know people used to say that about metal to me all the time and I would think they were nuts but this is really the same, his voice always is the same with that style which can't change. If I was a bit torrent user, I would not even download this album! It's a shame really, the older music was great. It's b-sides but not done well at all and really how many times can you hear living after midnight by disturbed.

- I love this

My favorite is a walcom buden

- Wow.

This is a highly underrated album.😁

- Disappointing

Don't get me wrong. I love Disturbed! I just miss the times when their songs were unique and different. Now they all sound alike. I mean, what happened to songs like "The Night" and "Criminal" from the Industructible album?

- Best b-side album ever

I love this album I have always loved disturbed and they have always done awsome stuff and this is just another by product of there awesomeness rock on disturbed -}------>

- The memories

I'm not old enough to have been listening to them since their first album but I remember listening to down with the sickness and falling in love with them.. Around 2008 and ever since then I have bought all of their albums and this one was very much worth buying. In my opinion even their "b" songs are even great. I would recommend this album to everyone who likes this type of music

- Wow

I thought I loved this band...then found out they did a Faith No More cover. Omg wow. Glad to know they realize music wouldn't sound like it does if FNM never existed.

- disturbed awesome!!

well the sad part is if you look on twitter disturbed is gone ;( david dramin (lead vocalist) said look out for my project @DEVICETHEBAND hate to say it guys but disturbed is no more. great album though and disturbed will always be remebered

- Disturbed was already lame enough.

Indestructible has a few songs on it that I like, but they're lame other than that. 1. Hell- Not that good of a song, "Hell" is unoriginal and just not good. 2/5 2. A Welcome Burden- This song is bad, just leaving it at that. 1/5 3. This Moment- It's okay. I don't really like Transformers movies, but I heard it on the soundtrack. But yeah, it is okay. 2.5/5 4. Old Friend- Another bad song. 1/5 5. Monster- I don't like Skillet much but their song, "Monster", is better. Don't really like it. 2/5 6. Run- It was always okay, but not anymore. Lame. 1/5 7. Leave It Alone- Only one listen to it told me how bad of a song this is. 0/5 8. Two Worlds- It's not that good, but not that bad. Mediocre song. 2/5 9. God Of The Mind- Like Leave It Alone, but not as bad. 0/5 10. Sickened- Awful song, it SICKENS me. 0/5 11. Mine- Awful, just like the last song. Boring. 0/5 12. Parasite- It's not good, but it's not awful. 2/5 13. Dehumanized- Awful song, the worst on the album. 0/5 14. 3- It's okay I guess. I've never been a huge fan of it. 2/5 15. Midlife Crisis- This cover is somewhat good, but not great. I like the original a bit too. 3/5 16. Living After Midnight- I'm a big fan of Judas Priest, and his original song is really good. This proves that Disturbed was influenced by real metal. It's good, not great. 3/5 This is from a big fan of Godsmack, a much better band like this. Don't buy it, it's bad.

- Not a bad album

I gotta admit it I think this album is not dat bad cuz I like the indestructible, asylum, and ten thousand fist. Those were the best albums I've heard and this album gets a four cuz da best songs on this album are Monster, God Of The Mind, leave it alone, mine, two worlds and dehumanized. These are da best I like to listen to

- PLEASE DO ANOTHER ALBUM GUYS!

Disturbed is my all time favorite Rock/Metal group in the world! I really love the song Old Friend(because I watch the TV Show Dexter) and I have the entire Indestructible Deluxe album on my iPod. I heard the group said they were splitting up(not sure if this is true or not) for a while. I really hope this isn't true! Long review short this group is the best in the world and I hope they do another album!

- Ehhhh.

This album isn't bad it's like slayers diabolus in musica, not bad but most the songs sound exactly like past disturbed songs.

- Awesome!

Wasnt sure about it when I first got this album but now I love every song. Great album, absolutely sick. If not you're not sure whether or not to get this, just get it and you will love it! All are good, solid Disturbed songs here

- Lame sound again!! fans that still like them are a shame to the METAL community!!!!!!!!!!!!

same sound like always. all of the fans have wasted their money completely disturbeds only good albums are 10000 fists and the sickeness. everything else is the same. DO NOT BUY THIS, THIS IS A SHAME TO ANY MUSIC LIBRAY

- Awesome

Bloody awesome album must get

- Disturbed brake up?

