- Awesome

You are such a good singer. I liked the country tunes. It makes me want to smile.

- Still good just different

It seems like you took a different approach with your music in this album which I think is great. I’ve grown up with country music and love the original sounding songs but I enjoy the unique songs you’ve added to help modernize it. There was a bit more slower paced songs in here compared to what some people are most to; they may not like the mellow-ness to it. The only thing that could possibly be altered is you have began singing about your wife a lot. Some of the songs are very cute but it kinda feels like there’s a few too many made to fast now.

- haters gonna hate

haters gonna hate TR is an amazing country singer and ya this album is a little more to the pop side but that doesn’t mean you can’t appreciate it

- Awful

All his music sounds the same... It's awful by the way. Don't waste your money.

- Miss the old stuff

Really miss the old TRhett.. he’s gone total soft on us country fans.. he’s been trying to be more main stream for a while now...I can’t tell if I’m listening to country or Bruno Mars.. and he tried to do maybe 2 actual country songs on this album but they just aren’t very good

- Better than expected

I was a little apprehensive when Look What God Gave You and Don’t Threaten Me With a Good Time came out. They were a lot more pop than I expected but when I got the full album I LOVE IT!!! Center Point Road, Remember you young, and Dream You Never Had are my faves. Great job TR!

- Center Point Road is the best!

This whole album is amazing but I have to say, Center Point Road really blew me away. The song reminded me so much of growing up and I can't stop listening to it. The piano arrangment and melody are just unbelievable. I don't know how I've gone my whole life without this song! Keep 'em coming! -Jackie D

- Thomas Rhett

Love his music.

- Positive, upbeat & fun

Who cares what category of music one wants to put this in!

- Love all TR!

I’m so glad you have fun singing and performing because your music never gets old! I couldn’t care less what genre it’s under. It’s great!!

- Country isn’t about the tune, but about meaning

When I heard the songs first released in this album I was worried that the rest of the album wouldn’t be good because most albums only have a couple good songs. So many complain that this music isn’t country and Thomas should switch genres, but isn’t music about connecting to the story and isn’t country music supposed to talk about love, sad times and good times? Being a teenager myself, it’s definitely hard to listen to some songs like “Center Point Road” and “Remember You Young” really forces me to take every second slow and cherish being young. Thomas does an excellent job of balancing the album with happy, yet sad memories with optimistic and cherry stories. While this might not be the country that Johnny Cash and more modernly Toby Keith (maybe not the best examples), Thomas tells his story and creates such an emotional, and realistic story throughout each of his songs. Note to the artist: Keep doing what you do, hope to see you in Chicago.

- AMAZING

So talented

- Love Thomas Rhett

Who cares what genre it is. Country, Pop or Rock and Roll. I have all of his Albums and love them all. I am a true fan and will probably listen to anything he makes and will love it. Keep them coming. One of your top fans. Screw the haters.

- Disney Channel Music

Sounds like the High School Musical cast are now in their late 20s and sounding rough

- Love this album!

All of you “this isn’t country” haters. Get over it. It’s music... you like it or you don’t

- What a fabulous album!

Thomas Rhett is one of my favorite song writers and singers😎 this album is great!!! I wish Thomas and Keith Urban would write a duo together! They have the same energy and foresight of the future and I’m 64 years old and love country. I grew up on Patsy and I just love Alan Jackson! Open your mind and just enjoy the journey that Thomas is giving us! 💕

- ???

What is this garbage?

- Tf happened to country

I just don’t have anything to say about that garbage

- Love him!

I love all these songs! Country Music is changing. It’s not like the country music of the 90’s. People need to get over it. These songs have heart and soul and he is so talented. So what if he writes songs about his life and the people in it! That’s what makes it so good and relatable!!

- Best thing ever in life

Whoever says Thomas Rhett is bad then you can go yeet yourself into a hole on hungry lions because you don't know what music is. Thomas Rhett is the best person to ever be alive and this is coming from an 11-year-old girl. So think if the bad thing you would say over a comment would you say it to his face. Think about that. So if you have something bad to say don't say it because you are not going to put Thomas Rhett in a bad mood, he is the happiest person alive. You are going to put an 11-year-old girl in a bad mood. So how would that make you feel. Think about this comment.

- He is amazing!

