His worst album yet

Doesn't take vocal or lyrical skill to do what he does. Just rehashing the same old R&B themes and rhyming doesn't make you a poet. And having a computer alter your voice doesn't make you a talented singer.

This album was awful to say the least! It sounds like something one of these young cats would put out. It certainly doesn't sound like an album from someone who declares himself & once was the "King of R&B" I'm highly disappointed. I thought with this album, he would at least give us two songs to remind us why we fell in love with him...😔😔😔

I don't think Kellz has it anymore. He just can't hit those notes anymore, I expect greatness from Mr. Kelly when he sings love songs, but his voice is not all there anymore. His voice is kind of dull and uninteresting to me here. I thought that on black panties, he wasn't trying to sing because using auto-tune is the current trend, but on here I thought he would be able to continue the legacy. Guess not though. Some of the songs are pretty good, but nthe album as a whole is not among his best. Still a million times better than black panties though.

C'mon now, he has a Blues track & a country track. Who else you know in music can pull off an album w/a mixture of genres?....i'll wait for a serious answer. Though he couldve left off a few songs (hence something for everybody), it's still a good album. I was hoping he added "Put The Guns Down" from the Chiraq soundtrack to truly have a House track on here, but hey it works.

What the hell is this album about? Over the past few years, Kelly's lyrics have become watered down and repetitive. Won't be downloading a single track...smh

R Kelly is definitely the best 1 to ever do it. The King of R&B! This album just shows how great he is. I like how he calls it "The Buffet" and caters to every genre. I think there is something for everyone on this album. He is a very versatile artist and all of his works of art proves how amazing he is. A creative genius like no other.

His best material is pure classic R & B such as on tracks 9-13 along with the deluxe song Barely Breathing. Thats the material this CD should have on it. Everything else is garbage and filler material. He can do better than this; then again, maybe the bar was raised after "love letter" and the first 3 or4 CD's.

This is a good album, but where's R Kelly. This album sounds like he's following the trend. But even though it's not his best it's better than anything that's on the radio. This is an album that's for die hard R Kelly fans.

R Kelly Stated On Several Interviews That HE Was Going To Give Everybody Something They Liked From His Past (Style Wise) And On This Entire Album There Is Nothing On Here Like The Bump in Grind, 12 Play, You Remind Me, Honey Love, Your Body’s Calling… He Only Touches On The Step Music Type Stuff He Did In The Past and Filled up The Rest With This New Future, Drake Trap Rap Singing Crap. Then He Crosses Over To A Rock Pop Tune With Is Not Very Catchy… He Also Borrows Barry Whites Style On A Track With The Same Type Of 2 Part Harmony Barry Was Known For, He Also Bit Barry’s Bridge Style. I Heard A Michael Jackson Bite and Marvin Gaye Bite As Well…. There Is 0 Originality in this Album… Keep In Mind That When R Kelly Came On The Scene He Did Bite Aaron Hall From Guy’s Style and He Ran With It Making It His Own,.. Thats Where He Should Have Stayed…. This Album Is Not Good….!!!!

A lot of the songs are simplistic to an absurd extent for an artist with R. Kelly's resume and don't hold up to today's standards. The blend of genres are mixed together surprisingly really well but the track listing overstays it's welcome and it feels like a lot of filler. Definitely worth a listen but maybe wait for a price drop