The band didn't brake up loyal disturbed fans. Their official stat, net is they are taking a short brake so hopefully they will be back together in no time

- Is it there last

Please tell me it's not there last

- 😈

Great album. Disturbed knows how to please the fans.

- Awesome

You can tell what album the songs were written for! A disturbed fan must have!!!!!!! 5 stars all the way.

- Thanks Disturbed!

Epic. All the stuff that's hard to find. Hell, Monster, God of the Mind, This Moment, Two Worlds. And for all the people wondering, this isn't strictly a new album, it's a release of stuff they had around and never released.

- Awsome

Love this album, the only reason why i dont give this band five is because theyre becoming a bit lighter on the music. I want hard rock like on the album indestructible. The songs hell and run are my favorite. Keep it up boys! U guys are one of the most underated bands in my mind!

- Enjoyable for any Disturbed Fan!

Although this may be a B-Side Disturbed record, it is still quite enjoyable if you're not going to analyse every riff. However, I just noticed that they put "A Welcome Burden" on this album when it's already on The Sickness album... kind of annoying to have double tracks in iTunes. I'm happy that I finally have a studio recording of Dehumanized though! Bought this album at the sale price - I may not have done so at regular price!

- The Lost Children deserves to be heard!

Now, I've already heard most of these before the release of this amazing compilation of B-sides, but it's still great to see the band bringing out something that reminds you why you loved them in the first place. The range of songs, as it is a feeling of their timeline, is just great to listen to. The only songs I haven't really heard up til now is Run, Mine, Parasite, and the Living After Midnight cover. Some stuff on here is better than others, for example,. I've always loved Dehumanized, Hell, Sickened, and Old Friend (Which is a personal love, since the song is inspired by the Dexter series), but everything else is still good. It's Disturbed through and through, and if you don't like it, then that's your opinion. The rest of us that have been to one or many concerts, never skip their songs on a shuffle, or just randomly yell out the "OH WAH AH AH AH!", will get this album and love every second of it, for years to come. \m/

- What the hell!!!!!!!!!!

Freakin pissed that they tried to redo Living After Midnight. No one can do that song besides Judas Priest. Besides that, great album!!!!!!!

- Cant Believe That This Could Be The Last

This album is fantastic, but i have heard lately of Disturbed's hiatus and am sort of afraid that this could be the last of them. This just can't be the end of them because they are still great and now more popular than ever. I am a big fan of Disturbed as well as A7X of whom are also taking a break...i just hope at least one of them returns with a new album. I would also like to point out that yes this is b-side compelation, but lots of these songs were better than those of the albums they were supposed to be on. For example Dehumanized should have been on Believe instead of Mistress because Mistress was the worst song they ever made in my opinion. And all you ppl are crazy for wanting them to change i would like to point out how Linkin Park and Hedley changed and they are just awful now...they used to be good bands, but both of them, in their new albums, just ruined their sound and released god awful music. So don't be saying that they should change the fans, including me, like them the way they are. Thats the bands are supposed to be original in their music, but keep the same style because once u change you become Linkin Park or Hedley who messed their reputation by releasing crap. My favorites of the album are: Hell,Dehumanized,Mine and Sickened, but all the songs are good except probably living after midnight, but then again i didn't like the song before it was remade so thats expected.

- B sides??

isn't this called lost children because they are old songs that never got released so then it should sound dated??? just wondering...love Disturbed!!!

- Time

it's time for Disturbed to try and make a new sound...it's starting to sound simmilar to Asylum, the album is still good though.

- Just ok

Sounds okay, but as others have said, it sounds so much like their earlier albums. Great groups set themselves apart by showing originality from one album to the next...not much of that going on here. But, good cover of Midlife Crisis and great cover of Living After Midnight.

