I put the album on and played it beginning to end. Then went back and like a kid in a candy store listened to my favorite tracks over and over. The lyrics, arrangement and passion on this album are beyond! Beautiful debut.

Brandon Williams hit it the park with this CD. This is a CD you can enjoy from the first track until the end, over and over again, and still crave more. BW worked hard and long on this project and you can literally feel the effort. He is a wonderful musician but he is a master producer. He could walk away now feeing complete but he is only just beginning. This CD is for all ages and it makes a wonderful gift for your friends and family. I wish I could add more stars. A MUST BUY!!

And they produced some unbelievable music. This album is the bomb from beginning to the end. The entire arrangement of EVERY song is phenomenal. Definitely an album to get for any occasion. Kudos to Brandon Williams, this is going to be on repeat for awhile.

What makes this album so great is the fact that it comes from a guy who has a great heart, and some one who knows, studies, and loves great music. Jose James introduced me to Brandon last night as his opening act. I was amazed at his set and became an instant fan. This body of work is incredible and you will not be disappointed.

We often gravitate towards popular music with little capacity to appreciate the time, effort, or collaboration that goes into it. Brandon Williams took his "Be"lievers on a journey of a lifetime. Collaborated with legends and legacies of music to birth an opus of work that will have you craving for more. Real music is reborn in the minutes of this album. The artistry was well worth the wait. As a producer, Brandon is the real deal and he brought out the best in every artist that is showcased on XII. Simply beautiful music. Enjoy!!

What to say? This album is...well...perfection. The music. The arrangements. The vocals. I mean you can turn this on and clean the house or take a drive or have a very romantic evening with your love. Without skipping one song. Just let it play all the way through. It's stellar. I can't wait to see what's next. Well done, Mr. Williams. Well done.

This is truly a GREAT album!!! It so refreshing to witness the resurgence of real music and Brandon is definitely one of the ones who's bringing it back! And the song with Jean Baylor...MIND BLOWING!!! Great work!!

After grabbing your attention with the first track it follows with another uptempo track, 'Intimidation" feat. Denaun & Pharoahe Monch, that heightens your senses & makes you keenly aware you're about to experience meaningful music on a level not many debut albums can claim to have taken its listeners. After the set-up, the prevailing tone of the album can be described as lush, smooth, introspective & experimental. All things we hope to be while examining the stages of love. One of the most impressive qualities a musician can have is to show restraint when creating their music by allowing the music to take them, & thereby us, where it may. Brandon Williams does just that by allowing each track to build steadily until completion. After listening to the album in it's entirety it's difficult for me to pick a standout track because that depends on your sensibilities as a listener. Every track could be a standout track, but for me "I Love You" feat. Anesha & Casey Benjamin took me to another level; "Where'd You Come From" feat. CHOKLATE & Phil Denny were absolutely thought provoking, moving & healing; "Velas Icadas" the Ivan Lins inspired effort is transformative. Grammy-nominated is a title that will soon be outdated once the masses get their hands on this album. This one is Grammy worthy. If you LOVE honest, heartfelt, passionate music this is one you have to take a listen to.
