About I Love You by Diana Ross Album
"I Love You" is the 24th studio album by American singer and actress, Diana Ross, released worldwide on October 2006 and on January 16, 2007. The album "I Love You" covers many classic love songs such as "I Want You", "More Today Than Yesterday", "Onlt You", etc. This album was Diana's first studio album since "Every Day is a New Day" in 1999 and sold well in the United Kingdom. The album received mixed reviews from critics. It was released in North America on January 16, 2007, and debuted on the Billboard 200 as the week's 'Hot Shot Debut' (#32) with 21,222 copies sold. It is her highest charting album since "Swept Away" peaked at number 26 in late 1984. Other chart positions: Billboard Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums (#16), Top Internet Albums (#31). This was due to strong promotion for this project. However, despite a relatively strong start, the disc fell off the album chart after only six weeks.