- Charity

What a waste of money I was a big fab until asylum but even on asylum all of these songs could be played straight through and you wouldnt know the song changed its just the same thing track after track as it has been for a few albums

- hahaha

Wow, it seriously sounds like everything else they produce... basically "down with the sickness". Just pop that in your player.

- TOOO SICCKKKKKK!!!!!!!

Disturbed are still at the top of their game and have been since their album, The Sickness. Although they were already released before, never really heard them. The Lost Children= A must have for people who still know what good music sounds like BTW they are gonna take a break, but are NOT breaking up.

- Keep comin with the music disturbed. Soo good!!

Keep comin with the music disturbed. Soo good!!

- its aight

i was so pyched for this albums release but after listening to the entire album im actually a bit dissapointed :/ im a total metalhead but ther wer maybe only 5 songs that really got me into that headbanging mood ohwell better luck on the next album Metal forever! :)

- Great :D

For all of you who believe that this album is a mix of their previous albums and isn't that great, well you're partially right. This album is all of their hidden, or B-Side tracks from their previous albums, plus some covers that they have done. Therefore they will all contain elements of their respective albums because of the themes and sounds of each individual album. I think some of them have been re-recorded. All this is is a collaboration of every track that they did not release on any of their studio albums. For example: - Leave It Alone is featured on the deluxe version of Asylum. - This Moment was featured in the Transformers Movie Soundtrack and was played in the credits of the movie. - Midlife Crisis and Living After Midnight are both covers. Living After Midnight was done for a tribute album for Judas Priest, and Midlife Crisis for a cover album collaborated with different artists such as Avenged Sevenfold and Taking Back Sunday; this was then remastered for this album. If you're into Disturbed, definitely an album to buy.

- Me happy and sad.

Great Album! I heard they're breaking up! Please don't break up!!!

- Bland

I wouldn't think disturbed would pull off a cash cow like this.....there's a reason why they weren't released......I really loved this band at one point but asylum was the breaking point....there sound just got weak , songs sounded rushed , no real melodies.....just tired sounding.....

- Love it

I'm excited that the album is out finally. I wanted to see the songs that never had a chance to hear when they came out on special edition albums and stuff. However for lots of disturbed fans they may be disappointed to see that the song "glass shatters" is not on the album, glad I have it tho. As much as I loved the last album ( being my second fave to this) I have to say it feels kinda good to back with the old. I hope the next album ( if there ever is one) will include this feel if music as well as " asylum's" feel

- calm down

calm down people. it sounds like an old realse becasuse it is. all the songs are bonus tracks from old albums, this isnt a new album. its a compilation of rare tracks. take it as it is. if you listen to it youll realize that the songs are good. i love god of the mind personaly. overall good album by a great band. hope to hear some new tracks soon though.

- the lost children.

dehumanized is awesome, surprised it is not more popular. glad they made these available officially. haha my mom has had these songs for years before she got the cd yesterday. i think they all have been leaked before. probably why some commented that the album felt old, or pieced together, because it is left over tracks from previous recording sessions. hopefully the band does not break up and this gives them a break to rebound for the next album. didn't like the last one.

- GREAT!

Remember peeps... this is a collection of b-sides from all previous albums. Awesome release!

- Another album, finally

This is a good album. However, there are a few songs that are not new on here. 1 I know for sure is the song A welcome Burden. It is an awesome song but it came out when Dracula 2000 came out because, well its on the soundtrack. OMFG!!!!! |A band used a song from there past on a new album. Oh well, its disturbed, and a new album, so im going to enjoy it for what it is.

- What you would expect

This album is great, but once again has a very similar sound as past releases. Hell, Monster, Run, and Sickened are by far the best tracks; however Indestructible is still by far their best album in my opinion.

- This album is 100% Disturbed 100% awesome

To all the deaf idiots that wrote crappy reviews go back to listening to your square dancing, hillbilly, banjo pickin noise you believe to be music because you don't deserve Disturbed! For the rest enjoy yet another awesome album from one of the greatest bands out there!

