Camila and Shawn are incredibly talented singers. When I heard about this song, I was actually EXCITED that they collaborated. But this is just...A WHOLE PILE OF AUTOTUNE. Shawn doesn’t really need any, maybe a little, but Camila? It’s autotune 24/7. She’s trying to seem so seductive that she’s annoying, even taking any opportunity to do what she calls “singing”. I’m not usually one to crud on other people’s work but I don’t like cheesy\ cruddy pop about “bumping booties” and “ lip to lip” or whatever. It’s catchy but it’s just a song about an experience; it doesn’t give us a important message like to be ourselves or something. If u don’t like Camilla go check out Rachel Platten. Her inspirational music is the bomb. Stand by you has some bad vocal parts in it but overall is very good.
