The sound quality of this album is just plain awful!!! Very low volume!!!

I feel like out of all Metallica albums this is the best one produced and just all around epic “ness” theirs just so much to listen to and so much depth it’s just a masterpiece...

Honestly, I don’t like the production of this album. It sounds pretty flat and lifeless, especially the drums. The first six songs are great, so it’s a shame the production doesn’t do them justice. My other reason for giving it four stars is that I don’t care for the last two songs.

The album is of course amazing, but I have a gripe with iTunes for charging $10 for a 256 kbps lossy copy when I can purchase the hard copy cd for $6 and import it to my library at lossless fidelity. I give Metallica 5 stars and iTunes 1 star.

I was born in 88. Been listening to this since 1995.. wish I was born in the 70s so I can watch them perform before they became who they are now. I can’t go to a metal concert/ show with assigned seating. I need to free range and maybe get pushed around

Great album

This is NIT a review of the album Master of Puppets itself! That, goes without saying... One of the GREATEST albums ever! It CHANGED my life! Why the 1 star? Because... This "Remastered" version, is no different than the one you could have bought a week ago, with one exception... The digital booklet! It's not included with this version! Maybe I'm the minority, or "Old School" but I happen to like reading the linear notes!

This album is so good. I don’t have word to describe it. I listen to it all the time. THANK YOU! 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Mandatory listening.

This album is a classic. Every Metallica fan has heard it, and there isn’t a bad song on the album. It’s very easy to get lost in this masterpiece. It’s my second favorite album of Metallica, with Justice being first due to the complexity of the arrangements, and the virtuosic showcase on the guitars. Unfortunately, MOP is the last album that Cliff appeared on. The guy who gave this 1 Star because it didn’t come with a digital booklet, is crazy. Either way, the content is 5 Stars.

This album is frickin lit! Only four stars because they charge $10.

Listen to this album. It’s the best!!! One of the top ten Albums of all time in my opinion.

People say not to buy it if you already have it. Those people don’t know what their talking about. This is a remaster album meaning it sounds louder and more clearer. Don’t listen to a few fools and buy it even if you already have it. 🤘🏻

If you already have the version on here than don't bother with this one.

My other reviews are more in depth so I’m going keep to basic and straightforward. You can shuffle Master/Ride/Justice anyway you want it... Puppets is and always will be a Masterpiece.

Favorite Metallica album

It never gets old Schools should listen to heavy METAL

Not sure what is remastered about this. It's not as clear or loud as the one I already had and there is definitley less bass. Buy the non-remastered version. Costs $2 less and sounds better. Make no mistake, Master of Puppets is an amazing album. The remastered version does not do it justice.

No point in replacing the old one with this but this is one of the best albums ever made.
