You should totally check out the video! I mean, in the video for Smooth Criminal, MJ does a fr$$$king Anti-Gravity lean; I mean how is that even possible? fillers, just straight hits and great song after great song. It never gets old, and that's what separates good music from great - if it stands the test of time. "Bad" does just that. "Thriller" is always talked about as the GOAT, but I think "Bad" deserves as much praise. MJ was an icon and a legend. (PS - "The Way You Make Me Feel" is my all time favorite MJ song!)

Grand Vendetta - This album is an absolute gem!I'm an avid Michael Jackson fan, who loves the majority of his songs. Even though Thriller is still the biggest selling album of all time to this day, and it had some amazing hits, THIS album is my personal favourite. I love every song on it, with the exception of the slightly less catchy, 'Just good friends'. This album has so much variety in the genre of songs, and showcases Michael's vocal prowess in his ability to go from soft ballads, to pop, to rock. But I must say that his 'Dirty Diana' is my favourite ever song of his. I love his voice the most on his rockier, more angst filled tunes. 'Give into me' was another fine example, off of his 'Dangerous' album. I already own all his albums on CD, but I love him and his music so much that I also went ahead and purchased the digital copies of the albums from iTunes.
I will never understand anyone who can't say that they don't appreciate a single one of his songs, that just annoys me, to be honest. I don't understand how a man with such a unique talent as his could ever be dismissed. He was the true King of Pop, and no one can ever take that title from him.

Motown was royalty and a niche in industry - to jump into pop from Motown he had a whole different unique sound and outlook on EVERYTHING, which is why I think Bad is a fantastic formula that demonstrates and depicts Michael Jackson’s new way of communicating through experiments... you see it clearly: The rock and pitch of Dirty Diana. The smooth synth in Smooth Criminal. The autobiographical nature of Leave me Alone. And the rumble and feistiness in The Way You Make me Feel. Fantastic. Best album ever.
