It just doesn't flow, it doesn't sound good at all. There's clearly emotions but I can't get lost in them because it just starts out slow then all of a sudden the beat just kind of comes out of nowhere. There's no music leading up to it and/or any fluctuation in her voice to let you know. It's like getting slapped in the face by the person you cheated on. Like, you knew when they were going to slap you, you knew it was going to happen. You just didn't know when. One second their talking, mid-sentence, then they slap you. That's my interpretation of her song......Sorry.

I mean, it's very raw and emotional and well-sung, but honestly I don't get the direction her songwriting is going. She left fifth harmony to sing stuff that was apparently too personal for the group, but her last two songs have been so general. I could actually see 5H doing this song. I don't mean to bring up music industry politics, but I just wonder how things are going to be for her once the publicity surrounding her transition dies down. Sure, she'll be a hot commodity for features for a while, but what then? Where is the amazing songwriting she left the group to pursue? Because I don't see it
