CAPP Records presents 50 I LOVE DANCE TUNES—a series that delivers the unprecedented value, and unprecedented quality for which CAPP is known! This series is the product of a collaboration between two visionary producers and record label owners: one from Europe (Chris van Dutch), and one from North America (Cary August). We now proudly extend this series to include this special Deluxe Edition version of 50 I LOVE DANCE TUNES, Volume 1. van Dutch is the legendary DJ dance producer from Germany, whose cross-genre versatility has made him a star. He’s been spinning tracks in leading clubs throughout Europe for years. He’s collaborated with artists from Massmann to Raindropz. And he’s had releases on category-defining labels like Ministry of Sound. But van Dutch is perhaps best known from his collaborations with Henrik Münchow as Tale & Dutch and Commercial Club Crew (who are among the artists on this compilation), showing-off his vision and production chops in both electro house and hands-up techno. In 2009, van Dutch started his own record label: Tough Stuff. The name has rapidly grown to become a recognized force in dance music worldwide, and CAPP Records has proudly brought several of their releases to North America in recent years. Artist and producer Cary August started his career back in 1993, but his breakthrough came in 2000, with Get Off My Cloud, which was released on EMI/Capitol Records in more than 60 compilations worldwide, and in more than 30 territories. Today, August is best known as the head of CAPP Records, a US-based dance record label he founded in 1995, specializing in electro house, handsup techno, hardstyle, and trance. August has written, produced and engineered dozens of dance releases, and is the mastermind behind CAPP’s top-selling dance compilations, including the 50 Techno Electro Tunes and Bounce! series—both consistently in the Top 100 dance albums in the Apple® iTunes® music store. August continues to enjoy his work as a producer and collaborator with dozens of dance acts, including Rob Mayth, Brooklyn Bounce, Alex Megane, Rikah, Jan Wayne, Rico Bernasconi, and many others. August remains active as an artist as well, recently releasing the underground hit and Top 100 iTunes dance single Mortal Kombat 2k12: Techno Syndrome, alongside fellow producer and CAPP artist, DJ Analyzer.
Seriously, this is a fun album with a lot of high-energy dance songs!!! It's so hard to find these on iTunes, but this one definitely delivers! PLEASE come out with a Vol.2! Much Thanks!
