After the release of Passion and 7 sticks, I wasn't sure what Bruno was thinking, but once the whole album was released I knew he wasn't gunna tank... This album is brilliant. It gives me a 70s vibe with a mix of the older albums. It is more original and I've now fully bought into Bruno's statement that's it's his best work yet. Jealous Buffoon, table for one, cannonball, handyman, and even My molasses are all gems.. Did not think the rest of the album was gunna be this good. Always be patient

Aaron has said all along that album #3 was going to be different. Well Awolnation is a different type of band one of those that is trying to create a new genre of modern rock type music. Passion was a little different that the typical Bruno creations and somewhat popish. Once the band released Seven Sticks of Dynamite and Miracle Man you could probably tell that Awolnation was leaning a little more towrds those 80's type of rock rifts. The simplicity of the lyrics tied into the melody and harmony is setting AN apart from others. With Handyman...they just pushed a classic. If the rest is anything like the first four...this will be the album of the year or should be and Aaron Bruno and Awolnation will have enough music to be real deal "A" liners anywhere.

Brilliant! Just buy it. I have it playing on repeat. It's different from their last 2 albums but in a good way. The vibe is unmistakably AWOLNATION. There is not a bad song on the record. AWOLNATION is a lyrical genius.

Aaron keeps evolving his sound with every album. Can not wait to hear the rest! And for the tour which I hope will be starting at least by summer. We r all AWOLNATION

Every song hits hard

I've been a big fan of Aaron Bruno since he was in Home Town Hero. Then when he started Under the Influence of Giants, I was hooked. That was an awesome band. Then he started Awolnation after being black balled by the record company. The first Awolnation album is a classic, while the second had some incredible moments. This third album kind of reminds me of UTIOF (especially Passion). There are 4 truly exceptional songs (Passion, Handyman, 7 Sticks of Dynamite and Jealous Buffoon) and 2 others that are close behind (Miracle Man and Stop That Train). Miracle Man has that Burn it Down vide where Stop that Train has the best guitars on the album. There is even a moment at the end that sounds like heavy metal - love it. Stop that Train also changes tempo a couple times like Knights of Shame. Cannonball and Table for One are also very good. There are 2 fillers on the album (My Molasses and the awful Sound Witness System). Other than those 2 songs this is one fantastic album.
