I downloaded this album at exactly midnight March 23rd, and it didn’t dawn on me until now that I should support my girls and actually buy it! This album is one of the queerest, tastefully-hypnotic, seductively soothing, and ravishingly rawest pieces of art I have ever heard in my life.....and I’ve heard some freakin’ extraordinary pieces of music in my 24 years of studying music. My girls are reigning as my favorite artist right now and considering Queen Bey, their mentor, held the spot before them....it doesn’t hurt so bad to move them to the top. Being a singer myself, I can appreciate amazing music....this is a masterpiece and I can’t fathom what the future holds for them. #historymade

Such an amazing body of work! Amazing harmonies and vocals. My favorite song on the album is “Everywhere”. I really hope they go on tour with this album. I look forward to seeing and hearing more from them.

Chloe x Halle are such an amazing, unique, and talented duo of young women who are carving their own future with some of the most thought provoking music I’ve heard in I don’t know how long. This album resonates with me in so many ways it’s just like. UGH. Good things. Nothing but good things. I love it. It’ll definitely stay as one of my top three favorite albums of the year, easy. Clearly, they are trying to be Indie Queens in the Black World but what they really are, are gimmicky. It's like "Listen to us, we're so futuristic and cool" but the songs aren't catchy or cool. It's a manufactured R&B/IndiePop album. I wish they were more authentic.

I give Chloe and Halle 5 stars for anytime their beautiful voices are recorded together. However except for the last 3 of 18 tracks (2 of which were released previously) the chosen songs don’t allow the ladies’ voices to do their magic. The songs sound too much like Beyoncé and not Chloe and Halle songs. After all, Chloe and Halle can actually sing and their songs should give them the opportunity to do just that without over the produced music. It’s time that Chloe and Halle get away from Parkwood Entertainment and out of Beyoncé’s reach. Bey has made huge hits and reached huge success for herself, but Chloe and Halle are a different kind of talent and shouldn’t be made into Bey clones.

Had no idea these were the two girls from Grown-ish at first. What great talent they have. Very nice complimentary voices and pair. Diggin the soultry voices and range they show their audience on this tape. Glad to see they shined on their first project without many extra features. This album is so well put together. The vocals of these two match perfect, more than likely because they are sisters and having been singing together all their lives. Beyoncé definitely put the same enthusiasm in this album that she puts in her own music.
