- More weird music just what we need

What sense does Bjork Make When singing these songs. Totally weird music. Whales, Whales would enjoy this music. Non English speaking aliens out To destroy earth would use her Music as a rally cry to destroy Earth.....Weird humans who’s goal In life is to stay in college for 20 years Or be a worthless piece of crap doing Drugs and being non-productive in Today’s society would bob their heads To this music or twirl around in circles. NORMAL PEOPLE DOESN'T LISTEN TO THIS CRAP. And one more thing. I shouldn’t be made to leave a positive review with 1 STAR CAUSE IT DOEANT DESERVE ANY STARS. THANKS ITUNES

- Bjork is God

Bring the healing in from Vulnicura in this new album! I can not wait to see and hear you!

- Takes you to heaven

Beautiful and heavenly

- Utopia

Debut, Post and Vespertine are my top Bjork albums. After Medulla, my interest dropped, her lyrics, music and videos were not interesting anymore for me. Now I see her regaining some of the spirit of the early albums, Blissing Me could be easily a track on Vespertine. I'm falling in love again.

- Vespertine 2.0

This album is live a whole new version of vespertine, I LOVE IT!

- Masterpiece!

So beautiful, riding into the future of sound...A true Artist❤️

- Unlistenable

Longtime fan here. What happened to her songcraft? A succession of ethereal dirges to fall asleep to.

- Booklet?

Where is the PDF of the album art?

- WIG FLEW TO ICELAND

this album is gonna be a highlight in miss pörk's LEGENDARY career! the gate and blissing me are pure excellence, and i am confident that the rest of the album will follow suit! my one thing is i already bought the gate (because i am a TRUE stan) but it isn't showing up on the complete my album. fix this please?

- Utopia is surreal and whimsical

It was like escaping to a surreal world. You can definitely feel the optimistic charm and the healing from heartbreak. Well done, Björk. Much love! P.S. Future Forever is my personal favorite

- Mmmmmmm Bjork

Her voice puts me in a delicious delightful trance. Wondering through my brain so pleasantly.

- I’m so tired of close-minded people

The.Brian2016, music is so much more than the tiny close-minded circle you just placed it in...you sound nothing but ignorant with all the nonsensical babble coming from your mouth. “Normal people DOESN’T listen to this” way to use proper grammar. Also, Björk is an Icelandic musician, so why should any of her songs be in English? I mean, if you would actually listen she is speaking English...better English than you speak at that. Also, people in today’s society wouldn’t even notice this album came out, because they only care about the new Taylor Swift album, or some other popular garbage. Artists like Björk are an alternative for people who are tired of the same cookie cutter garbage pop on the radio. Go and listen to your mainstream crap and let people with open minds listen and review the music. I can tell this album is going to be great Björk! Keep up the great work!

- ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

She’s back!

- Same ole same ole

Nonsensical, plodding, boring..... same old crap.... I think you must be deranged to consider enjoying this.....

- THE ALTERNATIVE GODESS IS BACK

With yet another wonderful record it seems, 14 tracks! That took me by surprise, since Vulnicura was only 9 tracks long. Anyway, it’s her longest album, and I’m so excited!!!! Can’t wait ‘til November 24

- Hard to enjoy

Is hard to enjoy, it will take me days to like it, but eventually I will love it.

- Really?!

I get this isn’t pop music, but what is it?! These aren’t “songs” in the sense of anything I’ve ever heard. Just a lot of random sentences and random sounds. Not a great body of work.

- So Excited!

Never been more prepared for anything in my life.

- Always special

One of the great creative artists of our time. Her music on this album is more refined in a beautiful fine art way.

- Blissful Utopia

From start to finish I am taken on a journey with this album....and it's a great one!

- Amazing

Björk's new album Utopia is wintry wonderful; marvelously downtempo tune. It's beautifully unforced, elegant, and understated. Yay B. This album will be full rotation this weekend

- Disgrace

Album is nothing more than random sounds smh pörk

- I love Bjork, BUT...

I hope this new album actually includes SONGS, with melodies and vocals. Her songs in the past few years have become nothing more than surreal and random sounds. I am all for evoking an ethereal moment, but please, Bjork, we don't need album after album exporing your vocal range and the range of random flutes. Songs....where are the songs?

- You t

Hey e

- Another gem.

Looking at the negative reviews of this album is pretty funny. What are you expecting Björk to put out? A Foo Fighters sounding album? A Top 40 sounding album? Get a grip people. It's Björk. She makes avant garde music that insn't intended to be played on the radio. It's art. This is her art. You either get it, and like it, or don't get it, and don't like it. No need to try and think she should do something else. I'm sure she doesn't care about your 9-5 job that you have.

- Underwhelming

I’ve been a Bjork fan for a long time, but I really just didn’t like this album. It starts off with two promising songs in a row. Arisen My Senses and Blissing Me are beautiful, but unfortunately that’s about where the good songs end. After that, we have The Gate which I didn’t like to begin with. It felt unfinished. And after that every song has loud noises whether with animals or recorders or flutes. It’s a style that gets old and fast. Bjork voice seems to be low and washed out in the mix while the loud and abrasive electronics and animal noises take precedence. It’s hard to tell where one song ends and another begins because it all sounds the same. The last song on here is good too, but unfortunately only 3 great songs out of 14 is very unusual of Bjork. I can’t think of a Bjork album this bad since Volta, and honestly this might be worse than even Volta. Arca is a great musician on his own right and I think that Bjork’s influence on him for his newest album was a nice mix, but I don’t think the reverse was necessarily the way to go. A 2/5 seems generous from me considering I love Bjork, but I hope she learns from this mistake

- Really??

