The piano intro of Where the Happy People Go is worth the price alone but all of the songs are great. I wore this vinyl out back in 1976! Thanks ITunes!

The most amazing thing happened in the lobby of the Paramount Hotel in New York City a week ago. The song "Where The Happy People Go" came on, and everybody started dancing. I mean everybody. The desk clerks, the bellmen, the guests... I've never seen anything quite like it. When you hear the song, you'll know why. It is so full of joy, and has an incredible, driving beat. It's a fantastic song. Listen, dance, enjoy!

This album was part of a streak of longplayers this group of musicians and vocalists put out between 1972-1978. This LP (and its follow-up "Disco Inferno") were the best albums the group released while with Atlantic records. I wore this out in 1975-76, and I'm STILL wearing copies of it out some 36 years later. Good music doesn't get any better than this....highly recommended.
