I am writing this review in the middle of the night, after having one of the worst night terrors of my life, and I am also listening to this album. I can definitively say without a doubt that listening to this music is one of the best things you can do to calm the nerves. I have always loved this music from the days of my kindergarten class nap times, to traveling out to the beach at night as a 8-9 year old. Staring out the rear passenger windows of a ford wind star at the night sky as trees wiz by at high speeds. This music, along with Celtic Women, still to this day will always be some of my favorite music, especially from my childhood. Writing this review was also kind of therapeutic, everyone reading this: buy this album and enjoy it!

I have been a fan of Enya since I was a young kid!

I remember being 6 and it being Christmas, waking up to hear the song, "Only Time" in the morning. I felt amazing, now being 14 and still listening to her music. I feel like Enya is a part of my childhood. Like, if I can't hear hear her music, it's like the magic of life is gone. It's nice to know that I like so many others can make a connection to my childhood like by listening to Enya's tracks. This is truly the best album I have ever heard. It's Christmas time again, and I'm going to wake up on December 25th, in my grandma's house, with a nice cozy fire, presents all around me, and best of all.... Enya music playing softly.

This music is so pretty it makes me cry some times and I'm 11 and most 11 year olds that I show it to say its stupid and strange but I think other wise😌

My music teacher in middle school use to play songs from different artists to see if we could remember the artist and the style. We all loved it when he chose Enya not only because it was an easy A, lol, but because she had the most beautiful soothing voice that no one could forget. I personally think this is the best Enya album. I love every song on it and I am happy to have it in my collection once again :-)

This album brings back so many memories from when I was little my dad used to put me to sleep to this and whenever I listen to this album I feel like I'm a little kid again

We need more artists like her on the radio. She has pure, unedited talent, and the way she sings makes me want to cry, it's so beautiful. I have been her biggest fan for a long time, and she will always be my idol...11 out of 10.

Wow it’s amazing!! My favorites are Wild Child and Only Time. The reason why I put the title of this review as Only Time for dinner is because Only Time is in the Kraft mac and cheese commercial 😂 But seriously it’s amazing!!

This album is amazing ! When I found it , it brought back so many memory's ! My mother loved to listen to her music and I never realized just how much that influenced my taste in music ! Such a wonderful album. There aren't many singers this talented nowadays !

I listen to this album every night. It just makes my heart happy. My favorites are #1 Silver Inches #2 Lazy Days #3 Wild Child. I think Only Time is a tad over rated. As to wether Enya's voice is 100% legit, I don't care if it helps me sleep at night that's amazing enough for me😴❤

so much memories with this. sometimes when i was little only time made me cry, but i love it in the end. this was hisory from the making of it. some of the songs were in movies and everything. this albem was a revolution.

This album is my childhood. I remember not being able to sleep and going and playing this CD. Although I always skipped track 4 because it scared me. This album is calming yet fun to listen to.

I was trying to remember how I used to get to sleep when I was little and after much brain-racking I finally remembered this album. So relaxing and entertaining at the same time! I was never bored of it for one second!

Lazy Days and One by One are DEFINITELY the best songs on the album

When hearing this album for the first time, I was immediately entranced by the music. It sounded so different from anything I heard in the past. Immediately, I decided to buy the album right away! And since then, I have not regretted it. To me, the music displayed here was exceptionally beautiful. It went through my veins, reached into my soul and put a subtle calm feeling I just can't describe. I never knew music could make me feel this way...a bunch of emotions attacking me at once. At first, I thought something was wrong with me! And yet, once I thought about it...I realized only true artists are capable of doing that to a person. And Miss Enya is truly a gifted artist. Within this album, each track had its own indidivual story, its different style of music, and its own impact within the listeners' hearts. Personally, I just loved the effort she put into this album. You can tell she put her heart and soul into it, which makes the music much more enjoyable to listen too if you ask me. I loved this album very much. I can't find myself skipping a single track, the quality of it is extremely high from start to finish. Overall, a terrific album to own for any Enya fan.

As usual with all of Enya's albums, there is not a single song that fails to enchant the listener :) But for me, there was one song that never fails to bring tears to my eyes, and that song is "Only Time". This album is yet another gift to the world from one of the greatest gifts to the world...Enya :)

I needed to hear this. So many memories around her beautiful voice. This lifted my heart. 👍🌹

I remember when i was a little girl and i use to hate to sleep alone and my grandmother would always watch a little bit of tv before going to bed and she would put me in her bed and put on this album and go down stairs and watch tv every single night and i would stay up and cry my problems away to these songs or cry myself asleep or just close my eyes to her songs they always gave me the chills but as i read other reveiws they seem to be quit simalar to mine and i find it kind of funny im only 15 and i still remember this as a little girl i dont normally remember half of the songs i listened to as a little girl theres just something about it i still cry to her songs spacificly "only time" love it:)

this cd, especially the first track, "a day without rain" reminds me of lazy warm days in math class in 5th grade. it would be hot in the classroom and all the windows were wide open, letting in a slight breeze, and everyone would be quiet, working on worksheets, and my teacher, mrs. hooper, would play this cd. loved the music, even though when listening to it i could barely stay awake!! its so calming and peaceful and serene. definitely worth paying $9.99 for!!!

i actually found this album by accident, but i recognized it instantly; they used to play this in my daycare during naptime. i haven't heard Enya in over 10 years, but her music is just a beautiful as ever!

I already have the actual album from when I was younger, and I was skimming through to see what albums were on iTunes, and I'm kind of surprised that iTunes would allow a paragraph like that as an album review. It's criticizing the album rather than effectively advertising it. How could you let that slip by?

This is one of my favorite Enya albums. Although I'm still trying to figure out which version of Only Time iTunes is using. When I bought the CDs there was an album version and on a CD single you could get the radio version. Can anyone clear this up for me?

This is an album I will listen to for as long as I live! We listened to this every single day in preschool. Listening to this now brings back so many memories. Now that I'm older I always return to it when I need something to study to or fall asleep to. It's an absolutely incredible and timeless album and I love it! There's a song for every mood no matter where you are in life, and I truly hope people continue to discover it.
