Tech N9ne, once again, shows just how versatile his music can be.

Track 8!!! I love the rapping and how impressive it is. The singing got me obsessed. The way the singing was so smooth and the voice is amazing. Kendall Moore is great in the song just like MayDay. Tech9nene's rapping is top notch from the speed to the emotion in his voice. Kendrick was the reason I listened to the song and didn't change the station right away. Singing got me hooked. Love love love!!! Such a strong message and this song inspires me. Good job!

I'll write this review in two sentences. This album is one of the best hybrid albums I have ever listened to.

I've been listening to Tech since 2001 with Anghellic and have continually followed his career and is really the only hop hop/rap artists left I get excited for. Something Else might be one of his best. The album top to bottom is loaded. He just keeps putting out phenomenal beats and lyrics. This is a must for your Tech collection!

Good Album. I really do like it but there is room for growth and improvement. A few less collabs on some songs such as mayday on fragile,adding another tech verse over that beat would elevate that song. A complete album that you can listen from start to finish on, earth section is weak tho, with water being the best and most consistent. If tech can drop a few unnecessary features and keep up His great verses over good beats Special Effects could be even better, and that would be SOMETHING ELSE!

Theres some good songs on here and he still uses that old tech style but some of these songs seem to be too similar. In all, I like it but I'd give it an overall 6.5/10. See me/ So dope are the tops of this album

If you're new to Tech's music, or only know him from #Don'tTweetThis and Caribou Lou be prepared to learn what he's really about, in a big way!

Some crazy songs and some deep ones,his rap style/flow is awesome but sometimes his lyrics can be lazy and feel forced. Beats are great however Im not a big fan of the hooks on the album. Nice album overall and is definitely rivalling 6s and 7s in terms of qualty... Too strange!

Tech proves he is like a fine wine, getting better with age. This album is sic, and every track is fresh punchy and perfected delivered in the way only tech can. Add to that, the album features some of my all time favourite artists, and the other greats from strange music you'd expect to hear, I was really not disappointed with this great album! Would definitely recommend!!

I have been a fan of tech since All 6s and 7s + he is very technical + versatile on his own with tracks like dwamm + fortune force field and great with features like see me. The absolute standout track is fragile as its very introspective. The only downside is on some of tracks the production isnt great + Im not sure about the rock influence

This isn't your average hip-hop album, it has so many different elements flowing in to create one masterpiece. Sure, you may have to be quite open-minded to even begin to like some of the tracks, but once you have listened to each of them multiple times, they begin to grow on you, like some sort of ever-growing wart. The style of Something Else is unique, some tracks mix hip-hop and rock together. And I know what you're thinking, this may not be the perfect mix, but trust me, it is pulled off perfectly in this album. The production is on point, Seven produced the majority of the album and did an extremely great job with it. Tech N9ne's flow is one of his greatest attributes, in this album he knows what he is doing. He knows how to rap to a specific beat. Collaborations include: Kendrick Lamar, B.o.B, Wiz Khalifa, T-Pain, Krizz Kaliko, Wrekonize, Cee-Lo & many more great artists. Tech N9ne is getting better and better, now let's get this album to at least #1 in the UK on the Hip-Hop/Rap chart. Stay Strange.
