- Heyyy, that's pretty good

It's not the best album (the only 2 songs that were really memorable were Revolving Doors and The Snake In Dallas), but overall I liked it

- Great album

I only own 4 songs from this album. Hillbilly Man, Little Pink Plastic Bags, California and the Slipping Sun and Amarillo. Only one I didn't like too much is California and the Slipping Sun. This album was made on the road only using music apps. I think the albums good.

- Love

Love it

- Yes.

I've loved The Gorillaz since the day I learned how to listen to great music. I am proud to say this album took me by surprise. I expected something so modern and pop-ish. I was wrong. This album holds the original Gorrilaz feel, with a spiced up groove. Thank you so much for this album, friends.

- I like it

The Fall is an album that was created by Damon Albarn(2D) through his tablet there's not as much instrumental than there's was when the previous members were around but still there is a few songs worth listening here are my favorites Revolving Doors,HillBilly Man, Amarillo, Bobby in Phoenix,Shy-Town, and California and the Slipping of the Sun

- for those who don't get the record

for those who don't understand or get this record it's not suppose to be a major label hit record. This album was released for free on dec /2010 via there website and was done all on the road through the american leg of the plastic beach tour. Damon made the whole record on his ipad using all types of music and instrument app's only . So now you can understand where this album is coming from and know more about the titles of the songs.

- wait what?

how is that a new album? i bought it 4years ago...

- had a hard time with this one

I’ve been a fan from the start but starting back at Demon Days I started to detect a kind of “not sure where we’re going with this” vibe. Gorillaz used to be “Here’s the utter definition of the word 'cool’”… now they’re just “being melancholy is cool… right?” Forgetting their history and taking this stuff on it’s own, it’s… it’s just OK. Nothing you’ll be humming to yourself the next week. Hopefully something happens and they re-discover their roots.

- Sorry, I just never liked it

Wasn’t captivated from the start. Each song seems to have that same bland and depressing vibe to it. No variety whatsoever. Overall immensely boring and drags on way longer than it should.

- Not that great

The gorillaz are without a doubt my favorite band, but this album wasn't as good as I expected it to be, but revolving doors was really good

- smh

dang flabbit 2d this is why we can't have nice things

- Why.

You can’t throw a bunch of songs from your mixtape you made in a few months into an album and expect it to be a hit. If you made a techno themed album, you should at least take some time.

- weird

cool

- One of the best gorillaz albums.

I don’t care if it’s some little iPad side project. It’s still great. All the songs are bangers.

- Take this back pls

The album title is accurate - what was once a good group is now just… I don't know. It sounds like an album of background noise for other artists to sample. When I saw there was a recent Gorillaz album I was all "!*^& yeah!", but after several increasingly disappointing listens, I have removed it from all playlists. Does iTunes have a refund option for "this is just really bad"? The only reason to buy this album is if you are in a Brewster's Millions situation and there are no other things left.

- Not bad......

I've seen worse (cough cough d-sides cough cough)

- A Mellow Kind of Album

"The Fall" is by far not Gorillaz' best work. It was released back in 2011 and seems to have been "remastered" and put back onto the iTunes Store (the same happened for "Demon Days" apparently). This whole album has a mellow tone and is the sort of music you listen to just to relax and loll about. I'm giving the album three stars because it just doesn't feel like Gorillaz. There was a time where Damon could really "Rock The House", but not so much with "The Fall". Revolving Doors is definitely worth a listen and buy however, the song feels more like something out of "Demon Days" honestly. I would also recommend looking at Phoner To Arizona (feels a bit like Intro from "Demon Days"). All together, "The Fall" is not a personal favorite from Gorillaz (it would have to be my least favorite of the albums). The album is mellow and sweet, perfect for anyone into those kind of genres of music, and has a few decent songs worth a buy.

- Why do people hate this album

I think that this album doesn’t get the love it deserves. I think that this album is very great 10/10 though not as good as demon days it still has a lot of great songs

- Pure awesomeness

I discovered your music through my cousin and he loved the band so I thought I would give it a try. Best decision ever.