- lame

lame outdated

- Crap

Im sick of the same crap every time

- B-sides in the best way

Everything on this album is great (some tracks where bonus on iTunes deluxe albums) no complaints here. Buy! Turn it on! Turn it up! Repeat! Enjoy! ImI • .• ImI

- Same, But Still Really Good

Disturbed sounds mostly the same every album but you know, it works!!! This is still a super album with awesome rock riffs!!! Disturbed used to be my fav band, but I still like them. I really needed a new album to help me really like them again and I'm getting there!!! Keep it up Disturbed!!!

- I love disturbed

It may be a bside album but every song is good I live and breathe disturbed for life

- Some people obviously don't follow...

This is a collection of b-sides, for those people who are complaining that it it's too original or it's completely recycled... because IT IS. These tracks didn't make it onto the albums they going to be released on. They're 'new' to some, but I heard all of these tracks (except two) before I even knew this album existed. They all belonged to different styles of different albums, but they're all still great tracks. I recommend all of them, if you're a true Disturbed fan...

- NOT A STUDIO ALBUM PAR SE, IT'S A 'COMPILATION' ALBUM!!!!!

man, what is it with a couple comments here, statin' that there's a feeling of Deja Vu, old sounding, no evolution???? will with this CD, all these thing is kinda needed, I mean if you are expecting this to be another album in the timeline of Disturbed, well, you thought wrong, and is a waste of your money to purchase, if that be what ya wants and all..... Disturbed are awesome, Draiman is the Master/Maestro, and no they are not broke up, well, not in a strict sense to that they are no more.... Draiman said that they are simple on Hiatus, like ALL bands must go through, if not, it will get to oneself not being able to take a break and all... and he also stated that there is NO turmoil whatsoever shifting this hiatus, all members get along tremendously great, they just need to take some time off was stated..... anyways, back to the CD, if a fan of Disturbed, buy it, you'll love it for sure,... if an 'album buyer' you are, then this COMPILATION CD is not for you, it is of unreleased material they have done over their years from album to album, start to current.... MY recommended tracks: HELL, MONSTER, TWO WORLDS, MIDLIFE CRISIS,... I personally find their TEN THOUSAND FISTS 'album' a more defining moment for the band, a real rock solid cd to listen to, then goes down a line to INDESTRUCTIBLE, BELIEVE, THE SICKNESS...... I wasn't overly a particular fan of ASYLUM though, it just didn't have certain songs to really "hook" ya into the music as say Ten Thousand Fists did, but that's my opinion... from what I DO hear, ASYLUM is a really kickass album, just not in MY perspective. Peace all, hope y'all have read and perhaps payed attention to some detail here, I'm out, rock on!!!!! come back soon Disturbed, Ten Thousand Fists in the Air!!!! OOH AH AH AH OWH!!!!

- This

IS definitely a Disturbed album ; ) a Must buy for all Disturbed fans even all rock fans Disturbed never lets us down with their music

- Epic XD

This is a great release! I was hoping to be able to get my hands on unreleased and hard to get tracks like these, especially "Hell" :D If you are a Disturbed fan and you are looking to make sure you have all their music including bonus and extra tracks, this is the final step, and at a great price.

- Good but just more of the same

Is this album good, yes it is. Is this album original, well absolutely not! While listening to the first few tracks, you have a strong deja vu feeling. It`s like they cut and paste the music and put some new lyrics. Honestly, this is disappointing. And this is why I will not give my money to a group that cannot evolve, because it feels too much like I`m buying an old album for the second time! I think you got the point. If you want an awesome group that is not afraid to evolve while keeping its distinct feel, try Kidney Thieves. They deserve your money so much more than tired old Disturbed.

- Yes

Soooo goood

- Love it

Man gotta love Disturbed. Very good album. We are all disturbed!

- ? new album with some old songs???

a bit disappointed ...

- Amazing as always

Monster+Hell <3 Disturbed forever <3

- Perfect

Just Disturbed Just Perfect

- sick albüm

saw living after midnight and was like oh no they didnt just cover that song, but they did ooooh yes they did, buying it asapppppppppppppppppppppp :•D

- Once Again

Disturbed never fail to please. You never know what your gonna get in a Disturbed album, but you know it's gonna be good.

