Yes, this review is really late, but the more I listen to Maroon 5 and their more recent stuff the more I realize there's a lot of hate going towards these new albums. Maroon 5 has their fans pretty split on their music, there are people who prefer their newer music like Hands All Over, Overexposed, V, Cold, Don't Wanna Know, What Lovers Do. And there are people who favor their older albums (Songs About Jane, It Won't Be Soon Before Long). I personally like the newer stuff. Call it mainstream, whatever. Leave a review and comment on all their videos to go back to the music they made in the early days, so be it. But your not changing anyone's opinions. Maroon 5 is poppy now, and a lot of people, like me, Love this sound. Get over yourselves and if you want to listen to Songs About Jane, listen to Songs About Jane and leave their new stuff alone because there are tons of people who love it and your review isn't going to make a difference. (that's super hypocritical but whatever)
  • It's ok

I don't understand why people don't like this album! Yes, Songs About Jane and It Won't Be Soon Before Long were AMAZING. And so was Hands All Over, and so are Overexposed and V!!! No matter what, I will love Maroon 5. Although I do miss their old taste, but I love their new one too!
  • Love most of them

    Music masher
I like them all from just listening but my favs are 1-6
  • ugh!

Sad and beautiful goodbye are the only songs I like on this album....bring back the songs about jane maroon 5
  • Payphone

    Minority opinion
I love the song payphone, but I like the version without wiz khalifa more than this one, censored or otherwise, but I can't find that version anywhere on I-tunes. I would rather pay for the maroon 5 only version than this one.
  • My favorite m5 album

    Booby but
My favorite album from the band and I can't pick my favorite song from the album but I guess I would have to pick pay phone because it was the first one I listened too because radio stations wouldn't stop playing it along with thrift shop
  • You guys...

All of you guys say they have been continually declining since Songs about Jane, I will admit that it was there best but they aren't declining, if you don't like this album than don't listen, don't lie and says it horrible because you don't like it. I personally have both CD's in my car and love the hell outta both.

Maroon 5 - Overexposed Album Wiki

In photography, exposure is the amount of light per unit area (the image plane illuminance times the exposure time) reaching a photographic film or electronic image sensor, as determined by shutter speed, lens aperture and scene luminance. Exposure is measured in lux seconds, and can be computed from exposure value (EV) and scene luminance in a specified region. In photographic jargon, an exposure is a single shutter cycle. For example: a long exposure refers to a single, protracted shutter cycle to capture enough low-intensity light, whereas a multiple exposure involves a series of relatively brief shutter cycles; effectively layering a series of photographs in one image. For the same film speed, the accumulated photometric exposure (Hv) should be similar in both cases. .
