If anyone doubts that Elle is a real talent, check out her episode of 'Live at Darryl's House' (the best music show on TV). She can sing, and she can play. How she managed this with her genetics, I'll never know, but she's the real deal.

This is gimmicky. I was hopeful. Her "unique" voice becomes grating, quickly. The music is sub-par and lacks the originality to successfully accompany this style of singing. Smoke and mirrors, another mainstream dud that everyone is jumping on now and will forget in six months.

This album is basically just some really good songs. It has some ones you can rock out to, and ones with more soul in them. A song for every playlist, except that wired one you make with only one song from the 80's that you can't get out of your head.

This album is pure gold. I love the folk vibe that it has. "Kocaine Karolina" is my favorite along with "Ain't gonna drown, Americas Sweetheart". This album is completely raw in some songs and makes you feel like you can stand your ground in others. It's the perfect mixture. Can't wait for her second album!

This has to be one of my favourite albums of the year. Whole album is excellent and music isn’t your typical pop music. Give it a listen and you won’t regret it!

I enjoy EX's and Oh's and See You Again. Still on the fence as to purchase the album or just those 2 songs. I hear a Stevie Nicks' influence in her voice (BIG TIME!!) and very very much Gin Wigmore. Don't care who your Daddy is Girl; just make me feel, smile or dance.

Yes, her father is Rob Schneider but have no doubt this diamond in the rough will forge her own path. We don't choose our parents and they don't choose us... They support us. Any father would be insanely proud and awestruck if this was their daughter. Get over who her father is and listen to this album start to finish. This is her story. Elle is a single note of truth in a world of manufactured, auto tuned, and choreographed junk. A realization that legends are born not made.

Heard an unplugged version of Ex’s and Oh’s on satellite radio this afternoon and really like the sound. So of course had to look her up to hear more….She is good … however she is no Janice Joplin as per some other comments. I find she is more like an Adel and Cher!

Elle definitely has talent in spades. Her voice is powerful, soulful and incredibly gritty. This album is a mix of grunge, rockabilly and redneck rock. Great for a summer backyard BBQ. I can't knock it, I think this world needs a lot of things and one of them is more crazy, loud, strong women in rock music.

I heard Elle King singing Ex's and Oh's on an afternoon talk show and absolutely loved it! I went straight to iTunes and ended up buying the whole album! I love every song! Definitely worth the money!

It's really refreshing to hear something new. This music isn't like any Taylor swift song you've heard. You can hear she cares about her music, so produces some good stuff. This is like a mix of country, blues and full out rock and roll, which I wouldn't usually listen to, but this stuff is AMAZING! You will not be disappointed.

Can't convince me she didn't get a record deal just because Rob Schneider is her dad. I find her voice annoying as well as her attitude. I'd rather listen to Janis Joplin: that woman is so talented. And if you can't handle people's reviews and opinions: get a life! & get over yourself!! Everyone has a different opinion. Who are you to judge? If people enjoy this, more power to them. I am not one of those people.

What can I say? Such a unique voice from ballads to raunchy rock 'n roll, reminds me a bit of Amy Winehouse RIP. Elle King doesn't hold back with her song writing of her 'Love Stuff' experiences. At times raw and Joplinesque to sweet and smooth. My fave album, got it for a friend, it's sooo good! Highly recommended!

Elle King is such an amazing singer!!! What a great album! I am not usually into country style music, but I am in love with this! I thought that Ex's & Oh's would be the only good song but I was wrong! I love all of the songs! She has got a beatiful unique voice! I love singers that have there own style, and Elle has really shown to me just that! I hope that she keeps up her singing career. I can't wait to hear more!!!!

Have just watched Elle play 2 shows at Byron Bay Bluesfest. She was a sensation and had huge crowds in the palm of her hand. Didn't know her music before this but will now buy everything she records.

Much to my suprise, I love every song on this album. It's soulful, bluesy, and in my opinion has a country and rock edge. 'Ex's & Oh's' is a catchy song and Elle's raspy vocals certainly caught my attention however it's tracks like "Where the Devil Don't Go", "Under the Influence", "Last Damn Night", "Kocaine Karolina", "Song of Sorrow"and "Ain't Gonna Drown" that really showcase Elle's unique sound and talents. Despite the title "Love Stuff", the lyrical theme is less about predictably flowery idylic loves or even heartbreaks and is more focused on personal battles and demons faught. It makes a nice change from the usual commercially sexualised fluff. Love Stuff brings refreshing and much needed talent from an artist that seems to have have broken away from the conventional expectations of what makes a successful, modern, female artist. I highly recommend this album.

I don't know why, but Ex's and Oh's sounds exactly like a song that was big in 2012-2013. I don't know the name of it, but the beat, lyrics, even vocals were very very similar. I don't know if anyone else knows what I'm talking about, but I brought it up with a friend and she thought the exact same thing.

Love this voice , Ellie sounds like she's had a bottle of jack and a packet of smokes and damn its good!! Takes me back to back room bars where the people were all so different but all blended. Fantastic.
