- 50 vs joe

yes 4 fitty no 4 joe

- pure garbage

50 gets more respect in the bronx then fat hoe anyway 50 destroyed him the bx dosent need fat hoe

- Iz Good

This album iz good. The best songs are So Much More, My FoFo, Rock Ya Body, Get It Poppin', Hold You Down and Lean Back Remix. Buy these songs, or jus buy the album. Iz all good.

- Explicit?

Only clean version for sale? This is one of the most under rated albums I don't want to listen to the edited version. Can we get the explicit version please?

- prettyy anoyin

no one cares that you need to pull up ur pants!

- What is this?

The explicit version isn’t for sale

- firepheonix

this is an AWESOME album. the part i like the most about this album and the song lean back remix is that lil jon is 'narranating' the whole song.

- Explicit needed

Wats with the rated G version..FAIL

- Wow, his album may look sophisticated, but Fat Joe is a racist!!!

I don't even want to give one star for this nasty "rapper". That's in quotes because some people think he has talent, and that's all right for them, but I don't think he does. I'm not dissing him because he is fat or puerto-rican or whatever, it's simply because I don't want to listen to songs that repeatedly spat out the word "nigg**" when this guy isn't even black. Seriously, that's messed up and he's gotten a little bit ahead of himself. That would be like Matisyahu going up on stage and shouting "nigg**". Oh, and just because some dusty old textbooks say that latinos started hip-hop or rap or whatever someone said, doesn't mean that THEY are the ones famous for it.

- trash

fat joe always sucked and he gets worst and worst every album gggggggg unit killed him

- Didn’t realize it’s clean

I used to listen to this all the time when I was younger. I wanted to get some of my fav tracks like get it poppin. Didn’t know the album was clean (maybe that’s my fault) so don’t buy if you like your music interrupted regularly to edit out “bad words”.

- CLEAN VERSION

I was pretty ticked to discover this is an edited album. (Thanks for marking it as such Apple.)

- Explicit version is M.I.A.

Almost 15 years of reviews and still no explicit version. This is a joke. I would be happy to buy it but to still have the censored version meh

- Nothing without Pun

Joe's album is a last ditch effort to try and ramp with the other rap stars. For better or worse, Joe's time passed when Pun passed. Pun made T.S.'s...and Joe's career. Nobody really wanted to hear Joe before Pun, and for good reason - he's an average rhymer. For those who think his game's gotten tigher, thank Jay-Z, because I've never seen anyone so openly jack a style, and for those of you who doubt, listen to Don Cartagena then simply listen to "Yes 'Em To Def" on the last T.S. album. Joe had a shot to sell a million with this album - there's nothing but all-star production here. Joe simply can't rock a mic like others in the game.

- no one should be using the n* word

don't really like the cd,only song i like is lean back. But i'm going to give it 4 stars, cuz i see a lot of ppl trash-talking,i figure i give him a little credit. It doesn't matter what race you white, hispanic,black-nobody should be using the N word, period!

- 🥺

Where is the explicit lyrics version? Smh

- G-UNOT

Fat Joe is Puerto Rican not mexican. And everybody out there that thinks 50 is more gansta than Fat Joe is crazy. Fat Joe is in the streets unlike 50 so quit hatin

- Missing album

Where is the album don Cartagena?

- ok listen

Fat Joe Stinks ok, and so does 50 so any1 on either side has no point to say anything. So shutup because they both are horrible! We arent "white boys" who are "hatin"{as some people call it} on fat joe we are "white boys" who know Fat Joe is unoriginal, washed up, and 1 of the most horible rappers of all time.I think that any1 who likes fat joe or 50 is crazy.50 is a loser, but not as big of a loser as Fat "a**" joe. Shaaady, were back

- the good die young.

your going to be really REALLY old, fat joe. the only good song on this cd is 'so much more' maybe if i-tunes got a damn explict version this would be ok.

- Explicit Version

They need an explicit version the song My FoFo is awsome 50 pennies has nothing on the don. Fat joe lyrically assassinated 50 with one song while 50 couldn't do crap with idk how many songs just made joe more popular though

- Joe and Lil wayne both the same

fat joe and lil wayne are both the same fake characters, they both rap about selling crack, or drugs and neither one of them even seen a scale i bet they dont know what a 5 cent coin should weight, can't stand rappers rapping about things they never done or seen, fat joe was at burger king all his life and lil wayne he was a hot boy at age like 12 so what kind of hustle has he done besides watching scarface movies, they both should make the movie CB4 part 2

- boring

yo i like joey crack and him being boriquan n me being mejicano i gotta show love to my latino bros. but when tony yayo puts out a better cd then u do thts sad yo only songs tht he's raw in is my fofo which is a real dope diss 2 50, so much more is raw, and safe 2 say should have been the opener cuz its so raw his best rhymes since 1994 seriously. check out his new cd its a lil better

- Fat Joe Cant rap

Fat Joe a Sad Ho i mean he cannot make a good song by himself he needs someone else to make it good such as lil wayne lil jon nelly and so much more song is kinda annoying so yea see i love rap i kno whos good and who not and im only in 6th grade

- EDITS??????

What is with the edits? That's like watching "The Sopranos" on A&E. I want my cursing!

- Fat Joe vs. 50 Cent = Airplane Food vs. Hospital food.

