They are better than this. Love the last album, love them live. Listening on Spotify= Vocals way in front, drums take a close second, buried guitar, strange bass tone. It's a pop album, I get it. I thought these ladies were a band. They can actually play their instruments. I wish they would. The transitions are rushed, always pushing back to the chorus too soon. Breakdowns are the best part...simple, beautiful, typically nice harmonies. Vocals are edging towards robotic due to effects. Best song: Found It In Silence Yeah, I'm a party pooper. I'll keep listening and hope to turn this review around.

This band is sooooo overrated. I just do not get the praise.

I really dug the first single to this album but after first listen through I feel like this album is over produced and more straight forward vocal pop as opposed to their first album which had more of a raw and rock influence. Decent album just not digging it that much yet

While I still believe that Days are Gone is a classic at this point, Something To Tell You is sonically different than Days are Gone, it is still very good.

More mature, Easy Listening while still being complex, Great Album. You Never Knew is my favorite.

This album was well worth the wait!!! Beautiful vocals, lovely harmonies, great lyrics, nice 70s & 80s vibe! These ladies deserve much success!! This is one of those great albums you can turn on in the car on a long ride & just get lost in the music!

Such a great album. From start to finish it was all around excellent. Serious 80s/90s vibes are working wonderfully with them. SO worth the wait!!!

I never liked the songs

I love this band and "Days are gone" was a great record but this one is simply over produced. Don't get me wrong, I will still pay to see them live, but the record is not great. The producer got to clever for his own good on this one.

Love, love, love this album. Been listening to it over and over!!

Really, there are no bad songs here. The only faults in this album are the lingering moments of odd production that took away potential from many songs on days are gone. The only difference here is they're minimal moments on this album, whereas songs like My Song 5 and Send Me Down were totally drowned out by over-production. Overall, this is a solid album and I would expect nothing less of the HAIM sisters.

Their sound is so new and fresh, yet it still has that unique, percussive sound that they're know for! I LOVE IT SO MUCH.

They're like a female AJR. Which is a good thing.

Their sound is raw and fresh. It's a nice change aside from generic pop these days. It is refreshing to listen to something different. :) I saw HAIM in concert and I fell in love with their sound. You could tell they were really feeling the music while they were performing.

first record was fantastic and this one just....falls through. the melodies are bland and cannot carry the record (neither can the beats). Disappointed and cannot understand why everyone is eating this album up. :(

It's very rare that I hear good singers with good music, and this happens to be the case. I enjoyed the Taylor swift 80s retro pop sound, glad to see Taylor isn't the only one who can pull this style off. 10/10👍🏼👍🏼

Excellent album! I have been following Haim since their first album and when my sister showed me the Forever video. Each song sounds polished and classy. My favorites are You Never Knew, Right Now, Something To Tell You, Want You Back and Walking Away. But each song is excellent. I don't have to skip any of the tracks. Great job! And the lyrics and the vocals are superb!

Sigh. Pre-ordered this, downloaded the singles. When the album finally came out, it downloaded- and put the songs in the wrong order. Just like it does EVERY TIME you pre-order an album. It's impossible to fix from your phone, so. Why do I even bother pre-ordering again?

You don't hear quality music like this nowadays. Three years was well worth the wait for their sophomore album! Great job ladies!

HAIM had high hopes to fill after their stunning first LP, so I was looking forward to this a lot after my obsession over Days Are Gone. I absolutely loved "Right Now" and was getting into "Want You Back" near the album's release date. "Little of Your Love"...not so much....UNTIL listening through the whole album. This is spectacular to say the least; love "Nothing's Wrong", "Kept Me Crying", "Ready for You", "Something to Tell You", "Walking Away", and the laid back closing track "Night So Long". Probably my album of the summer, hands down.