This is trash

- This is Art!!

Truly the best artist of my lifetime. Another reviewer wrote I prefer Sugarcubes.. are u ____ kidding me ? Since debut I’ve bought everything & since then her music is expressed through ART. Sometimes their no lyrics: only instrumental notes, or strange eclectic noises. I’m happy for Utopia - the last album was so sad I can’t even listen to black lake- like her I’m a Scorpio & if somebody I like is hurt I want to protect them. Elton John said it best “This is art: & if YOU don’t think it’s art, YOU don’t know what art is.

- Possibly album of the year?

Bringing back the Vespertine vibes with this one I'm hoping 🌞

- Angelic

This album is, for the most part, a very magical experience. iTunes previews don't give these songs justice. "Arisen My Senses", "Blissing Me", "Future Forever" encapsulate falling in love. "Saint" is angelic. "Body Memory" is a journey and an experience in and of itself. "Losss" is the epic hit longtime fans have been waiting for. "Tabula Rasa" is heartwrenching; a prayer for a family going through divorce. "Sue Me" is awkward the first few listens, but it's so powerful that you just can't help but keep going back to it; the beat grows on you. The only song that I can't bring myself to enjoy nor would I recommend would be "Features Creatures". The lyrics are fine, but the production of it is very offputting.

- Beautiful Contemporary Classical Music

This is a very beautiful album. One of Bjork's best. I have loved the trajectory of her recent work. This has more in common with Arvo Pärt or Steve Reich than Pop music. It is refereshing to hear an artist at the top of her powers exporing new sounds so boldly. Outstanding.

- Wonderful way to treat yourself

Björk expertly treats the listener to a world you want to live and re-live. It’s sweepingly gorgeous. I highly recommend this album.

- I LOVE IT

YESSSSS

- Unpredictable

Having been a loyal fan of Bjork's artistry since her "Debut" back in 1993, it's wonderful to witness the ways she keeps on pushing the boundaries of what traditional pop music is about. If her experimentalism has always had a classical rooting, this new project while no different in approach, yet if feels very unique. There's definitely a story being told through the album as a whole, one that definitely transports and enchants. If being a true artist is about creating your own universe, and being able to share with others, Bjork once again proves she excels in doing so.

- Bravo!

Her albums just keep getting more & more powerful!

- Take us back to the 90s Bjork Music

The last three albums counting this one have been hard for me to enjoy and I love her 90s music. The first four or five albums are incredible but this is nothing more than just sounds and flutes again. Will we ever get back some real songs again ?

- Avant Garde • Monotonous • Hit & Miss

There are some beautiful, creative, and stunning moments on this album. At first, I loved the flute orchestra…and then it just became monotonous. Like most of Bjork’s last few albums, the music lacks melodic hooks and is way too long. I admire her creativity and willingness to explore new sounds…yet, after awhile I’d just like something more approachable to listen to.

- Insane asylum

I am going straight to an insane asylum after listening to this

- Biggest fan

I've lived her my whole life

- HOLY CRAP

I never thought anything could beat Debut or Vulnicura. THEN SHE COMES OUT WITH THIS. I'm blown away, thank you Bjork.

- I care for you

Should have been an EP with Arisen My Senses, Blissing Me, Utopia, Courtship and Paradisia. The rest feel incomplete and unstructured. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been a fan forever! Where’s Mark Spike Stent as mixer? Arca is great BUT........ enough! Still love you girl!

- Love Bjork but not this

I’ve tried understanding this album but this album is a mess and unfocused. The melodies (or lack there of), electronics, and flutes are all doing their own thing that when out together they don’t sync up at all making it too many things seeking attention. I find this to be her weakest album. Sorry Bjork, but just not feeling this.

- ❤️❤️

Love it

- Very vocal

The avant-garde strangeness of which that is bjork is so dark, cold, haunting , complex and impenetrable that the music pushes the boundaries of what music is supposed to be. This music heals the cravings of poetry that stands outside the norm....bjork is of another world so dark the light has no chance

- Better but no return to glory

I , like others, have waited for Bjork to return to her glory. For several albums now, she has taken a creative journey that has left me bored as a listener. It's the same clicks and bleeps with her singing random sentences. There's a lack of any melodic structure, Anything that resembles a song. While this album is more listenable for me than the past couple, I'm still waiting for a beat driven album with a more normal song structure. It may never come.

- Meandering dreadful paradise.

Some of the songs sound messy and unfocused (in a bjorkian way.) Not everything she does have to be great and avant-garde. This album is a bit of hit and miss.

- DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Björk ya killed it on Sue Me

- great album

great album as a whole.

- The gate to my soul

She is a fully immersive artist and perhaps the greatest of our time. The songs and thirr video complete the masterpiece. Bjork has painted another wall in my heart with this album :-) See you in Miami Bjork!

- She’s the gate to avant-garde vision <3

Honestly she’s always elementally appealing and what. Mother never disappoints <3 Vent B!