- More disturbed awesomeness

Some there best , every song is absolutely awesome . How they consider these "B" sides has me stumped but they make another brilliant disturbed album . Thanks guys for rockin so dam hard!!!!!

- AMAZING

I love disturbed! Amazing sound and meaning, one of my favourite bands, all round great

- weaponized music

based purely on iits diversity the album is one of the best, the songs each own a little peice of every album so what you get is a best of Disturbed without repeating old tracks, great idea to group them together like this.

- Just amazing!

It's not ioften I can sit through an album from start to finish and say that I loved every single song... With The Lost Children, I can And will do many times over! Just amazing!

- DISTURBED!!!!!!

Loved every song

- Good stuff mate..............

:)~<

- Love It

I only just bought this and i already love it, login the cover of liven after midnight \m/

- Midlife Sabatical

Seriously, Disturbed's cover of Midlife Crisis is now my favourite 'going deaf' track. Play it loud, play it loud, PLAY IT LOUD!

- classic ruined

way to ruin a classic Faith No More Song.

- These are awesome

Keep it up guys you are awesome and I can't wait till you comeback and start touring again

- Juice

Great job DISTURBED

- Pretty cool.

I want to start by saying, I own all of Disturbed's albums. Unfortunately, there is something wrong with Aus and, they never stocked the special or limited edition CDs except Asylum. That was possibly the only Disturbed specal edition I had ever seen in a shop so I picked it up right away. About a year later this is released and I am over the moon. I can now say, without a doubt, my Disturbed collection is 100% complete. I also think this compilation is actually better than Asylum and Indestructible put together. Where those cds both had some cool tracks, I found that I didn't really recognise any of them after a while... they all started to sound same-ish. This has none of that. I can straight up remember every track from this. They are all classic Disturbed. And, like many others, I wonder why most of these songs weren't included on the original albums. I mean really... they excluded such gems as Monster, Parasite and Dehumanized... I don't know what the actuall hell Disturbed were thinking. At least they do see recognition in the end and there is a whole new cd just for them. If you think about it, it is like they took the best from each album and just saved hem for a new CD that would just WOW everyone like Believe did.

- God of the mind remake

God of the mind was on the sickness album and now its on this album, its wierd but oh well, this album is pretty sweet

- Awesome! But...

The Lost Children is a great album however It doesn't have all the emotion and conviction that Disturbed have in every other album. It feels as if these some of these tracks couldn't make the final cut of their recent album. Overall the album is great but it doesnt feel the same.

- The lost children of disturbed.

Totally sick.... The best yet

- OK

I Love Disturbed I Love all the albums The Lost Children is pretty good, it does have some good songs, but as an album, i enjoy The others. It is good though, and they haven't lost their "Disturbed" They are an incredible band They have kept that up Worth buying

- nothins better thn disturbed

once you've tasted the disturbed you'll never go back I just tried lookin for other metal... nothin came close to disturbeds level of epicness trust me

- These "Children" should never have been lost!

This collection of B-sides from Disturbed put together here on the one album makes arguably their most solid album. From the Opening "Hell" which became a single for this compilation, Is just one of many song that should have been on Ten Thousand Fists to begin with. "Monster" "Sickened" and "Two Worlds" were all omitted from that cd, and basically just like 95% of the songs on here, I cant fathom why they didnt make the final cut on a Studio album. "Old Friend" is prolly one of the best tracks for Asylum, and when I 1st got it last year I was yet again scratching my head WHY it wasnt on the cd! But I am just thankful now I own them all finally, "Mine" was the only track I didnt own previously, And that song alone was worth the 15$ for this Bone Jarring, fist pumping album. Its just shows how much talent a band has when songs like these dont make it onto the final cd! Do yourself a favour and get on this cd. Lets get strong sales for it so Disturbed at least know they still have a home Down Under, and they return full of vigor for another album and tour! Disturbed 4 life!!!! \m/

- B Side

I dont think people realise this is a B side album that they released as their going on an indefinite hiatus judging by the comments below. But is good listen for fans especially considering its non used album tracks.