I am a hip hop enthusiast. Usually, if it's more mainstream than Mos Def, I won't bother. But after hearing buzz about this album, then seeing it in the employee's choice on the iTunes main page, I decided to sample it and see if there really was anything to it. I had no idea Fat Joe hates 50 Cent almost as much as me, but when i found out, I was really prepared to like it. Now, as much as I hate 50, Curtis is definatley stronger than Joe. After listening to every track, Fat Joe comes off as the least original sound in the game. The beats are generic and uninspired and his rap style is bland and weak. He'd make a great member of a rap crew, or maybe as a guest appearance on whatever tripe Eminem is pushing these days, but he simply isn't strong enough to carry an album by himself. Picking between 50 and Joe is like picking between airplane food and hospital food. No, more like choosing either stomach cancer or brain cancer. One of them is the lesser of two evils, but it mostly comes down to minor personal preferences. The nicest thing I can say about him is that he isn't 50 Cent, but he's still a generic, wishy-washy, flash-in-the-pan, hack and I believe you actually get stupider as you listen to his album.

- Get EXPLICT VERSION

we need the explict version of all these songs, then the album would be much better

- wow

usually i wouldnt give this album 5 stars but i just had to because of the rediculously average rating of 2.5 this album isnt bad. Its above average actually. If your a fan of Fat Joe you wont be dissapointed. Its worth the money. All these joe crack haters out there should keep thier comments to themselves. Negative reviews dont help anyone unless they are constructive critisism.

- i hate fat man

i hate fat man joe love gunit the song rocks because of shady

- I Like It

Anyone Who Says It Stinks, You Aint Cool.Fat Joe Rox!!!!!!!!!!!

- ehh ok

definatly not his best work..but surprisingly good except the song with j-lo when he tries to sing. it just bothers me to hear people say that joe isnt a good rapper. if you listen to his first album 'Represent' made in 1993 (which isnt on itunes) you will realize that he actually is a throwback to a classic era. Actually alot of Biggie's lines on "Ready to Die" are from "represent."

- nyc classic

one of joe's best. some of the best beats that year. lean back remix will live forever. safe 2 say one of the best of the year.

- Where's Lean Back remix exlicpt version at?!

Where's the explict version of lean back(remix)?! I've to go to Youtube to listen to it!!! DO SOMETHING!!

- @iTunes Everyone is asking for EXPLICIT version

Where is the explicit version of this album?? Amazon sells it, and everyone else does too, what is the delay?

- Why??

Why can’t I buy the uncut unedited version?

- Fat Joe............

gross (he's actually not that fat, look at the album picture) YOU CALL THIS MUSIC???????? how could this guy team up with J. Lo and eminem??

- its ok

good cd and he ripped 50 on the song "my fofo".

- uh-uh

hahahahahahahahaha, yo this is pathetic, i guess i like "Get It Poppin" because of Nelly, Not Fat Joe i also like "Lean Back Remix" only because of Eminem, Mase, and Remy, Not Fat Joe What i'm trying to say is: Fat Joe, Pleasae go HOME, you fat man

- F-L-O-P

Fat Joe's a decent rapper sometimes, but this just isn't a good album. First, I'm gonna address the 50 Cent thing: 50 may have lost his street cred, but at least he's sellin records. The Massacre, which had his dis track against Fat Joe "Piggy Bank," sold 10 millions copies and went 6X PLATINUM. So Joe responded with "My FoFo" on this album, which DIDNT EVEN GO GOLD!!! If you're gonna beef with a big name like 50, you gotta be able to sell some albums. Fat Joe is only popular now b/c of Lean Back, which was made by the Scott Storch beat, the Remy verse, and the hook - NOT Joe's rapping!! Now, to address this album: not so good. Some of the beats are good, but Joe's rapping is mediocre at best. The three best verses on the album are from guest rappers (Mase and Eminem of "Lean Back remix" and Nelly on "Get it Poppin"). Those two songs are pretty good, and "So Much More" has a tight beat (but with bad rapping) - besides that, there aren't really any good songs. Joe really hyped this album a lot with "Lean Back remix," "Get it Poppin," and his anticipated response to 50's dis, but this album definately didn't live up to expectations. Fat Joe hasn't put out a real good album in years, and I don't think he's capable of it anymore. He's a good singles artist and he can drop a good verse for someone else here and there ('New York,' "Holla at me Baby,' etc.) but he cannot make a good full-length album. I don't care that he's not black - other white/latino rappers like Eminem, Big Pun, and Pitbull have proven themselves. But Fat Joe (being Hispanic) should not say 'N*gga' like he's black - would Eminem get away with saying that? -Bottom line, not a good album

- dumb

what kind of clown like fat joe would make teribble music like this.God,this album gives me a headache like all of his music

- Should be about the music

Joey Crack does it again album is fat joe all the way nothing great nothing bad

- Lean Back RMX!

the only songs i like from here are Lean Back remix and Get It Poppin'.

- Need explicit version

Waiting to buy album for explicit version…….still

- BUY #8 IT"S GOOD.

THIS IS A GOOD ALBUM.BUY IT.

- weres explicet at!

i really love lean back remix but i dont what the clean it takes too many words out so please itunes get lean back remix explicet.plz

- Ya'lls Crazy

Fat Jo is straight up a MONSTER when it comes to music. crazy beats done by khaled + it may not be a 10/10 but its still a good album.

- fat joe is wack

he thinks hes all cool but hes wack

- Weak

All I wanted to do was bunp the FoFo tune and find it's all edited. If you wanna run smack from whatever crew, make sure yur stuff doesn't include darn and bleep, bleep. Lame for Fat Joe to even endorse a "clean" version" one star.

- wheres the explicit version???

pretty good album, great radio songs.. and My 44 is one of the greatest diss songs ever made. BUT WHY IS THE CLEAN VERSION THE ONLY THING ON HERE???

- Well

I like safe to say only cause it reminds me of midnight club 3 dub edition ...ahh good times