- Bobby in Phoenix

What a killer song "bobby in phoenix" is. Beautiful riff and great vocals! Rest of album is not their best. Demon Days by far. Great group though! Very underrated.

- Revolving Doors

I like the theme. 👍

- It's okay.

I was so excited to hear about the release of another Gorillaz album, because I fell in love with all of their other albums which were absolute gold (Plastic Beach, Demon Days, etc.). I expected so much from this album because of Gorillaz' past works, and I must say I was happy, yet unhappy with this record. Don't get me wrong, there is some good stuff on this album such as "Revolving Doors," but I must say that many of the songs didn't reach the standard of what I expected from Gorillaz. Songs like "Little Pink Plastic Bags" seems a tad to trippy to suite my tastes and that's unfortunate. However, I think it's an albums that people must listen to at least once.

- CAME OUTTA NOWHERE

I THOUGHT THEY BROKE UP. That's okay though. I've been wanting a new gorrilaz album for a while. I'm giving four stars because the sound is a bit different. It's good different though!!! If you aren't willing to change your image of them a bit you won't like this much. I love it though!!!

- Underrated Gem

In my opinion, this album is Gorillaz most underrated album. It deserves more attention as it has really good songs. I know this album was released for free when it first came out and it was made on a iPad but don’t let that fool you. This album is so underrated that I didn’t know this existed until last year. Most new fans of Gorillaz don’t even know this album exist. I give this album a 10/10 and my top 5 favorite songs are: Parish of Spacedust Bobby In Phoenix California in the slipping sun Revolving Doors Little Pink Plastic Bags Cad3nDN

- This is not a new album

Its a good album, but why does it say it was released a few days ago? This album is nearly 3 years old, released back in 2011! There are no new tracks, so why would Damon/Gorillaz re-realese it? I'm confused..

- Atleast they tried…

I guess you can say it’s good?

- Nah

Not best album by gorillaz (that's demon days btw). It's ok, worth the money. If u r new to gorillaz I wouldn't suggest this album. Just my opinion 😊

- A Great "2D Solo Project"

This album I feel is like a good little project done by 2D even with "Gorillaz" on the title it's still a solo album kinda like how Black Sabbath's Seventh Star was basically a solo album by guitarist Tony Iommi. Damon did a great job with this album being on tour just making some nice music, and yeah there are some that just feel like video game menu music, but mostly there are some great tracks, especially, The Parish of Spacedust, Revolving Doors, and Amarillo. Part of me wishes I got this album when it first came out for free, but honestly I don't mind purchasing it to support the band!

- Suprised but a little disappointed

This isnt their best work, but there are a few acceptions like Revolving Doors.

- Unique, meloncholy, and breaks the mold.

Creative music like this is what I love most!

- So underrated!!!!😔😟😮😲

This album should be recognized more and should be seen to be believed.

- Underrated

I think this album is terribly underrated. I know it may be boring through some parts but all of this was made on a iPad. Damon show cased a lot of creativity which produced a nice relaxing album. Over all this album is over looked too much and should be recognized a bit more.

- MY #1 GORILLAZ ALBUM

This was the first Gorillaz Album I listened to. I ❤️ all the songs except for Shy-Town. The Fall will always be my #1 Favorite Album from Gorillaz.

- Ouch!

So many people dissing 2Ds album. This is supposed to represent 2D, and it does an amazing job. I love this. :3

- Fall out of favor

I wish I could un-purchase this album. I want to like it. I've listened to it several times hoping I would "get it", but I don't. The album sounds like a bunch of intro/outro songs, without any flow. Far too much sampling of TV/radio/talking clips for my taste. I've had to delete several tracks from the album just to make it tolerable.

- Pretty good

I’m an extreme Gorillaz fan but not a huge the fall fan. The Joplin spider is underrated and a fat bop

- Best Gorillaz Album (In my opinion)

This is just great. It's so calm and mellow, it's just great. Depending on what you like (Reccomended if you like dub, but a little less calm)

- It's Good, Accept it :D

Stop whining, it's new Gorillaz, so just listen :/

- This isn't new

This album was released like 4 years ago. I don't know why the gorillaz would re-release it.