- Disturbed albumn lost children

Friggin Awesome. I have been waiting a long time for their song Hell to be released onto an albumn. Stunning. Just love it. Since their last albumn Asylumn I was a little worried that they were going to far away from previous albumns like Ten Thousand fists, The sickness etc. But their back on track. Kim Jong Ils Dead long live disturbed =))

- Amazing

This a great CD to buy definitely worth the money, glad I bought it and I'm sure you would be too

- The Lost Children

This is a b-side album for all you stupid people saying suff like 'should have put a few more years into it' or 'sounds samey'. It's good, I like it.

- Not too bad :)

I understand what everybody els is saying about most of the tracks not being new, and all that. But what they have done is bring together all the best of Disturbed songs onto one album which, is easier in a way. Hell is the best song though on this album!!

- well..

It's definitely Disturbed, it's great…BUT…asylum was an amazing album and to just suddenly release this just feels bit wrong…all the way through listening to this album i couldn't help but feel that it has been rushed, 'just make something and get it out there'…and it's very sad because it could have been an amazing album if they put a few more years into it, but Disturbed still rocks and i love them! so it's all good! \m/

- This Moment!!

Omg!!! I used to listen to disturbed, and im an EDM/Dubstep person now. But saw this and This Moment hit me with Nostalgia. So many memories of a dark but passionate era in my life! Love Disturbed!

- So what?

B sides or not there is ome really good stuff on here, well worth a listen, and buying the album considering the number of songs makes it good value for money as well. Feels like Disturbed giving something back to the fans .....

- Of course it sounds smiliar to old tracks.

This is a compliation of B-side tracks from Disturbeds albums. They are awesome songs and the new song Mine is also very great... I enjoy this album greatly.

- To you Critics.

It is a collection of songs throughout the years, not a damn new album 1 year from Asylum, so please actually read updates of Disturbed before scanning through your illegal collection of music, love Disturbed, love all these songs, an the critics that know nothing, boil your heads

- Brilliant

Its a collection of B sides from their previous albums so your not going to find anything new here but it's still great

- Amazing.

I'm going to be honest. I really don't care what people think about this band. If you don't like them, don't listen to them and them comment. These bands put time and effort into each of their songs and you lot come along and say that there bad. what's the point? But disturbed, another great album. Don't stop playing!

- Really good!

Really good stuff here, not as good as the stuff like: Ten thousand fists And Stricken Its a great album with covers aswell! Overall. Id give this: 8.5/10 :)

- Great Album!

I don't understand how some of you so called disturbed fans are unaware that this is a B-side album, surely you must have heard of songs like 3, Monster and Parasite? People should do their homework before writing a review :)

- old tracks

i swear the review belows don't realise this is disturbed b side tracks from there older album's

- Nice parting gift from Disturbed

Considering we wont have another album for a few years because of their indefinite break this is a nice parting gift of B side tracks. I think we've all heard a lot of these tracks before but many of these tracks are new to me. It wont ever live up to the epic Asylum or 10kfists but it will do...

- Not bad

Considering this is a B side album, it's not bad. Fair enough it's not up there with Asylum or Down With The Sickness, but there are still a few really decent tracks on here. I'm happy it's in my collection.

- Awesome

This is the best album I have bought in years well worth £8

- Good times

I've fallen in love with disturbed all over again. A good collection of old tracks, some of which I hadn't heard before.

- Disturbed album

Great album, even if it is a Side b album, lots of great tracks love them all!

- Keep it Original...

You can't use 'Disturbed' and 'bad album' in the same sentence... Disturbed have a distinctive sound to them which is original, widely loved and in my opinion fantastic as well. I read all these comment from people saying that Disturbed must come up with some new material, but I dont think they realise what they are asking and what the implications of 'New Material' will bring. Like I mentioned above Disturbed have their own unique amazing sound. The problem wIth having your own original sound, is that making new things and bringing out new material can sometimes result in losing your originality all together and I'm sure I speak for all Disturbed fans when I say, we definitely dont want that. My review is simple really. Bravo to disturbed for their B side album, I look forward to your future material...