He plays the best music. His actual concerts are also very good!

- Country Fan

This ain’t country. What a sell out. Call it what it is: bubble gum pop.

- Trash.

Just go be a backup singer for Bruno Mars and stay out of country music.

- Great Artist & Awesome Album

Love Thomas Rhett. He’s a terrific song writer and performer. Love this new Album!! Ignore all the haters who say this isn’t country, they should go find another artist to listen to them.

- Noice!

Been listening on repeat for this whole album he once again put out a great album!

- Super good

😀😀😀😀😀👍🏻👍🏻

- good

It’s a good album. Who cares if it isn’t super country? There are plenty of pure country albums out there, this one is country pop. You shouldn’t complain if it doesn’t sound country enough. If you actually listened to the songs, it’s really good. Calm down

- Just Bad

Thanks for killing country music. Why don't Apple just start labeling this what it really is. Pop with a pathetic R&B twist.

- Amazing

This album is so good! He always writes such personal songs which I think makes the songs even better. There are a few songs about his wife on the album that are just so beautiful! Also there are some really good upbeat songs! I have to say, as of right now my favorite 2 songs would have to be Center Point Road and Remember You Young. The meaning to these songs just makes the songs so good! He’s got another amazing album!!!

- Hey iTunes, this album is in the Wrong genre

Not a country album, false advertising.

- Great Album

It’s not all country but it’s a mix of all kinds of genres from a very deep and talented artist who is at an awesome point in his life. Every song is solid and good and some are amazing, good music is in this album.

- Great Music

Thomas Rhett always gives us amazing music!

- Awesome

Great music! Keep it up! Number 1 on iTunes tells you plenty of people love it. Don’t listen to the haters.

- I agree with all the nay-sayers.

Not only is this not country, but even if this was labeled as Pop, or anything else, I still don't like it.

- No one cares what genre it is

Hey, for everybody that says this isn’t country, I agree. But here is this little thing called pop country that sounds really good with Thomas Rhett so chill out on the hate. He is hands down one of the best artist on this genre

- The best

Love this my forfeit songs vhs

- Best songs

Best songs in this world

- Where’s the country?!?!

There is no country in these songs and TR is a great singer/song writer but he is gonna lose a lot of fans if he doesn’t change back to country. Ps, I still love TR but he needs to start writing country again.

- Country has a "twang" sound to it

Is that what the critics are wanting, more twang? I think this guy has a "country attitude", that is enough for me. Maren Morris made a "pop" record but it still has country attitude and the lyrics are "country". Country lyrics are like direct and simple and drinking whiskey and watching the sunset, haha, beyond that it comes down to heart and soul not your conventional definition of what you think a country singer should sound like. I think Thomas has talent to offer and this record delivers that from the clips I heard.

- Excellent Album!

I love Thomas Rhett. He and Kane Brown are the reasons that I now even listen to Country music. The album is solid and probably has a few radio hits on it. I don't think it's as awesome as his Tangled album but definitely doesn't disappoint!

- Great

This is my fav album yet. Some is less country, but the songs have meaning and they’re great! Good job, TR!

- This is pop

This isn’t country. This is Backstreet Boys pop. Please stop. Please.

- Why? Just, why?

Thomas can we please get back to quality songwriting and actual country music? This over-produced stuff is so watered down and fake. Please stop going this route

- Excellent!

Heartfelt. Memorable.

- Pop country blows.

Pop country blows. This dude does especially.

- Not a bad song in the bunch!

Thomas Rhett is a GREAT storyteller. I’m not about to pick this collection apart...Pop vs. Country...it’s just GOOD..plain and simple. Keep doing what you’re doing TR!

i love this!!

- What happened to Country

What ever happened to that sweet genre of soul touching music?

- Awful Computer Generated POP Songs

Thomas Rhett is music for people who do not like music, but only barely listen to it in the background lest their mind is forced to dwell in a silent moment and focus on a stimulative or original thought. Songs like “Don’t Threaten Me With A Good Time” and “Look What God Gave Her” symbolize the worst appropriations of vapid dance pop even perpetrated in the country genre. “VHS” is so laughably bad, Beck is probably kicking himself for not thinking of this oversexed tripe when he recorded Midnight Vultures mocking the stupidity of this shallow version of R&B music.