- Looooooooooooooove

Not the same Gorillaz feel but it is worth listening to! My personal favor it is hillbilly man!!

- Good but not great

This is a very underrated album. It's definitely not Gorillaz's best work, but considering it was made on an iPad, it's pretty good. There is some weird stuff, (phoner to Arizona, California and the slipping of the sun, Joplin spider) but there are some really great songs, like revolving doors, Detroit, hillbilly man, Detroit, parish of space dust, Bobby in Phoenix, and Amarillo. The rest of the songs are good, but not great. Still a pretty cool album to have.

- Cheer up! Not intended as album!!

Damon Albarn was f-ing around on his iPad creating ideas for songs while on tour for plastic beach. Some became full songs, some just left as incomplete sonic experimentation. What he really needs to be forgiven for is Humanz (sorry, just sounds like the same old mindless crap everyone else is doing). Songs on this album to listen to are Revolving Doors, Hillbilly Man, Bobby in Phoenix :), and Aspen Forest

- It’s neat.

I know that there is a LOT of filler on this, but then again got was made on an iPad, I think Damon should have just released “Revolving Doors” as a single. But that’s just my opinion.

- Not bad in my opinion.

Before any of you start throwing tomatoes, and getting your pitchforks ready, this is my opinion. I personally believe this album is good, and in my opinion better than Humanz. IN MY OPINION. However, I won't deny the production of the songs is lower, since this was made on an IPad of all things, but for an IPad, this is impressive. There are some good tracks like Revolving Doors, Amarillo, The Parage Of Space Dust, and some others I will not list for the sake of keeping this sort of short. Personally, I don't find this as bad as people make it out to be. It's only my opinion, but I think people seem to forget that Gorillaz is an alternative band that is highly experimental. I think what they tried to do with this album was nice, and I personally like this album. People need to chill. Yes, this isn't at a high production level compared to their other major releases. This album is just meant to be a fun little project that the Gorillaz team worked on. This album is overhated in my opinion. If you don't like it, not a big deal, but don't act like this album is a crime against the gods.

- Underrated

The emotion this album uses is amazing with music that made me add to many playlists.

- Wow.

This was made on an IPAD. That's pretty damn impressive!

- Great

All on an iPad, amazing!

- What?!

This isn't music. Dont even waste time on the sample! It's so boring and bland.

- Horrible

This has to be the worst album they ever made period don't waste you're money on this.

- As melancholy as ever.

Have adored Gorillaz since I was 10, I'm 17 now. This album is certainly not a disappointment. If you really feel Gorillaz you'll really feel this.

- What happened?

As a die hard Gorillaz fan I'm disappointed. Revolving doors could have done well as a single and I deeply enjoy the song but the rest of the album just feels thrown together as if they made an album for the sake of making an album. Far from the genius that was Demon Days

- This is Gorillaz

Even though the album was made on an iPad Damon Albarn always finds a way to make good music and this is no exception. My favourite song: Parish of Space Dust

- One of the best

Revolving doors and Amarillo are Amazing

- Idk y people were disappointed

Hillbilly man and Revolving doors are amazing

- Not their best

As much as I like gorillaz this album isn't their best. I like the fact that this album is recorded using an iPad and that Bobby Womack is on it again. It feels like this is a very laid back affair charting their tour across America, very different from previous outings but I wouldn't expect too much from this album.

- Favourite album

This isn’t a regular album which you can just play in the background, it requires your full attention. This album in my eyes is sort of like a journey to another world. Songs like Shy Town and Speak it Mountains just rip you out of reality. The different sounds and music in this album are so different and there is nothing else like it. You get a ghostly like feeling in this album as well through tracks like Phoner to Arizona and Little Pink Plastic bags. The songs are better if you are going through the whole album track by track as the songs don’t really feel right just listening to them by themselves. If you want a more energetic, bumpin tunes to listen to you should probably listen to a different Gorillaz album. I personally love it and it’s a shame it’s so overlooked. Some Gorillaz fans didn’t even know this existed, I didn’t.

- Disappointed

I am disappointed about this album, but I love Revolving Doors.🙁
