- Awesome!

Awesome!!

- Sweet & Definately Not Sour!

Every so often my wife & I have an themed dinner night. Mario Lanza w/pasta, Abba w/Swedish Meatballs, etc. I downloaded this on a lark on night and its perfect for those sedate Asian dinner parties. Me Likee.

- Very relxing

It's a very relaxing music. Really great

- Very relaxing

If you add this with some ocean noise and seagulls in the background, it makes a perfect match! I love listening to this when I am writing a report, or when I am about to fall asleep. Thanks for making my night a good one!

- Quality

Great music, Great Artists, a Really Great Buy

- Very Good

Im glad that itunes has some traditional Chinese music. This is very peaceful, relaxing, and shows what people from another culture listen to. itunes should delete og... 's review. Thats completely racist. You insult an entire country because of the mistakes of a few people? Thats wrong, man. Go be racist somewhere else.

- Perfect

The most perfect Chinese music I've heard. I would give it 500 stars!!!!

- Absolutely gorgeous

I love hearing the koto and Hong Ting has done a magnificent job here. Every track is beautiful and relaxing.

- I would pass if you need to relax

Not bad if set to a video or playing in a store but as a relaxant...not so much. Having spent the last three years in hong kong and two in thailand ( where i am now). This doesnt do it exactly... But to each their own. Specifically the all chord consistent strumming. Go for greens in thailand...google it.

- Winter ducks play on water

the song "winter ducks play on water" is a superb melody for a serious Chen style Tai Chi routine and also a beautiful expression of Chinese culture.

- Amazing Album

After listening to the previews for the songs, I am so eager to buy this album. But first, I need some money for it. (Laughs)

- Great Music

This CD is great music. It annoys me that some reviews see fit to grade Itunes and not the CD on the review thus reducing the rating of a great musical artists. Don't be an idiot and rate the CD not your sad life.

Chinese Traditional Music Wiki

Chinese traditional music includes various music genres which have been inherited for generations in China. Specifically, this term refers to the music genres originated in or before Qing dynasty. According to the appearance, the genres can be classified into instrumental ensemble, instrumental solo, theatre, shuochang, dance music and song. It is now the primary classification in both research and education, although some genres contain different forms of performance and thus do not belong to a single category.
